The hotel elevator goes directly to the 6th floor, where there's a popular cafe that's perfect for photos. Atour is a chain, so it's very clean and well-equipped with a light luxury feel. The Dyson hairdryer, high-quality pajamas, Peet's coffee, and a coffee machine are all highlights. Most importantly, the hotel also offers a video shoot of the 'dryland scallion pulling' experience, a welcome gift, and afternoon tea/coffee! There's also a butler service; you can just WeChat them if you need anything. Truly excellent! 👍🏻"

"This Lhasa trip led me to an incredibly pleasant surprise: a hidden gem of a Tibetan-style hotel. It was a perfect, flawless experience! The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by a rich, authentic ******* atmosphere. Exquisite handcrafted ******* doors and windows, alongside handmade wool ******* rugs, complemented by the soothing aroma of ******* incense, created an elegant and solemn space brimming with ethnic beauty. The lobby was clean and refined, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine, offering a truly immersive experience of snowland ******* culture. The entire room was equipped with an oxygen concentrator, so there was absolutely no need to worry about altitude sickness upon arriving at the plateau, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the 24-hour hot water supply was stable and ample. A humidifier and comprehensive toiletries were all provided. This hotel perfectly blends traditional ******* elegance with modern, high-end comfort, balancing both aesthetics and practicality."

"I absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight."

"Seriously, folks, you won't believe it! Staying at this so-called 'oxygen-enriched' hotel provided by the travel agency, I was so short of breath and uncomfortable that I barely slept a wink all night. It makes me miss the Shusheng Guizang Manor in Lhasa where we stayed the night before. I spent a long time researching and chose this Guizang Manor for our first night in Lhasa. Since we had taken a high-speed train and a flight and then suddenly arrived at a high-altitude area that day, I was worried that we two 'fragile' youngsters wouldn't cope and it would affect our subsequent itinerary. So, I picked this mid-to-high-priced hotel. Following the idea that 'you get what you pay for,' I thought this place couldn't possibly be bad. And sure enough, after actually staying there, especially after spending a night at another hotel, I realized that choosing the Shusheng Guizang Manor for our first night in Lhasa was the best decision I ever made! I won't even go into how great the hotel environment is; just look at the pictures and feel it for yourselves. We took these because we thought they were beautiful, planning to post them on social media, never intending to write a review. But it's 3 AM, and I'm just so moved, so the pictures are only of the hotel interiors we liked and our breakfast (P.S. Super wide variety of breakfast, both Chinese and Western! 🤩 Key point!!! I want to emphasize and remind friends like us who are visiting Lhasa for the first time: when choosing a hotel, be sure to clearly check or ask what kind of 'oxygen machine' they mean by 'oxygen-enriched.' Because we might not (dare to) wash our hair, but we will definitely need oxygen on the first night! In such high-altitude areas, basically all hotels claim to be oxygen-enriched, but we need to look at the type of oxygen machine shown in the hotel room pictures. Some might just be a portable scattered oxygen machine, which is actually useless, makes noise, and doesn't have an individual oxygen port. Or a slightly better one might have an oxygen port, but only one! Trust me, if you're traveling with two or more people and you book such a hotel because of the price, you'll regret it, friends. Because one oxygen port is simply not enough [crying emoji]. But this Guizang Manor hotel not only has 24-hour diffused oxygen, but everyone also gets a nasal cannula! Each person in the room is provided with an oxygen machine and an oxygen port. Oh my goodness, this literally saved our lives! While saving our lives, the hotel also provided humidifiers, saving our skin. It's super dry here, dry to the point of flaking, so humidifiers are also incredibly important. (P.S. If you have a lot of dampness in your body, disregard what I said – congratulations, you've found your personal paradise, but only for when you first arrive; you'll have to experience the rest for yourself later.) Finally, one more little surprise I discovered after checking in. Exit the hotel, turn left, walk straight for about 100 meters, look up and turn right, and you can directly visit Cuomu Liangfen 🌝 Forgot to mention, the hotel is also close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. Next time I come to Lhasa, I'm staying here again! I also hope that friends who have traveled to other cities and have recommended hotels can share their experiences and feelings after checking in. "The hotel was fantastic! Clean, hygienic, well-equipped, comfortable bedding, a plentiful breakfast, and attention to detail. The rooftop observation deck offered a superb view of Namcha Barwa. The hotel provided complimentary ******* clothing, Rhodiola rosea tea, coffee, and snacks. The TV had many channels, and the service was exceptional. A lovely receptionist named Tashi Chodron was particularly attentive and made guests feel right at home. In short, you can book this hotel without hesitation; you won't regret it."

"Usually, when I travel, I drive my husband's car, so over the years, I've memorized his license plate and it's become a habit. This time, I temporarily switched to driving my own car. On the day of check-in, I was in a rush and didn't double-check the actual license plate, so I subconsciously gave the front desk the license plate I usually drive. After checking in and going to retrieve the car, I carefully checked the parking spot and suddenly realized I had given the wrong license plate number. This entire incident was due to my own carelessness and mistake, and it had nothing to do with the hotel front desk staff. During my stay, the room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. My previous negative review was a misunderstanding, and I am specifically clarifying it here in this review. "I booked a room with a Potala Palace view, and it truly felt like the entire palace was right in front of me – the view was absolutely perfect. The bedding was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night of my four-night stay. The facilities were comprehensive, with nasal oxygen equipment and a humidifier, both working well. The bathroom facilities were a bit basic, and there was a slight odor from the floor drain. Every night, fresh fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room; the yogurt was delicious. There's no private parking lot, so you have to walk about 100 meters, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in Ali, the simple smile of the little girl at the front desk of the hotel gives people a very warm feeling. The linen and facilities in the room are very comprehensive, even small things like laundry detergent are equipped. The son can write his homework comfortably when he enters the room. I look at the distant grassland through the window. It is really pleasant. See you next time you change it, and you will definitely choose another one."

"Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!"

"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. There was no breakfast, but upon entering, saffron tea was offered. We got a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with two large, comfortable beds. When a room became available in the middle of the night, they also provided us with an oxygen concentrator, which allowed us to sleep with the door closed. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable."
