Walking distance from the airport so perfect for me who just had a few hours to catch some sleep before having to return to the airport early the next morning. Room was basic but worth the price for me.

The overall hotel stay experience is particularly satisfactory. It is 20 minutes away from the airport. As soon as I got off the car, the staff greeted me warmly and took over my luggage. In the elevator, they also asked for reservation information in time. When I checked in at the 38th lobby, the butler ”Xiao Hao” had a very good service attitude. He was professional and patient. Our butler Xiao Liu (Liu Jinyi) was very nice. He introduced the various facilities of the hotel as soon as he arrived and helped us apply for an extension for afternoon tea! We had a lot of luggage, and we were mostly girls, so we and another guy helped us carry our luggage to the room, mainly because there were steps. After we watched the bonfire party, they also recommended delicious restaurants. When we encounter a problem, we can solve it immediately. Thank you very much!

The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

I had few nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Li is a down to earth person and don't forget about his front liners Ms June, Ms Chen, Mr Huang, Ms Chuen, and Ms MA all are very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, especially Ms June would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here as everyone mix and chat around especially at the living room and pantry (as my pictures) The brand embassador of the hostel is Mr Bo a cute and fluffy cat. Yunbo Hostel in a strategic location about 30 mins walk to Urumuqi Train and Bus station too and you can catch local buses to places with only RMB2 By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls below the building It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

Had a flight land at 3am and this was a comfortable and convenient way to get a few hours of sleep. Landed in T3 and it was a bit difficult to get into T2 at that time night. However, there are options in each terminal and location is only a few steps from where you exit to the arrivals terminal.

First time booked & stayed in this hotel, locality very convenient, room is cozy & bed was comfortable to filled my night, the stuffs is helpful & polite, full of eatery surroundings & till late night. Very enjoyable, will staying in this great hotel again next time & definitely will recommend to other..👍👍

It is equipped with two washbasins, the toilet and bathroom are separate, the whole house is smart, and one of the pillows is a buckwheat pillow, which is very good. The service attitude is also very good. The aunt at the door will greet you every time you enter and exit the door. Two cups of hot tea and coffee coupons are given when you check in. There are also self-service laundry machines and dryers that can be used. The only downside is that one elevator was being renovated when I went there, and the other elevator was slower.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

Since cars are not allowed in old town, this hotel is not too far inside old town, a taxi can drop you off and take only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Hotel is very clean, the owner even gave me a free tour of the area, like The 100 year old tea store, where a free show is performed with camels and dancers, the 柱子街,油画街,彩虹🌈巷.I would definitely come back as a (归来客)the next time I am in kashgar （喀什）. She knows about the area very well,just ask her like the 1 reminbi bus ride (the number 20yellow bus only)to 香妃园

Air con is under sized for the room so it needs to run all day to keep the room cool. Beds are very hard. Old Chinese style. Walkways and balconies are dusty. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can here the people walking and talking in the hallway and you can hear your neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice.
