Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners. Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍 Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great."

"I came to Shaoxing during the full bloom of the Chinaberry trees this time, and when it came to where to stay, there was no doubt – Shaoxing Hotel. I'd walked past it from Xixiaolu to Xiaohe Zhijie at the end of last year, and this Jiangnan-style garden hotel immediately went onto my 'must-stay' list. Shaoxing Hotel is beautiful both inside and out, with stunning scenery everywhere. All the staff are incredibly friendly and greet you warmly. On the day I checked in, the front desk even upgraded me to the second floor of Building 2, facing Fushan Park. The sanitary facilities are, needless to say, exceptionally clean, featuring a smart toilet and a multi-function shower with several massage jets. The sink area also has separate strong and weak voltage outlets for hair dryers and men's razors. The breakfast restaurant is downstairs. I passed it multiple times during the day and evening. It offers Shaoxing specialties, and the food is quite good. After breakfast, you can head to Fushan Park across the street for a panoramic view of the city. Shaoxing Hotel isn't just about its beautiful environment and excellent service; it also boasts a fantastic, central location in Shaoxing. You can walk to Xiaohe Zhijie, Cangqiao, and Lu Xun's former residence. I've compared this over my two visits to Shaoxing in the past six months and have already recommended it to several good friends."

"Facilities: There's a laundry room and a gym with basic equipment. Cleanliness: Very clean, including the bathtub, but they forgot to put a floor towel in the room. Ambiance: I really liked the hotel's design and style; it's quite nice. Service: There was basically no service. When checking in, there was no staff to guide me, so I couldn't find my room initially. The breakfast was bad, not tasty, and all show no substance. The hotel parking is insufficient, sharing a lot with the adjacent restaurant, and there's no staff managing it. Finally, a male manager from guest services had a great attitude and offered a sincere solution. They also gave a souvenir upon checkout."

"Hotel is overall comfortable, staff are very nice and quick to reply to the butler group chat if u need anything. People who stay further from the front desk can also get the tram to pick you up (just have to text in the group chat your hotel location). The hotel is located in the attraction so it's very convenient especially because this specific attraction mainly has night performances. Only down side is the food delivery process is a hassle."

"The hotel is in the Putuo Mountain Scenic Area, the environment is quiet, next to the Grand View Temple. The Zen Temple has fast food, 5 yuan, very simple, you can experience it if you need it, the time is in the last picture. The hotel is newly opened, the hardware environment has nothing to say, it should be one of the best hardware in Putuo Mountain. It can be seen that the staff is very new and young, the experience is a bit insufficient, but very enthusiastic, even if you encounter problems that you don't understand, you will always seek solutions to help you. Walk to Qianbusha for about 10 minutes, you can walk, children play in the sand, can not swim in the sea. The hotel also has many activities to participate in during the day, even if you don't go out, you can experience Zen. The traffic in Putuo Mountain cannot be by car. For the elderly, you can borrow a wheelchair for free. It takes a lot of walking to travel on the mountain. Therefore, please prepare a pair of comfortable shoes for everyone who comes to play."

Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!"
