The location is outside the Kalajun Scenic Area, with a wide view. It is recommended to choose the second row of rooms. There is a muddy road + horse farm in front of the first row of rooms. The interior of the room is very clean, but it is really not soundproof (the sound of rain at night, the barking of dogs in the middle of the night, the footsteps and voices of the guests on the wooden pallet are all clear)
The focus is on the service:
[Butler service] This time the butler is Xiaobai, a Kazakh boy who just graduated from high school and is currently interning in the hotel to prepare for college. He has a strong sense of national pride and is very enthusiastic~
[Hotel activities] Participated in ethnic home visits, and the activity itself is very good! Here comes the point: the original fee was 150 yuan and the last 0 yuan. The turning point was when I checked out, I saw the Ctrip page saying that the home visit activity was free. I showed it to the front desk + boss, but they didn’t know it. I was shocked 🤯 and then the boss said directly 🆓 but it gave me a very unprofessional feeling
[Bar price] The location is next to the horse farm, American/latte/hazelnut latte 48RMB! Problem 1: The price is too high. I specifically compared it with the Kurdenin Valley Campground where I stayed later. The most expensive coffee was 38 RMB. 2. The price of coffee is the same regardless of the category. This is the first time I have ever seen it! At least American coffee should be cheap! It is not hand-brewed coffee.
[Restaurant price] At first I suspected that the price of the scenic hotel might be so expensive. How expensive is it? Green pepper and preserved egg cost 68 or 78! Compared with the Nara Tixishi fake farm where I stayed later, the price of vegetables is generally 30-60 more expensive!
Summary: Good location, good environment, but extremely poor service (giving people the feeling of a completely scattered temporary team of workers who are about to disband at any time)

We took a metro from Urumqi Airport to 道桥站。here is actually a Grand Baaza. From here you may take a taxi to the hotel. It’s only 2km , we choose to walk. It’s took us 40 minutes. By walking the to hotel building , the exterior doesn’t look so grand . We have a friendly staff to check in for us. Surprised us. That’s nice & clean smart room. All closing windows , lights, music play can instruct 小度, to perform it🤭. Another surprise was the house keeping delivered us a foot spa at 9pm. And that’s a nice food street near the hotel building buildings.
We are very happy for a 3D2N stayed. Wonderful & comfortable. Thank you.
.
This hotel has both advantages and disadvantages.
【advantage】
It is located on a mountain within the Yuhu Scenic Area. You can drive up the mountain and overlook the Yuhu Lake from the hotel.
Some celebrities have stayed here to record shows, so you may have the opportunity to stay in the same room with them.
Breakfast will be delivered to your door and the milk will be heated up for you.
【Disadvantages Lightning Avoidance】
The shortcomings greatly affect the experience! !
I don't know if the heater was broken or what, the whole room was very very cold, only the bathroom was the warmest (because a separate heater was added). I reported it to the hotel, and no one came to deal with it even after I checked out;
The shower room's drain was probably clogged and no one had fixed it. The drain was very, very slow, and the water would overflow from the shower just by taking a shower.
The aromatherapy in the room has been used for a long time and has become moldy, but it is still there without being replaced.

Convenient location, right next to the town square with all the restaurants and also just 50m from the free town public bus stop. The room is surprisingly spacious; my family love it. The service is very good. We got welcome coffee. There were also check out gifts but we didn't have time to get it. The staff came over several times to make sure we are doing OK, that we know how to operate the heaters, etc. They even taught us a strategy to book the pass to 观鱼台. Just to note that I converse in mandarin, so I'm not sure how the staff will manage in another language. .

Room was spacious. Good amenities in the room: comfy slippers, kettle, coffee, umbrella, ironning board etc. Hotel is perfect location. I would like to thank manager Watt luo . He was very helpful, english was good . Hotel Breakfast was good. It was very convinient that the big shopping mall was just across the road.
The B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor.
Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us.
Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time.
In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back.
Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!

I really like the Kashgar style of this hotel, which matches the ancient city very well. The courtyard room has a door and a window, and the balcony is large and ventilated. It is quieter at night because it is not on the street. The service is also very good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time I come to Kashgar!
This time I stayed at the Shuiyunshan Wild Luxury Hotel in Wenquan County, and I was really taken advantage of!
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, a welcome ceremony with ethnic characteristics came to me. Xiao Ai and Xiao Mu smiled and presented white Hada and handed over steaming milk tea. At that moment, the fatigue of the journey instantly dissipated. Especially the hotel lady, she greeted me with a smile throughout the whole process and patiently answered all my questions. Her gentle attitude was like the warm sun in winter, warming my heart.
After checking in, the housekeepers Ike, Kahar, and Zaire immediately came to help with the luggage and introduced the hotel facilities along the way. I was even more surprised when I checked out. Before I could react, he had already moved the luggage to the door, and when I drove over, he helped me load it into the car neatly. This service was meticulous and just right.
The dining experience in the restaurant was also great. Rena and Aikeda would always pay attention to adding water. If there was any need, they would respond quickly, with bright smiles throughout the whole process, making people feel particularly comfortable.
There is also the horse uncle at the horse farm, who specially picked a docile horse to teach us step by step and share many interesting horse riding tips.
This time, from entering the hotel to leaving, every link was taken care of meticulously. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is excellent, and it is very close to the airport and the high-speed rail station. For me who travels frequently, it greatly saves time and energy for round trips. What's more pleasing is that the surrounding area is the bustling Wanda Plaza, where you can shop, eat and have fun. After work, you can walk to it in a few minutes to relax and meet all kinds of life needs. Of course, the most praiseworthy thing is the service here! The staff always maintains a warm and thoughtful attitude, answers questions in detail, provides thoughtful services, and arranges them in place. In particular, Xiaowan, Xiaoli, and Xiaozhu's thoughtful services impressed me. From patient guidance at check-in to proactively asking for needs and solving problems in a timely manner during the stay, every detail is handled very well, making people feel valued and cared for. The hotel has a strong Wi-Fi signal, and the facilities and equipment are intact. The takeaway is delivered to the room by a small robot. The restaurant dishes are served on time and taste delicious. There is a convenience store downstairs, the sofas in the lounge area are very soft, and the front desk service is good. It is really attentive. You don't have to go to the front desk to check out, just put it on the first floor, which is very convenient. A particularly good check-in experience, recommended to everyone. Thumbs up!
I stayed at this hotel again, and the front desk staff was still so enthusiastic to greet people and say hello! The security guard helped me take my luggage when I got off the bus! When I returned to the hotel after finishing my business at night, I also saw the security guard take the initiative to help the guests with their luggage! It's worth a thumbs up👍👍

HHengThis is a very clean and tidy hostel. The rooms are clean and the lockers are large. However, the showers are smelly and full of flies. The toilets are poorly constructed, but they're still ok. I was able to meet some nice people, buy some alcohol at the convenience store, and drink it at the bar. You can change the music at the bar if you ask the staff. I was very grateful to be able to use the washing machine and dryer for free. There is also a water server.

GGuest UserA home-away-from-home in the far reaches of Kashgar.
The property is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, from the seating area for interaction, to the beds in the dorms with the curtains for privacy, a nightlight and an electrical outlet. I especially like that there's a rooftop with clotheslines and pegs for drying my clothes since I can't get together a full load to use the washing machine/ dryer.
The homestay is located in a local village about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. However, this being Kashgar, the village is a Uighur village and you can interact with the locals staying here. There are lots of small shops and an entire street of food just on the street outside.
Ella, the owner of the homestay/hostel, has a great personality suited to hosting guests - she is warm, outgoing, and sincere and loves laughter. She's like the glue that brings her guests together to form a social circle, though she's fully appreciates some people may prefer their downtime and respects that.
It's not the peak season for travelling at the moment but even then, it's been great fun staying here.
GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness.
First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room.
I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent.
There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window.
Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.
GGuest UserThe room is very comfortable and warm. The layout and structure are also suitable for taking photos. It is very suitable for couples to come out and live. There is also a coffee shop, tavern and flower shop in the small courtyard! In the summer, you can also bask in the sun, enjoy the breeze and have a barbecue in the small courtyard outside. Highly recommended!

IIain in BeijingA great hotel as you would expect from a Conrad. The location was good but you do need to take a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas. The hotel was spotless, staff were great and the sky bar, pool and gym all good. The only let down was the view. If the hotel is quiet, why put your guess in the rooms with the worst view? I will never understand that - part of the reason for booking the Conrad was for the view and I did ask for a high rim, but nope. That didn’t happen!!

Excellent
RRichard HsientaThe hotel is excellently located near the tower and the Water Gate of the Ancient Town. The hotel is part of a Jiu Long (Nine Dragons) commercial space so some restaurants and convenience stores are close by. My room was comfortable and had everything I need. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A few nicks to pick: Every time I put my key into the room slot both the semi shear curtain and the blackout curtain opened simultaneously, and I have to close the semi sheer curtain to preserve privacy since my room looked into another hotel room across the alley. The Xiao Kai automation didn't seem to actually do anything. I was told the breakfast buffet opened at 8:30, but some days it opened earlier. I went at 9 one day and we were actually out of white rice gruel - interesting for China. The dining area was too crowded when a tour group moves through and the kitchen can't seem to replace the food quickly enough.
GGuest UserThis photo shows the toilet paper holder of another hotel I stayed in during this trip. There are two rolls, but your hotel only provides one roll, which is only half the size of the one roll in this store. It's a very small thing.
A few other suggestions, I sincerely hope that the management of your hotel can see:
First, this is the first time I see a so-called five-star hotel being so stingy with toilet paper. I don't know what happened in your management, but there is really no need to be stingy with toilet paper.
Second, the lobby. There are two types of reception channels in your hotel, one for VIPs and the other for individual guests. Aren't individual guests VIPs?
Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles.
Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot.
Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible.
There are many other complaints. Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the park with beautiful scenery. The items in the room are all new. The room layout is designed just right and in line with usage habits. There is a laundry room and parking lot, and public facilities are complete. Xiaodu in the room is not connected to the Internet and can't listen to songs. The front desk service is very good and the heating is sufficient.
GGuest UserIt was really a last-minute decision to stay here. I chose it based on my eyesight on Ctrip. Fortunately, the check-in experience was great. It can be seen that sometimes feeling is very important, hahahahahaha. The clean and sanitary facilities are complete, and the service is really thoughtful and considerate. The boss recommended us dining places, introduced surrounding attractions, and thoughtfully gave us chrysanthemum tea while we were sorting out photos at night. The most important thing is that the B&B is a perfect place to take photos. In the morning, looking at the snow-capped mountains in the distance, adjacent to the green lavender garden, and eating a carefully prepared breakfast, how comfortable can I describe it. Recommended!
