One of Italy's best hotels in price/quality ratio. They were here for the first time more than 10 years ago. It is obvious that excellent property content and regular renovations made it better than it was 11 years ago. All staff are great!
The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and within walking distance of the town center, which made it easy and pleasant to explore the area. There is also good availability of parking, which is very convenient.
However, I did not have a good experience during the night. The smoke detector was placed directly above the bed, with a blinking green LED light every few seconds. This made it extremely difficult to rest.
To be able to sleep, I had to move the mattress out of the bedroom and place it in the corridor near the bathroom to get away from the light, which is clearly not acceptable in a hotel environment.
This is something that should be reconsidered, either by adjusting the placement or reducing the impact of the light.
Overall, while the location is a strong point, this issue significantly affected my stay.
Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.
Very nice place to stay a few nights. Very good service and good facilities. Great plus point is the superbuffy with fresh Italian coffee and delicious snacks. The prices are small: €8 for a glass of wine (12 for one bottle elsewhere) and €4 pp for bathing fabrics.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Room # 119 has been renovated but keeping the previous sanitary ware and furniture.
The soundproofing in this room is horrible. We heard noises from the guests upstairs until late at night and the next day, the telephone conversation
in English at 06.00 from the room next door. (luckily there are earplugs) Excellent breakfast, the room and the reception in a decidedly more
design style.

GGuest UserDo not stay at this dangerous hotel.
Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll
Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed.
The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.
MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!
ZZumreEverything was perfect. Especially breakfast!! I highly recommend that book your accommodation with breakfast. Room was also clean. housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. Walls thinner than I expected but it was quite ok. Additionally the hotel gifted the welcome drink at the bar. If I come to Bari again I definitely will stay this hotel again! 🥰🥰
艾艾瑞德Just an average hotel, the room was small. But also the bed was small, almost fell from it. Also the shower is too small and I have to wait for a few minutes for the hot water to come. The only good thing is the location near the sea but the price should not be so expensive at this time. Not this kind of price for those conditions.
GGuest UserHotel is right across from the train station and located on the main area of Brindisi. They are security forward which we really liked. Held our bags for hours before checking in so we could explore and arranged an early morning taxi for us to the airport. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our short stay.
GGuest UserThe rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great.
We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool.
The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful
SSeowHotel is located far from Bari city central but can reach by train to Valenzano about 30 mins.Reception is fast and the staffs are polite.they do provide free transport pick up at Valenzano train station to hotel.Room is big and very comfortable.lot of parking space if travel by car.buffet breakfast is very good, delicious and lots of choices. Will stay again if come to Bari .
FfluffyvlaVery close to the Sanctuary of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, it is only 3-4 mins walking uphill, ideal location to stay for pilgrims. Also close to the hospital. There are a few restayrants nearby. The hotel is about 7-8 mins drive to the town centre. The room was clean, bowever, the shower was a bit too snall. Good air circulation in the room. The breakfast was just ok.
MMedovoglazikPlus : A stunning location, good stable WI-FI, registration stand works until 02:00, friendly staff speaks 4 languages.
Minorities: Italian breakfasts in their repertoire 🤩
General impressions : historical center. We remained happy and enjoyed the journey
MMiriamKThe whole experience was very good: a member of the team came to pick us up just outside the pedestrian part of town and took us to the parking lot which was super close to our Trullo room. The Trullo was authentic, clean, comfortable.
Good breakfast at a nearby cafè and very good suggestions for dinner in the evening!
