absolutely beautiful scenery and view staying at this hotel ! the interior of the hotel and room looks more traditional and a tad bit old if those prefer modern hotels,, staff are very welcoming and helpful! but one thing to comment is the laundry service is not as efficient.. it took us 3 hours of waiting to complete our washing process 😔 but i won’t complain since the service was all free just keep in mind, the machine is constantly occupied by guests so be ready to wait for hours if you want to use it

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Lindunlu metro station and 10 minutes walk to Pingjianglu. It is reasonably new hotel with zen design. These criterion justify the higher price tag. The room i booked was probably the low cost version, located at the far end of the corridor. There is a door that is kept opened all the time,, probably emergency door that separated this room for the rest in the corridor. The room was rather narrow, hardly any space to move around, so it s just nice for 1 person. The bed is tatami style, but the mattress is soft enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was kind enough to help microwave my food and attentive enough to provide me with plastic bag to carry the warm container and gave me a pair of chopsticks.

Had a great stay at Andu hotel, the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. There’s many places to eat nearby and the staff are very helpful

Hotel is close to 南京南 rail station, an easy 10 minutes walk to the hotel. There’s also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. The front desk service staff are very good, several people were checking in and the staff quickly brought out an additional staff to facilitate check-in process. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything a traveler needs. The amenities in the hotel are great. The gym is well equipped with top quality exercise equipment. The breakfast is great with a variety of dishes to satisfy your taste buds. I only stayed one night, but I will definitely choose this hotel again for a longer stay.

Direct access to airport Nanjing Terminal 1 and 2. You can access the Nanjing metro line as well. The room is clean and tidy. Convenient

Very disappointed as the mattress in our rooms were uncomfortable,uneven and sags inthe middle.Though we asked to change the room ,the beds were still not flat so we had a backache after wokevup.It is not as our expectation for 5 star hotel.The air temperature in the room could not adjust to be cooler and it did not have good air flow in the room.

We have just left the hotel after a short 2 night stay and wish we were staying longer. Jinling Hotel in Nanjing is fantastic - great location, nice large rooms, all the facilities you would expect from a top tier five star hotel and even a Dyson hairdryer in the room! But the best feature of this hotel that made our stay special has been the staff at Jinling. We frequently stay at luxury hotels including all the well known international brands and found the service at Jinling particularly top notch. From the bellboys jumping to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the hotel to checking in and every smile since, we will be sad to leave tomorrow. Special shout outs to: Ula at reception who patiently explained everything and gave us her wechat which we used to ask questions through our stay and she always responded promptly, Sammi who ran up some additional things for my daughter and was just so friendly and helpful, Liao Lifang and Allen at the health club/pool who explained all the facilities and Miss Liao in particular who seemed to be a very experienced swimmer and giving tips to doing laps and very quick to offer us water and made our trip to the pool a very memorable one for us, gentleman at the cake shop downstairs (unfortunately we didn’t catch his name) who gave us coffee as we waited for our pastry order. Through these staff and all others we encountered in our short stay, it is very apparent that this hotel values their customer experience and it is executed flawlessly. We highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk was very helpful - depends on the shift. But mostly friendly and helpful. Washing machine facilities readily available, if the staff are free, they will help to put in for you in the dryer. Hotel was also clean and very accessible to all places! (: There is also a man sitting on the front recommending tours. If lazy, can get from him. If not can go your own. Exit number 2! 2 stops away from the Suzhou train station!

this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Shilu Shantang Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the free laundry service provided, which added great convenience. The overall environment of the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. While there were moments when the wait for the elevator was a bit longer than expected, it did not affect my enjoyment of the stay. Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

Location is great, just outside the station exit. The hotel entrance is behind KFC so go around the building. There's also a basic shopping street nearby. Room is clean and large. Many electric points. Service staff was patient. There's a water dispenser at the lift lobby if the complimentary bottled water is not enough. Great place overall!!

Great place to stay with friends and/or family! Got a free upgrade to a larger apartment. The whole apartment was really clean with alot of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. There is also a Zizhiyuan garden onsite that is beautifully reconstructed/refurbished and would be great for pictures. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the hotel is located opposite a mall with many food options.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

I was staying in Pukou, NanJing, and needed a hotel at Lukou airport for an early morning flight to Korea. GreenTrees was easily accessed by short taxi ride from Metro in the airport, and at checkin the hotel booked me onto their 6.00 AM shuttle minibus. Dinner wasn't available (I arrived at 20.00), but they offered me snacks and I was able to buy more at their 24-hour shop. Breakfast wasn't due to start until 6.00 AM, but they allowed me in at 5.45.

The room was very spacious and tidy, with daily cleaning and all the hygiene products restocked. Hotel is located just next to the beautiful touristic area and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And they have lovely cats living in the hotel!

A very friendly hostel with the warm hospitality😌 I have been working in the hotels and can really tell tell when the service is good or bad. So this time they made my stay perfect, giving only positive vibe🙌 I have stayed here only for 1 day, and for sure, I will be staying here for the future trip here in Nanjing😇 多谢了 for the associates and the friends that I made there🤍

Overall, experience was quite good and service in Shangri-La live up to expectations! Location wise hotel is placed nearby metro station, walking distance around 300m. We were living on the 38 floor with good city overview. Room was clean and tidy, quite comfortable and convenient. There is a nice lobby bar with good choice of food and drinks, live music. Very wide choice of food at breakfast. There are things to mention for Shanghai-La to probably think of…firstly, breakfast time was quite crowded every day and some days we had to stand by to be seated, secondly, given the fact that it’s a five star hotel, cleanliness of breakfast area, as well as smell (ventilation wasn’t working properly) should be improved, last, but not least, we don’t understand table cleaning approach: staff moving around with a big trolley to clean up tables of the food waste just by throwing it to garbage bin while you are just a few steps away of that having breakfast, not even mentioning that there is no sorting at all, everything goes to same bins. Why not to clean the table by just removing dirty dinnerware and to do the rest in back house. With five star hotel I definitely would expect more attention to be paid for hygiene factors!

Stayed here 4 times in 2024. Everything is good. Front desk staff need to improve. We were urgent to check in the rooms and they were chatting while processing. During this stay there were some minor renovations on our floor outside our rooms. To be fair the hotel should close off the floor. Otherwise all is very good.

A cosy hotel in the city . Clean , quiet and cheery staff . Gifted with a welcome coffee . Many restaurants within short walking distance and metro as well. Malls at xinjiekou was also within walking distance . Easy to get didi transport to scenic spots . Connected with the front desk via wechat , and they respond to enquiries speedily. We extended our stay at Yifei.

A nice hotel at a good location in my view. Front staff had a good attitude and gave a good help when something unhappy happened to my stay. 

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

The hotel experience I stayed in this time was perfect! From the warm reception of Mo Zi at the front desk, Yun Xin and Xian He were great, to the meticulous cleaning of the guest rooms, nothing could be faulted. The room was warmly decorated, with all the supplies, and the view outside the window was also very pleasant. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. Next time I travel, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The hotel environment and greenery are good, full of autumn atmosphere. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by a fresh and high-end fragrance. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and the check-in is very fast. There are also children's privileges. The breakfast variety is rich. I will stay here next time!

The hotel has complete facilities, high cost performance, powerful wifi, good environment, good location, and it is convenient to eat nearby. The room is very good and I like it very much. It is also very quiet, especially the hygiene is clean and tidy. I can live here with complete peace of mind. The room is very spacious and the check-in is also very fast. The hotel service is as good as always. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. They are very considerate. The breakfast buffet is great. Because it is the first time to stay, the front desk sales Beibei also took the initiative to help with the upgrade. When checking out, the front desk Chen Yingying also enthusiastically reminded and helped to carry the kettle and pour water. The service awareness is great. The takeaway is delivered by a robot. There are laundry rooms and ironing machines. It is very convenient. If you come to Wuxi again, this hotel is still the first choice!

Holiday Inn is very well located right beside the Wuxi train station. Connected at Level 2 allows an easy access to the train station and the various eateries around. Excellent hotel service who provided clear instructions as well as good support to all the questions that we may have. In particular, Phoebe helped us with the check in, she was friendly and very helpful in letting us know how to get around Wuxi and provided us a map around the key scenic areas for our short stay. The stay was exceptionally comfortable with options of hard/soft pillows, clean and smoke-free rooms. Hotel beds were super comfortable and big. Certainly a highly recommended hotel for families with kids, couples and etc.

We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

this may be an airport hotel but its quite a walk to the hotel with no proper pedestrian path at some point, roads were also uneven so it is though with lugagge, we were not aware there was a pick up option so make sure to check that before hand. other than that service and room is great. the day we checked out there was a private car to send us to the airport which was nice.

We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night. Otherwise I can not stop praising this hotel and recommend it to anyone that want to be close to a good mall the subway and the park.
