Apartments are very spacious, kitchen, lounge/diner. Large bathroom, bedroom consisted of 2 single beds. These are self catering apartments, which work well for your stay. There is cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, very easy to use, there are supermarkets nearby, Also in town. There is a large Aldi and Mercadona supermarket, also Atlantico shopping centre in Caleta, ( nice walk, 15 minute walk away) which has everything you need. We've stayed at these apartments many times and they tick all boxes.

Beautiful hotel. Large apartments, and great location with only a 15 minute walk to Los Abrigos. Close by shops and restaurants. The pool, bar and sports area were very nice.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, spa and gym very stocked and spacious, clean facilities and very attentive and friendly reception. Without a car, a little far from the central areas, but they have electric scooters at the entrance of the hotel.

The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is very well placed. The staff is very attentive and friendly and everything is very clean. I only had breakfast at the hotel and the truth is that they had a wide assortment of products to eat. Regarding the pool, it is very small and in the area where it is located there is not even space for a small bar that serves drinks or snacks. You had to get the drinks out of a vending machine. Nobody controls the pool area so anything can happen and not exactly good. It did not occur to me to take photos of the hotel. The quality/price does not compensate me. There are hotels of the same category in the area with better facilities

Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

Marriott's elite package is also available here, and the room was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was nice, but the wind was too strong these days, and the balcony glass door was not soundproof. The hotel's mini train may go to the small beach below. The hotel's architectural design is great, and the swimming pool is also heated. Check-out time can be as late as 2pm or 4pm. The breakfast omelette is pretty good, and the rest is just average, the same every day

Die Ausstattung ist generell recht neu und hochwertig. Top Lage mit Strandnähe und nahe dem großen Hafen - kann man ideal mit einer Kreuzfahrt verbinden. Die Zimmer sind groß und Frühstück mit genug Auswahl und lecker!

It is a fairly old hotel in the city centre that has been renovated, so it is quite good. The price is high for the hotel's facilities but it is true that it is very central. For strollers and disabled people there is no lift to get to reception and a freight elevator is used. There is no parking and at reception they offer you a cheaper price by agreement with a nearby public car park although in reality the price is the same if you pay directly in the car park.

I didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. I thought it was very bad of him.

The sanitation, environment and services are all very good, but the facilities have some shortcomings: there is a bathtub in my room. When the bathtub was waterproofed, there was a very loud resonance for the first time. I had to turn another handle on and off to eliminate it. The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. It takes an average of 40 minutes to 1 hour to drive from the north to the south. The surrounding facilities are complete, with large shopping malls and supermarkets, which are very convenient. The bedroom is acceptable, but the floor looks old, but it is fine with slippers. There is a bathtub, which I highly recommend. Parking in the hotel parking lot is 15 per day, but if you don't want to pay, you can also find a parking space on the road, but it is more troublesome. The room was very nice and clean, a little hot at night (there is air conditioning but unfortunately it makes me asleep with the burning air).The building is new and well maintained. There is no parking, so you need to turn somewhere around the neighbouring roads to find a place, but with a little patience you find. In general we were very good. Fantastic shower.

The sun on the island is very strong, so you must take protective measures.

The apartment is very well located and with all services. The staff treatment is 10, Kevin attended me at the entrance and solved me without problems an incident that I had. The swimming pool is great, and the environment that is formed in it too.
