"This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store."

Overall, it perfectly balances convenience for sightseeing with attentive service, making it ideal for staying with elderly family members. I would definitely book this hotel again when I bring my family back to the area."

Every time I bring my child, we always need something from the front desk or order takeout, and the robot delivers it. My child especially loves playing with the robot. A big hotel is always better; you don't have to worry about hygiene, and the facilities are complete."

This morning, when I was checking out, the lobby was very busy, but Yina remained calm and professional throughout, never showing any signs of being rushed or perfunctory. She processed the check-out quickly and meticulously reviewed the bill, patiently explaining every charge. She proactively asked if I needed an invoice and carefully confirmed the title and tax ID information, saving me the hassle of double-checking everything myself. She maintained a gentle smile the entire time, her tone was kind and polite, and her demeanor was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being overwhelming. The hotel's facilities themselves are impeccable; the rooms are spotless, and the location is excellent. However, Yina's thoughtful and attentive service was truly the highlight of this trip. As a high-end hotel, Shangri-La's service quality truly lives up to its reputation, and Yina's professionalism perfectly embodies the feeling of 'home away from home'. "Very comfortable seaside resort hotel, right out the door is the sea, the location is indescribable, the scenery is stunning. The hygiene is cleaned, the outdoor pool is well maintained, and the water is clear and translucent. The meals are delicious, there are many fun attractions nearby, the service is courteous and attentive, any questions are available at any time, the reply is timely, and I personally think the value for money is still possible."

"The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again."
