"The hotel is gorgeous, the room is super spacious, and the location is just steps from the center, with a breathtaking view. The room was clean, and the bathroom was large with a double sink. We slept very well."

"We were traveling by car, parking was free (parked on the roadside in front of the hotel), the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. But it doesn’t matter if there is no toothbrush or toothpaste. The key is that the price is low and the cost performance is extremely high. It is convenient and cost-effective for friends who drive. It is very close to the ancient city of Avila and less than an hour away from Segovia. It is worth recommending."

"The pool facilities were terrible: neglected lawn, broken sun loungers, broken and loose drains, and none of the four showers worked. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30 pm because it hadn't been prepared. We waited 30 minutes for the parking garage gates to open at night because the receptionist had other duties to attend to. The location was excellent. The cleanliness was good. The food was good. The staff was very attentive. The room was fine. The air conditioning worked intermittently. There's a considerable difference from last year to this year. As it is now, it's overrated. It's understaffed."

"El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente. Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes. Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped. La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar. Es fácil de resolver. Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual. No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento."

"Un lugar muy acogedor en plena ciudad. El hotel de arquitectura tradicional leonesa ofrece un servicio impecable al visitante. Con la famosa catedral y el barrio húmedo muy cerca, está en pleno corazón de Leon. La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer todos sus rincones."

"I booked this hotel for a stopover during a road trip, planning to arrive at the hotel—myself, my 7 and 13-year-old children, and I—take a dip in the pool, and then go out for dinner in town. We arrived and the pool was closed. The explanation they gave us was that there had been an unforeseen problem, without any further explanation or guarantee that it would be open the next morning. The next morning it was open, so we decided to go there to relax a bit before continuing our trip. However, our moment of relaxation turned into a moment of suffering because the air was unbreathable, causing irritation to our eyes and nose, probably due to the treatment they applied. I find the way this 4-star hotel handled this situation unacceptable. We paid for a service that we didn't receive (the pool) or that was in terrible condition, and the hotel showed no care or attention to its guests."

"Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception."

"Lo reservé para mis padres y me dijeron que les pareció bastante bien en general. Les gustó mucho el desayuno y la atención de los trabajadores. Asimismo dijeron que todo estaba muy limpio. Lo que menos les gustó fue que el mobiliario de la habitación y del hotel en general, si bien estaba limpio, estaba bastante desfasado."

"The room does not correspond to the one we had booked, and they did not give us what we asked for. I always ask for a high and good room, and they did not exactly comply, but quite the opposite. The receptionist was quite dry and boring. We did not have a timetable to reserve the spa, and even though the spa was broken, they were unable to offer us compensation, neither financial nor in services. They had a restaurant and massages, for example, to compensate us. However, Trip's treatment has left us with a good taste in our mouths due to their involvement in giving us compensation. In fact, we have repeated with them. We paid for a superior room and they gave us the normal double with views of a roof."
