"The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"This hotel shines where it matters most: its unbeatable, central location. Situated right in the heart of the action, it places top attractions, dining, and transit right at your doorstep, saving you precious travel time. While the recent renovations have freshened up the look, the bones of the property remain traditional. The vintage charm comes with a few quirks, particularly the nostalgic, average water pressure and a classic layout with limited power plugs for phone charge.However, the exceptional convenience, neighborhood safety, and easy accessibility more than make up for these structural eccentricities. It remains a fantastic, practical basecamp for exploration."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and it's super close to the train station with plenty of dining options. Plus, there's a tram and metro stop just a one-minute walk away, or you can catch most trams in front of the train station, making it easy to get anywhere! The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is a Western-style buffet with a good variety of food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"The staff was very friendly and they gave us a quiet room so we could sleep well (we barely heard any noises from other rooms other than the TV). The breakfast was varied and the food was good! the location is very convenient, within walking distance of many tourist spots, shopping centres and the main train station, tram, buses etc. The only thing we would suggest is to include at least water and other amenities in the room for that price per night other than shampoo/gel (there is no toothbrush or toothpaste, there isn't a fridge either or even spoons for the tea/instant drink) and there seems to be less stuff and you pay the same price or more."

"It is one of our favourite hotels ever, although quite far from the centre but the rooms are clean and breakfast are the best you can get anywhere. The swimming pool opens till late and so the sauna. The staff are very helpful and we were welcomed by Ali during the breakfast which was great too."

"Good location. We walked from Stockholm ferry and we took bolt to Tallinn ferry. Walking distance to centre of town. Early check in not allowed so left suitcases and went for lunch. Big hotel. Long walk to room. Breakfast was good. Green smoothies etc. breakfast room was big so even if crowded, people come and go so no problem."

"The free airport shuttle is at gate 42. Make sure you don't get off at the wrong stop; the hotel is the third stop for the bus, even though the first few stops might have similar names. The room facilities are really basic, and the bathroom had a leak. Breakfast was pretty standard and not really suited for a Chinese palate. However, it's very convenient if you're just looking for a place to stay after a flight."

"A hotel with a very efficient shuttle service. The hotel itself is convenient as a base for work or for connecting to other flights the next day. However, it's also very convenient for visiting Helsinki since bus number 600 is very close to the hotel and takes you to the city center. The breakfast is excellent and is usually included in the room rate."
