We took two rooms. Everything super - from resepshena, continuing the rooms, service, breakfast. They were in a low season, stayed for 2 nights, the price was magical. Before that they lived in a large complex too, but they just escaped from there. Yes, the price is 2 times higher but incomparably better in Hilton, given the low season and the fairy tale price - we regret not stopping there at once. The room was cleaned every day. Water was added. To all pleasant to touch. The balcony is very large.
If criticized - for long-term residence - there is little space for storing things.
Pushers, blankets, mattresses - air, snow, no moisture. Smells of repair and novelty.
The air conditioner is quiet, it is not heard. We heated the room in November, any temperature is exposed and it is automatically supported.
The plumbing is modern, the balm for hair is excellent.
Internet is excellent quality. Breakfasts were good. Kashi is not, but everything else is.
Location is better. Right in the center of the city. Donnaberhingy, a park whose area is to be served.

We were settled in apartments with sea view, on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, the guys are very hard and always going to meet, we even offered to help with the purchase of tickets to the ZD to Tbilisi! We had no food, breakfast where it came down, including downstairs. Staff are also respectful and kind. Another cool cafe in the neighboring house over the corner.
The elevators are walking clearly, their 3 passengers.
The room is spacious, there is a place to turn, with/w too. Boler stood on the ECO, so when you wash your head well, the others will not get and had to wait. We still had a bad opening of the bathroom door (shooked the floor) and a stream of the shelter. In the shower, if Leique is not in hand, but the glass is leaked on the paddle and floor. But it was all not tense and we were indulging.
Towels changed every day, and bedding once every 3 days.
On the floor sometimes mosquitoes fly, bear in mind.
In su a towel dryer with heating, it is convenient.
On the balcony there were 2 chairs, sometimes there you can sit, drink wine.

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.

Breakfasts are good! There is even an individual approach (to the child), which is very important for little eaters.. I liked the hotel 🏨, the staff is wonderful!

The location of the hotel is good. There is no service at all, they don't even say hello at the reception.
The room was spacious, but the door to the balcony did not close, we had to call a technician who fixed it, as a result we could not open the window for ventilation. They could not provide us with another room.
