From check-in, through my stay, to final check-out, the whole process was well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with a great ambiance. The guest room was spotlessly clean and the hygiene details were impeccable, making for a very pleasant stay. Diana was professional, thoughtful, and responsive, handling everything reliably. "Highly recommend this hotel! I visited Changchun during a heatwave, and before heading out, I requested three bottles of mineral water for our two rooms, which the hotel promptly delivered. When checking out, I made a last-minute request for two more bottles, and they were smoothly provided—the service was incredibly generous. The large beds in the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Any requests made to the front desk, such as for bath towels or drinking water, were delivered quickly, and the staff was very patient. The location is also great, making it convenient to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything!"

"This was our first family trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and we chose to stay at Wanda Jin Hua. Throughout our stay, Tu Tu from the executive lounge provided excellent and thoughtful service. She added us on WeChat early on to inform us about our benefits and scenic spot reservation details, which made our entire check-in process incredibly smooth. On the day of arrival, we even received complimentary pastries and fruit. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain views (՞ਊ՞)👍. The benefits were great fun, but since our child was too young, he couldn't enjoy many of them. We'll definitely bring him back when he's a bit older."

"The most satisfying hotel in Changchun. **Facilities:** The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are well-maintained. However, my room door had a gap, causing a whistling sound when the window was open, but my friend's room door was fine. There's a bathtub and a separate shower. You can ask the front desk for kids' toiletries. **Hygiene:** Very clean, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. **Environment:** Elegant. The swimming pool is a bit small and often crowded with swimming learners every day. Breakfast was quite rich, with Northeastern specialty dishes daily. **Service:** Detailed and enthusiastic, meeting hotel standards. **Changying Studio Museum ticket 10% discount:** You need to get the voucher from the front desk. **Location:** Absolutely fantastic! 👍 To the left is You Shan, directly opposite is Changying Studio, to the right-front is a stop for bus 54, and across the street to the left-front is Wanda Plaza."

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"

"The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! Here's a ranking of the five hotels I've stayed at recently, for anyone who needs it: (1st: InterContinental Changchun Gaoxin, 2nd: Yanji Hongju Hotel, 3rd: Wanda Jin Changbaishan West Slope, Hunchun Jifeng International Hotel, 4th: Atour S Hotel Changchun Jilin University First Hospital (parking inconvenient, otherwise acceptable), 5th: Not recommended: Sheraton Changbaishan West.)"

"Lost Forever, Northeast. It's been a long time since I've been back to the Northeast. My husband won a lottery for a Northeast 100 trail race, so we packed up the whole family and came back for it. The 'investment doesn't cross Shanhaiguan Pass' shock started with booking the hotel. A hotel that usually costs around 600 RMB skyrocketed to 1800 RMB for this weekend, complete with a 'non-refundable' predatory clause. A week before our trip, the room price dropped to 1200 RMB. Ctrip customer service apologized profusely and told me that because this hotel can only be booked through suppliers, Ctrip couldn't offer a price reduction, only a voucher as compensation. As a native Northeasterner, I wasn't surprised by this monopolistic behavior from a **travel agent**. No matter how far you go, you can still recognize the unique flavor of home through these connections. So, we returned to the Northeast as planned. Even when visiting relatives these past many years, my stays were always brief, like interacting with estranged parents, afraid that staying too long would reveal an incompatibility. Among the countless hotels I've stayed in, this one was quite special. The pool temperature was perfect, and the water was very clean, but the shower area by the pool had a severe sewage smell. The room facilities were a bit dated, but the area was not small. There were two sinks side-by-side: one had moisturizer, and next to the other was hand soap. It was perfect for two people to wash their hands at the same time; one person would hand the hand soap to the other, and then the other would hand the moisturizer to the first person. Perfect. Every floor by the elevator had 'No Smoking' signs, but there was a strong, ingrained smell of smoke in the room, accumulated over years. After all, who can control Northeasterners? The auntie at the noodle station during breakfast seemed like a relative on her first day of work. She was awkward with the blanching basket, complaining, 'Why didn't you say you wanted blanched vegetables before I cooked the noodles?' while lifting soggy greens from the basket and placing them into the diners' bowls. I guess she purposely didn't shake off the water from the greens, perhaps considering how salty the egg sauce was. The beautiful front desk staff and handsome bellboys were all attractive and provided kind and friendly service. Only in the Northeast can you find so many good-looking young people working in service. The automatic doors on the second floor of the hotel lead directly to the foot of the mountain, making it incredibly convenient for skiing in winter, I imagine. In early autumn, the ski slopes were covered with yellow wildflowers, and this Northeast was so beautiful, deserving of its liveliest deep winter and vibrant summer. The Northeastern child who got into a university in Beijing said that the ceilings in Beijing apartments are too low, and the city is so big that it's hard not to feel worn out. He said he would eventually return to the Northeast, and that his family would make the most suitable arrangements for him. Even if the ski slopes are covered with thick snow, next year they will still be covered with flowers across the mountains. The fertile land of the Northeast can only nourish those brave souls who are not afraid of salt. And for the delicate and fragile, it was on this one day at this hotel that they realized they could never return. So for some, the Northeast is lost forever."

"This month at work has been incredibly exhausting, so I wanted to find a place to really unwind for a couple of days. The first place that came to mind was the Swissotel at Huamei Holy Land. And sure enough, it's truly a place where I can relax. Compared to my first visit five years ago, the facilities are much more comprehensive now, with more activities and a wider selection of delicious food. What hasn't changed, though, is the tranquility of autumn in the northeast, and the beautiful scenery within the resort grounds. Also, Pig Tail Bay under the bridge seems even more beautiful than before. The staff are so discreet you barely notice them, yet everything is taken care of so well that you almost don't need them to be actively present. At least for me, I appreciate such thoughtful yet unobtrusive service. If I ever need a complete break and some self-reflection again, I'll definitely choose Huamei Holy Land."

The hallways were clean and bright, and the room itself was impressive from the moment I walked in – spotless with excellent attention to detail. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress had just the right firmness, allowing me to relax quickly and ensuring a stable and comfortable night's sleep. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very thoughtfully put together, with a wide variety of options, and the service was warm and welcoming. Overall, it's incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Jilin!"
