The hotel have a pool and private beach. The room is spacious and clean, have a bathub, balcony with beautiful seaview. There are playground for kids, pool, bird park, and you can join the kids activity such as feeding fish, swim in the sea, playing kanoe or kayak king. Breakfast so good and so many varian. Service and staff is excellent, polite and helpful. Very satisfied we can stay at Lampung Marriot Resort & Spa. Hope we can back to stay again 🙏🏻

One of the best hotel in Bandar Lampung. They start operating in May. Since the hotel just open, so the interior, facilities and the equipment still new. This hotel provides good views especially at night. but there still needs to be improvements such as access to the swimming pool. guests need to exit through the hotel lobby and through the outdoor walkway. so that when it rains or hot day you can't go to the swimming pool. And, the management can add a children's play area or activities to make it a kids-friendly hotel. But overall i love Holiday Inn. I have stayed in Macao, Jakarta and Lampung. They’re all the same..

The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

The room view is okay, the cleanliness is okay, it's just a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the pool is quite clean, the breakfast is quite varied at that price and the view of the restaurant is great, the bathroom is clean but doesn't smell good, overall it's good for those who want to staycation 👌

New hotel in Lampung, the room is good and the staff service is very friendly starting from cintya, riska and rivaldi at the front office to Mr. ahmad leader FNB very kind, waitress andre very helpful person, serving me and other guests wholeheartedly, this hotel is very good suitable for business trips and family vacations, the food is delicious very varied especially the traditional pastry is delicious all. Overall good for accommodation during staying in Lampung.. 30 minutes drive to the airport and this hotel connecting to mall which has restaurants and coffee shops... good service and clean.. easy check in and check out.. room size also okay... not small and the aircond also cold.. We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!

This was my first time stay in Grand Elty Krakatoa Lampung. Great Hotel with a great service and suitable for couples or family. The room was good and clean, the breakfast was nice, also all the staff was very generous. And most especially thanks to Mr Husein who help me and my family a lot during our stay and make our stay more enjoyable and beyond expectations. We are sooo happy and will make sure to comeback again in the future! Keep up the good work🤗

ผมจองจาก 1 สําหรับการพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวและคนชรา, melihat ada kolam dan foto2 yang dipasang bagus tentu tertarik dengan harga yang tidal terlalu mahal. Namun ketika sampai kami semua terkaget2 dengan kenyataan yang ada, ห้อง sama sekali beda dengan di foto. อ่างล้างหน้า sudah rusak, lantai2 ห้องอาบน้ําสกปรกและแม้แต่ห้องน้ําเมื่อ mellush ออกมามีน้ําสีดํา. ขาดตู้เย็นและ remote tv ก็ไม่ menjadi masalah asal kamar สะอาด. Ini seperti sudah lama tidak renovasi dan bau apek. ดิฉัน informasikan agar jangan ada yang kecewa lagi karena lihat foto2nya bagus sekali. โรงแรม boleh direfund untuk hari2 berikutnya, saya harap 1 dapat membantu refund sesuai prosedur pengajuan yang sudah dijalankan. กรุณาเปลี่ยนรูปถ่าย2 และถ้าเป็นไปได้ โรงแรมที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่
