Five of us came to Luoyang to play. We happened to see that this room type could accommodate 5 people and the location was quite suitable, so we decided on it. The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded. The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay. Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby. I forgot to take pictures of B&Bs, take a look at Luoyang

Facilities: There are not many experiences for one night, it looks quite complete, but the underground parking lot is not open on snowy days. The situation of water not heating mentioned in the previous comment exists, but it will be very hot after about 1 and a half minutes. Or don't choose too high floors should avoid this problem. Hygiene: Old-fashioned hotel, health is still in place. Environment: Not far from Songling Park, not far from Gongyi Grottoes. Service: There is still a lot of room for improvement. Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

Service: Warm and thoughtful. Before check-in, we will ask about arrival time and send location. During your stay, you will also be answered with all your questions and the service will be attentive. Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time. Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

特別表揚的前台2號上早班的高高的個、微胖型的小姐姐，客服工作做的很好，雖説是四星級酒店，她的言、行、舉、動、以本人的驗是經過培訓過的合格員工，3號夜班的前台工作人員，還需加強哦，客人來了，最起碼的禮儀禮節都沒做到，坐着不動，辦完手續後，房卡直接放在枱麪，人坐着也不起身，有點像領導跟員工辦事一樣。

This was one of the best Hotel experiences I have ever had! Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful. I have gotten a great rest from the big city here. The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!). The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country! You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere.. The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay. If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go! Thank you for the great stay! :)

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

This is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.
