A wonderful stay in Furong Ancient Town. Thank you so much for the kind hospitality and making us feel welcome during Chinese New Year. The guesthouse is located conveniently in the ancient town and will help to purchase the ticket for the town. And arranges pick up from the train station and a small extra charge for drop off. The service at the guesthouse is warm, welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation overlooks the river and it is relaxing to sit by the window and view the town. It’s a great location to explore the town. The rooms are clean, comfortable with all the amenities that you may need. The breakfast is simple and delicious. Rice porridge, fried rice, pickles, buns, eggs and coffee / tea. There are little snacks at the reception and during the Chinese new year the guesthouse arrange us rice dumplings and jiaozi. Nestled amidst misty mountains and serene waters, this place truly feels like a hidden paradise. The room is quaint and elegant, offering undisturbed tranquility, where you can watch the clouds drift by and savor the peacefulness of the forest. The service is thoughtful and attentive, making for an incredibly pleasant stay that I won't soon forget. The owner is wonderfully warm and attentive, treating guests like friends, and even thoughtfully arranged airport transfers, saving me from travel worries. Perched among green peaks and swirling mists, it offers both poetic natural beauty and human warmth. This trip was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. When I return to Zhangjiajie, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Opening the window reveals the stunning beauty of Wuling, while closing it brings serene peace to the room. The room is clean, elegant, and boasts an amazing view. To sleep embraced by mountains and wake up with the clouds truly lives up to its reputation as a fairyland. A perfect stay.

This Huanzhi Hotel really exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and facilities! The overall design is stylish and elegant, the public areas are clean and tidy with a great ambiance, perfect for photos. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The double-layer soundproofing is outstanding, making it quiet and comfortable. The whole room is smartly controlled, which is super convenient. It boasts a giant screen projector, comfortable bedding, a smart toilet, and a separate wet/dry bathroom, all top-notch and fully equipped. The amenities are high quality. The hygiene details are spot-on, ensuring a secure and pleasant stay. The location is excellent, making travel easy. It's definitely a top choice for its price range, offering both great facilities and environment. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located near the lower reaches of the Tuojiang River, offering a quiet environment perfect for a good night's sleep, yet it's incredibly convenient for getting around. You can open your window right onto the river! It's a quick stroll along the riverbank to reach the ancient town. The front desk service was exceptional; they even helped arrange transportation to the Maglev station, which was a huge plus since ride-sharing apps aren't available here. Spending an evening or afternoon in their tearoom, facing the river, chatting, and relaxing was incredibly pleasant!

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was very clean and the facilities were new. The room was spacious, and the hotel service was absolutely 5-star worthy! They called me half a month in advance to add me on WeChat and offer travel advice. The service attitude was incredibly good! The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the cable car entrance. We were late checking out after returning from Tianmen Mountain, and the hotel still helped us out. This hotel truly deserves a super 5-star rating! Everything exceeded my expectations, and the service definitely gets a thumbs up! Plus, the front desk staff had amazing smiles! Seeing their smiles always brightened my mood! Thumbs up! Better service than the Wyndham Grand!

The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.

What a pleasant surprise! As an EV owner, this Four Points by Sheraton is a must-stay. Both the service and facilities were top-notch and completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were professional and attentive, handling my check-in efficiently. They proactively asked about my needs and patiently recommended local attractions and authentic eateries. They even thoughtfully offered complimentary welcome fruit, and their warm smiles instantly melted away my travel fatigue. As someone who travels by electric vehicle, what I appreciated most were the hotel's charging stations. They were clearly marked, charged quickly, and were easy to use. Charging overnight was a breeze, and parking was convenient, completely eliminating any range anxiety. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding, and you could tell they paid attention to the details. With such warm service, worry-free charging, and excellent value for money, this hotel has definitely made it onto my list of must-stay places for future trips. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is in excellent condition, with spacious, bright, clean, and tidy rooms. The breakfast, in particular, is superb, especially the beef noodles and rice vermicelli. There's also a shortcut (not on navigation, but the hotel staff will tell you about it) that takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to one of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's gates (there are many gates). It's a scenic walk along a path (the photos attached were taken along this route). From there, you can take a free shuttle bus to the attractions you wish to visit according to your itinerary.

Very nice hotel to stay in Zhangjiajie, rooms are spacious, equipped with coffee machine, ironing, Smart Control lighting and curtains. Breakfast is buffet, needs little improvement but all in all 4/5. Hotel is located very close to Tianmen mountain cable car and bus terminal. By bus you can easily travel to wulingyuan and national park. Recommend.

We stayed 2 nights there. It’s beautiful resort theme different from the hotels. Our room is very spacious and clean overlooking the mountain. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety and it’s delicious. There are cat and dogs which makes the place cosy. They have free pick up and drop off from hotel, daily to Wulingyuan town about 10mins ride. Free laundry service. Hotel staff even helped to make a trip to collect a delivery from warehouse. Thumbs up for their service! Thank u so much in making our stay a memorable one!
