Great hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available. Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

The room is a little bit small but if one person living it's really not have any inconvenient. The room is very clean, no any strange smell. Realy near the train station, it only takes about 10 minutes walks to get to the train station. My room is on the 15th floor and if I close the window, I can't hear the train's sound or any station's sound at all. I slept well. All the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The cleaners are really friendly and they clean my room every single day. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Chengdu

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel was situated right between the domestic and international terminals. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast has a wide spread of pastry and local delights. I personally enjoy the noodle station.

Great location at the heart of Chengdu’s busiest area, perfect for shopping and nightlife. Also really well connected by metro. The hotel is new and well designed, and the room was spacious and really well equipped. Main con is that the hotel is in (and shares elevators with) a 30+ floors office building, and during rush hours it can take ages to get a free elevator. Our room’s “city view” was also quite poor.

Nice & clean. Walkable distant to 成都九龙广场. Nearby got a lot of street food at night. I found a very cheap Panda souvenir shop nearby. Got free one häagen-dazs ice cream from trip.com per booking only. (Not per room) Staff are all super friendly and smile all the time.

This is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info. The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel. Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything! She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated. The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey! The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

Location: far from the subway, but the nearest is Chunxi Rd. Station. The room was perfect, with everything you need, but the elevator was so confusing.  Staff were enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. Ms. Xiao He was super service-minded. And Uncle Security was so generous and so nice.

The best hotel in Chengdu in terms of services and cleanliness. The staffs here were very friendly and passionate to assist me in pretty much everything, they also put a smile on the face after my checked-in and checked-out, also the manager, i guess, helped me carrying my luggage in the car, i was grateful for that. The room was clean although the size was a little bit small, but it worked, amenities are plenty especially water. The air-conditioner was weak, the breakfast was awesome with several choices of food. The location is near Tonghuimen Station. So far i have been impressed by the wonderful hospitality and will be returning again.

We were really grateful for the early check-in they offered as we arrived at Chengdu on a very early flight. We have a few hours of rest before starting to explore around Chengdu. Location is very convenient and there is lots of good food in the surroundings. Luckin coffee, their local chain coffee is just at Level 1 of the same building with the hotel. We had a few cups during our stays. Room conditions are clean and comfortable. At times, the lift might be crowded during peak hours. We are okay as staircases are available too. It is very easy to get to the IFS shopping area and Tai Koo Li.

Really great location and close to the IFS (International Finance Centre) and shops around which was still busy past midnight on weekends. The only complaints are that (1) they don't have a fridge in the room but at that price, I couldn't really ask for it, and (2) the room smells of cigarette smoke but you get used to it after a while. Running the AC helps. I'd stay here again definitely.

My family and i were pleased with this hotel, it was great value for money, breakfast selection was one of the better ones that i’ve had on this trip. The outdoor hot spring was lovely. Service was top-notch if not for this next point. Guests were allowed to smoke in the lobby despite it being a no-smoking lobby. Even when I went to the front desk to highlight it to them, they did not do anything. This was massively disappointing for me. Otherwise, location was great, near some eateries. Service staff was always nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!!

We arrived at Jiuzhaigou after a day tour to Huanglong. My wife has experienced fairly severe high altitude reaction and was really unwell. The male manager at the hotel offered many good advices and even gave my wife an oxygen canister to inhale free of charge. Due to my wife’s condition we had to postpone our visit to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. The manager assisted with the cancellation and re-booking of the entrance tickets. Over the next few days the hotel staff also organised to book a ******* dinner, bus tickets and taxi on the date of departure. We have traveled to many places in China and have to say that this is one of our best customer service experience so far. Thank you!

- I stayed at three hotels during my trip to China, and this is the only hotel where the staff always said hello whenever they saw us. - There was a minor issue with the room amenities, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—only 5 mins away from Jiuzhaigou valley, with easy access to restaurants. On top of that, the hotel itself was very clean. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as the room was always refreshed and tidy when I returned after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a prime location and a high standard of cleanliness.

The stay here was excellent and we stayed here for 3 nights to visit both Chang Ping Valley and ShuangQiao Valley during this autumn season for snow peak view . The stay is located about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Chang Ping Valley Touristic Spot. The hotel can help to arrange cab to ShuangQiao Valley if you wish to travel there as well. The hotel room was clean, staffs were friendly and most importantly able to communicate in both English and Mandarin, which made the communication easy. Their restaurant is worth visiting as well as they serve delicious yak meat hotpot, mushroom chicken noodle. Their home made rose milk tea and mushroom garlic fried rice are must try as well.

The hotel Is really close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Park. The hotel was really good at helping us to get a 6-seater that pick us up from the Zhengjiangguan train station. We also got the driver to bring us to Huanglong below getting to Jiuzhaigou. Having McDonalds right at the front was amazing for our kids who are not a fan of spicy food that the adults love!

Zhongshan Inn is located in Changpingzhen, a ******* style village part of Siguniangzhen at about 3200m altitude (good for acclimatization if you want to go further to Danba, Tagong, Kangding). The bus from and to Chengdu Chadianzi station stops in 5min walking distance from the Inn. To Shuangqiao Valley one needs a driver (about 7 km away, 15 min drive). To Changping Valley (6km away, short ride) one has to take the shuttle bus, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The trailhead to Haizi Valley is in 5 min walking distance, one can walk over directly. I stayed here in the week before the Spring Festival. The village and the Inn have been extremely quiet, just a few visitors (many stores and Inns were closed due to the holiday). Hiking and trekking opportunities around this place are rich and beautiful, worth a several day visit. The staff of the guesthouse is very, very kind and goes out of the way to help and support. The owner is a young man who can speak and understand English (great for foreigners). Rooms are spacious, warm, and tidy (bathtub, heating blanket, floor heating) at a fair price. For animal lovers: there are a Husky dog and several cats in the house. In the village you can see the integrated life of villagers and their tiny horses (many of them work as pack animals in the valleys), yaks and cows. Expect some travel hassle if you go by bus or car during the winter season with snow and ice on a small curvy street through spectacular mountains. Needs patience, things will take much longer then.

Recommended place to stay near Dagu Glacier This hotel is around 6km from Dagu, worth the price! Amenities are complete (toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. as written on the booking page.. although it would be great if they can provide tea/ coffee in the room to enjoy the view in the morning ). The room was very big for 2 people. It's clean and the bed has a heater in it, the AC also works well. The shower was also great, no heating problem or small water. Although the floor doesn't have heater. there are slippers that can be used around the room. The lady on the frontdesk was very accomodating and very friendly. Really appreciate it! The check in process was very easy for foreigners like us. Overall. it was a great stay. and if we’re going back to Dagu, we would love to stay here again.

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights from 14-19 Sep 2024 Hygiene-3 The hotel’s hygiene is really sub-par, found black rubber bands left on the floor, likely left behind by the previous guest. Room cleaned, top up with fresh towels but used towels not cleared…. Taking a bath is painful as the water pressure is weak and it is difficult to adjust the temperature. The water either gets extremely hot or just turned cold. Highlighted the issues to the counter staff. They look into the issue and took action immediately, the issues persisted. Value for Money- 3 Breakfast spread was average. This 5 star overrated. It is a 3.5 star at the most. Location-5 Great location, near to the scenic with many restaurants nearby. Service-5 In general, all the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the housekeeper Xiao Han who is very prompt and pro-active in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

We had a nice and modern room at 6th floor, nice view and bright. Bed is comfortable (not hard). Basic chinese breakfast, overall a very good Price in April for such hôtel. Park entrance is at 15min by foot, which is correct. Last but not least, all staff is really kind and accommodating, doing their best to help and please us. I would definitely come back again !

Quiet, not noisy, blackout curtains are also very good, for a person who is sensitive to sleep, I am already very satisfied The breakfast is not large, but you get what you pay for, definitely not comparable to a five-star hotel Walk to the ticket gate of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and walk slowly for half an hour Once again, I praise the diversion capacity of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. I didn't feel congested at all during the National Day holiday, and the queue was not long. On the contrary, I queued for more than an hour when I took the cable car in Huanglong. I randomly found two restaurants around the hotel to eat yak beef soup and didn't step on thunder

Location is good and value for the price. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.
