"The location in Malina/El Poblado is, of course, excellent for any establishment. That being said, I felt that for its price range, this hotel was more style over substance. While everything is modern and designed to look elegant, the overall impression is rather cramped.
For example, the rooftop pool is very small. If there are 10 people there, it starts to get uncomfortable, unless you're looking for a party – but there are better hotels for that.
The room itself was very cramped, with limited counter space and a lack of storage. At least there was hot water! :-) It was also extremely noisy. You could hear TVs, music, voices, and singing from other rooms. And the ventilation system in the hallway hummed constantly, as if someone was vacuuming through the corridors non-stop."

"I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning.
The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay.
Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better."

"This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week.
I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return.
The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great.
View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.
The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night!
So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for.
I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week.
A double room without the noise at the right price I would return."

"Good hotel in the heart of Medellin Provenza.
What a great focus is noise load. If you come to party and late then this is the best hotel. You love to sleep between 2300 and 02.30 hours and have trouble with music sounds etc then this hotel is not for you."

"Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable."

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

GGuest UserThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

GGuest UserVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows
