As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad.
The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good.
The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!
The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the city of Rome by car. The hotel has a 1.5-hour bus service to the city. Breakfast is OK. The hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old. The biggest advantage is that the price is very suitable for self-driving ... The hotel's bed is still very good. It also comes with a restaurant and the price is acceptable. Not too expensive. An okay hotel. Very noisy at night due to a nearby construction works, can’t sleep for 2 nights straight. Requested for an iron only sent in after the 3rd requests. Location was great, walking distance to Termini Station. 20mins walk to Trevi.

Hotel Impero Rome location is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I booked a 17m room and it was on the forth floor, it came with a small balcony that opens up to a lovely view.
The hotel is clean and classical but the furnishing is old and the air can be a little stale or too much fragrance after the cleaning service. There are rooms slippers and basic amenities provided too.
Receptionist and staff is generally nice and luggage can be stored after a no late check out policy. Many eateries and a mini super market is on the same street so it’s convenient to get food and drinks.
Average hotel, poorly maintained underground parking like the rest of the structure that needs maintenance, basic breakfast.
There is no fridge in the room nor temperature regulation, very worn bathroom to be completely overhauled, broken windows without locks
Overall not worth the asking price

The breakfast was good. The room is too old. As I arrived the shower gel is empty so i used mines. You cannot connect your device to the tv since the receptionist said its not a smart tv. I was in 2 Stars hotel in Rome but overall theirs ist better than this 4 stars Hotel.
Everything was pretty good. However, we were disturbed too many times in the morning. Staff knocked on the door four or five times and even opened the door directly. We had already hung up the no disturb button. It was very disappointing.
Only the room partition walls wasn’t well insulated , you can hear from other room , was stayed 104 , second day all night was hearing noice probably from air conditioning fixed on out walls . The body wash and shampoo smells bit make you uncomfortable , I think you’ll get more complaints about it if not attention.. rest everything was great , stuff absolutely friendly, it worth every penny what you spend , highly recommended

CChloeI like it very much!!!! so chill and comfortable campsite. Easy access, you just need to walk 2 mins to bus stop and you can take bus to the nearest metro station Eur Fermi to city. Very worth, as a traveller you can save so much of money!!! because this is more cheaper than other hostel. Very recommended!!
DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house.
I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.
בבלVery clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.
WWILSON HO CHANG WOONFront Desk service is sub-par and lacking in general knowledge to guests. Examples.
1. Hop On Hop Off booking from front desk
Was told that pick-up and drop-off will be at Station A opposite the hotel. But end of the tour, we were dropped off at Station B and was told there's no bus going to Station A. We have to find our own way back due to unfriendly bus staff.
2. Restaurant Recommendation
Was given wrong direction by FO staff and have to walk back to hotel again to reconfirm direction.
3. Airport Transfer to FCO T3
Booked 1 day in advance thru FO, but this morning when we went down to FO for check-out, there's no record ? Even though we were given a print out booking form from FO yesterday.
Disappointed 1st hotel stay in ROME. However, hotel location is conveniently located near to Rome Termini.
AAnonymous UserExcellent porter service by Kimo. Loved the hotel location and look of our room! It's super spacious with each of us having our own cupboard. There is also a sofa, both a bath tub and shower area, and a nice street view. It would be great if non-disposable cups were provided for rinsing our mouths.
SSantiago CarrilhoGreat place, the location is just 7 minutes walking from the Rome Terminal, which has a direct train to the airport and from the main attraction around 20 min by walk.
The staff is amazing, giving suggestions about the city! The hotel was renovated, so everything is new and in a good shape.
The breakfast is good, with natural juice, cappuccino and breads, cheese, ram, and some fruits, and it’s 10 euros, so it’s really worthy.
PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.
Ssilvia parisottothe hotel is near the station so even if you have a lot of baggages you don't have to walk a lot.
We arrived before the check in time and since there was a room already ready they let us check in earlier. We really appreciated it because we arrived after a long trip from Japan. All the staff was really nice, the hospitality too. Maybe because the clients were almost all Japanese, but in the morning at breakfast time they put on famous Japanese songs, maybe to make them feeling at home.
I think we made a good decision to stop at this hotel.
