This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

The location is very good, Baiqiao is just downstairs, the service is very good, you can park on the side of the road, but there are not many seats, the breakfast is average, and the room is a bit small

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

The hotel is located far from the center and the historic part of the city(30 minutes walk, 4 minutes by navigator). The furniture in the room is a new but simple, the mattress on the bed is not comfortable. The plumbing is in poor exterior, the ventilation in the shower and over the shelves is filled with dust, one of them cleaned. Bedding and towels are clean. Breakfast is very simple, sausages are not delicious.

I will visit Kutaisi from June 6th to June 8th. The Panoramic Hotel has been under new management since May 1st, and it is in an excellent location. The staff is excellent, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without extra charges. The operation Manager, Miss Maia, was very helpful during my visit. Breakfast was good, and the freshly brewed Coffee was excellent. The Bar is stocked with a good variety of beer, spirits, and wine. The room was spacious and clean and had a Balcony!

Very friendly reception! Helpful with finding parking for my rental car (there is no parking in the hotel). The restaurant area is elegant and cozy. The room was rather small but had everything you need, including good bed and pillows and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Price quality a very good place for a night in remarkable Kutaisi.

Terrible customer service 😑 We have booked the room and the special photo shooting for our wedding, but when we arrived there it appeared that our room was already occupied by other guests. They have changed the room and cancelled the photography session as well. Nevertheless, they have charged us the full price. Before wedding I've called several times and even visited the hotel but they have never explained ”their rules”. They're lying and overcharging their guests! Not recommended!! 😕

So this hotel has everything you need - it is located 5 mins from the centre, has all the amenities you want in a hotel, fantastic breakfast, hotel terrace, toiletries, is comfortable and clean...but the best part about it, is the manager - Tatia. She made us feel at home, was extremely helpful, sorted out every issue and answered every question no matter how big (helping us book tours) or small (needed a nail cutter). She makes every guest feel seen and heard and truly gave us a feeling of home. even when we left the hotel, she walked us to the car, made sure the driver knew where to go and asked us to call her if we needed any help during the rest of our stay in the country.
