The food at the hotel was excellent, and there were so many activities to enjoy. The VIP queue experience was also great. From a value-for-money perspective, even though it was expensive, I felt it was totally worth it. However, there were a few minor shortcomings: 1. A very small number of staff members tried to shirk responsibility. When we first returned to the hotel from Xiangshawan, the waiting area was completely empty. A drowsy older gentleman told us to just get on the next jeep that arrived. As soon as the jeep pulled up, about a dozen people appeared, led by a female staff member. She immediately started bossing us around, saying it was for *them* and that we should go queue up. I was quite annoyed and said that when we arrived, there was no one here, and now that *they* have arrived, we're suddenly told to queue up, meaning we'd be stuck behind these dozen-plus people and God knows how long we'd have to wait. Seeing my strong tone, this female staff member simply said, ”I don't know,” shrunk her neck, and stayed silent. She made no effort to help us or manage the other group, acting as if we should just sort it out ourselves. Fortunately, another vehicle arrived quickly, and the driver was excellent, immediately saying there was space for everyone and that there were plenty of cars. If it weren't for the good driver, and me being tired, I would have definitely noted down the employee number of that staff member who was so aggressive at first but then immediately cowered and dodged responsibility when faced with someone assertive. 2. The wait time for the small train shuttle to and from the room was very long. I suggest informing guests how long the wait will be. The first time we left, it arrived in about 2 minutes, so I assumed it would always be quick. The second time, I waited for ten minutes and it still hadn't arrived. Only after calling again was I told it would be another five minutes. I recommend informing guests of the expected wait time during the initial booking to help them decide whether to continue waiting. Furthermore, the so-called QR code reservation system was not user-friendly at all. You couldn't note the number of people, it didn't show how many people were ahead of you, and I didn't see any time advantage. I specifically took a photo of the QR code and made a reservation while I was in the lobby, but when I went upstairs, I was still behind people who only reported their room numbers to the staff *after* arriving upstairs. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and I definitely plan to come back in the summer.

I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. Parking was easy, and the room was clean and tidy. My kids absolutely loved the capsule beds! The shower and tap water had temperature displays, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was fantastic – a great variety of delicious dishes, all served at the perfect temperature. Five-star recommendation!

The location is superb, very close to Dazhao Temple and Saishang Old Street, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The Chinese-style courtyard has an elegant environment, and the room facilities are complete and high-end, featuring smart home systems, a Dyson hairdryer, and direct drinking water. It's clean and tidy. The service is thoughtful, and you can even bring pets. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

As a long-standing business hotel, its location is absolutely top-notch, right next to Wangfujing Department Store and Wanda Plaza. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service attitude is definitely first-class. I highly recommend the breakfast – a wide variety of dishes and delicious, especially the Chinese stir-fries. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos.

The first time I went to Hohhot, I participated in the half-marathon. This hotel is right next to the starting point, which is very convenient. The hotel's service is too intimate. In order to facilitate the participants in this horse race, the breakfast at 7 o'clock was specially advanced to 6:30. Another thing to be commended is that the hotel did not sit on the ground during the horse race, unlike the Dalian Marathon I participated in before, the direct price of the hotel near the starting point doubled.

I really enjoyed the charming courtyard setting; it felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. We drove all the way from Ulanqab, and as we planned to visit Lvshuiliang the next day, we searched for nearby options and booked this guesthouse. It's a traditional rural-style courtyard, very clean and well-maintained. There weren't many other guests, and the room amenities were quite comprehensive.

Not worth the value. ESP, if you don’t plan to travel with your own car. Lack of amenities, food, and transportation. Hotel was unable to find a transport for us that left us stranded, we had to find our own way out as it was located within the National park -private area . Food was supposed to be pre-ordered, we tried to add some extra dishes more than 5 hours before dinner, still cannot be arranged for. They arranged a private dining area for our family, however did not clean up from previous guests, there were storage of old chairs and tissue paper lying around. Hotel has no other facilities apart from the room itself and the cafe. No pool, spa/sauna or facilitators Overall the room and view was nice, but it can be accessible without the stay.

The room was spacious and large enough for a family, and it even came with three complimentary breakfasts, which was a great deal. The location is good, relatively quiet, and there's a barbecue restaurant and a local specialty shop downstairs that are fun to browse. It's not far from the big fountain, just a ten-minute electric scooter ride away.

Our stay was excellent and well above our expectations! We booked a family room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The decor felt modern and high-quality, with great attention to detail. The room came with a minibar, hand-drip coffee, and tea, which were lovely touches. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby for guests to enjoy at check-in. The TV offered a wide selection of entertainment beyond regular live TV, which was especially convenient when travelling with kids. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of choices and very good quality. The only small disappointment was at check-out, when we noticed another couple asking the front desk about souvenirs and receiving one, while we weren’t offered one ourselves. It would have been a nice touch to end an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhai!
