"After staying here, I feel it's worth writing a few words. Before choosing this hotel, I actually hesitated a bit. A five-diamond rating paired with a relatively low price made me a little unsure. After one night, I realized my worries were unfounded. This hotel fully lives up to its five-diamond standard, paying extreme attention to customer privacy and etiquette. It's truly a luxurious yet cost-effective choice. The room was thoughtfully arranged; I was particularly impressed by the vase on the table. My first impression upon entering was cleanliness and brightness. A front desk attendant helped introduce the room and carry my luggage. The central air conditioning and central boiler system operated quietly, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The shower pressure was stable, without the common hot-and-cold fluctuations found in older hotels. On the nightstand, there was a capsule coffee machine. Waking up in the morning, I'd press a button and leisurely stand by the window while waiting for the coffee – a truly relaxing moment. The bathroom was equipped with a smart bidet toilet, which was a pleasant surprise at this price point. The heated seat was very friendly for those with hemorrhoids, showing great attention to detail. Regarding dining, the room rate included a buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast variety wasn't extravagant, but it had everything necessary – a choice of Chinese or Western set meal, fried rice, bread, fruit, salad, and beverages. The quality of vegetables and fruits was guaranteed, as shown in picture one, indicating excellent quality control. It was a satisfying meal. The afternoon tea was complimentary; enjoying a cup of tea with a couple of pastries and cookies during a break was neither perfunctory nor half-hearted. Overall, the price, including these two meals, offered genuine value for money. Service was a major highlight, especially for a five-diamond hotel. The front desk staff left a deep impression. From check-in to asking questions later, their demeanor was consistently gentle and patient. They kindly inquired about your needs; it wasn't a standard, trained smile, but rather a feeling that they were genuinely listening to you. They helped carry luggage all the way to the room and then thoroughly introduced the room's furnishings, explaining everything meticulously. While I don't know the staff member's name, I believe most of the service personnel exhibit such excellent attitudes. Solid hardware, warm service, and reasonable prices. There weren't any over-the-top experiences, but every detail made you feel that the money was well spent. If your budget falls within this range, it offers excellent value for money. This hotel is also not far from the exhibition center, making it worth a try."

Hotel near Arctic Village,Mohe
"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

RRachelrianyouyuFirst off, I want to praise the hotel staff's service – it was excellent. From the warm welcome at check-in to helping with luggage in the room, the constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome and truly showed the hospitality of Northeasterners. 👍 The breakfast was abundant, mainly featuring a wide variety of Chinese dishes like stir-fries and Lanzhou noodles. Western options were relatively fewer. If you opt out of the hotel breakfast, you could also try some snacks at the nearby Hongzhuan morning market, which is affordable, though inconvenient on rainy days. The location is a major plus. Just a short walk away is the Yangtze River, where many people gather in the evenings, playing with water guns. The expansive river view is very relaxing, and there are also many aunts and uncles dancing and singing. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. In Harbin, if you're traveling in a group, taking a taxi can be more cost-effective. On the downside, the bathroom drain was clogged on the day we checked in. Although it was eventually handled properly, I hope the hotel pays more attention to this issue and manages it better. The complimentary afternoon tea included fruit, milk tea, and some small pastries. It's suitable for an afternoon break, but the quality was just average. The room was clean. The toilet was automatic flushing and came with wet wipes. Complimentary toiletries and disposable compressed face towels were also provided, which was very convenient. The hotel's activity area isn't very large, but overall, if you're looking for convenient transportation, it's a good choice.

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

It's within walking distance of Central Street, the Hongzhuan Street morning market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Songhua River, and the Binzhou Railway Bridge. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. I also had the unique experience of riding their century-old antique elevator, which operated smoothly.

The complimentary local specialties like Daqing milk powder, black honey, birch sap, and natural soda water are a nice touch, and the quality of the Jin Jun Mei tea exceeded my expectations.
