Blum and Shelly were absolute standouts — genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel like honored guests rather than just another reservation. But honestly? Every single staff member we encountered was a gem. They were patient, friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Oh, and they speak English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. In a city where language barriers can sometimes be tricky, this was a huge relief and added so much comfort to our stay. The Room: Spotless, Spacious & Stocked The suite was immaculate — and I mean spotless from corner to corner. It had every amenity you could possibly need, plus extras you didn't even know you wanted. The views from both the bedrooms and the living room areas? Breathtaking. ❤️ Waking up to that scenery and unwinding with it in the evening was pure magic. It was the kind of space where you immediately kick off your shoes, sink into the couch, and think, ”Yeah, I could live here.” Breakfast: A Feast with a View The buffet breakfast was next-level. An incredible spread of food and drink options that went far beyond the standard hotel fare. Whether you're a savory breakfast person or have a sweet tooth, there's something (or ten somethings) for you. And yes — the views from the breakfast area were just as stunning as the ones from our room. Eating pancakes while gazing out at Guangzhou? Chef's kiss. The Vibe: Clean, Chic & Convenient Everything — and I mean everything — was spotless. The property radiates a sense of care and attention to detail that you don't find just anywhere. Bonus perks: There's a movie theater, KTV, and a cool cocktail bar right downstairs on the first floor. Just step outside, go next door to the left, and you're there — it's that close! Perfect for a fun night in without going far. Location: Prime Real Estate for Exploring You couldn't ask for a better spot. K11, tons of shops, diverse food options, the metro, and buzzing bars are all within easy reach. Whether you're in the mood for high-end shopping, local street eats, or a night out, it's all at your fingertips. Easy access to everything you'd ever need or want. The Verdict I love, love, LOVE this hotel. It has officially earned its place in my top 3 favorites in all of Guangzhou — and that's saying something. "I was very satisfied with my stay in the deluxe twin room in Zhuhai this time. The room was spacious, and the two single beds were large and very comfortable. The entire room was clean and odor-free (I'm quite picky about the cleanliness of hotel rooms, bathrooms, and bedding, but this time it truly met my expectations). The facilities were brand new and worked perfectly; the shower had good water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The room also came with complimentary water, drinks, and a nice selection of tea and a fruit plate. The complimentary afternoon tea for two was also good, and the breakfast was rich and varied, which made my family very happy. The front desk service was enthusiastic and even thoughtfully provided information about local attractions. The location is convenient for getting around, not far from Gongbei Port and Zhuhai High-speed Railway Station. The value for money is exceptional. For anyone visiting Zhuhai, this hotel is highly recommended! [Rose emojis] I hope the hotel can consistently maintain this quality!"

"I stayed at Citynote Hotel (Nanyue King Branch) for six nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Nanyue King Museum, with the metro and bus stops very close by, so getting to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, and other attractions was quick and easy. The rooms are modern, minimalistic, and spacious, with super comfortable beds and good soundproofing – I slept really well each night. Housekeeping did a thorough job, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, even recommending a few authentic local Cantonese restaurants nearby. Breakfast wasn't fancy but hit the spot, with congee, noodles, and rice rolls that felt very local. The only downside was the Wi-Fi – it was noticeably slow and a bit unstable, especially in the evenings, making video streaming and file uploads laggy. If you depend on a fast connection, that could be frustrating. Still, this is a minor flaw in an otherwise great value hotel. I'd recommend it to travellers who care about location and cleanliness, but business guests might want to bring a mobile hotspot as backup. I'd happily stay here again."

"The hotel's location is great, and the newly opened decor is very grand and stylish. I booked it for two foreign friends, and they both had a wonderful experience. Special shoutout to Mia at the front desk, who was very polite and helpful. She told us about restaurants nearby, and there are even robots to deliver items, which is super convenient. Thumbs up!"

"This is the only five-star hotel on the island. I visited during the May Day holiday. It's located on Shili Silver Beach, with a garden leading directly to the sea, and they even had fireworks. The facilities are a bit dated, and the room rates during May Day were significantly higher than usual, without even a buffet breakfast. They were also quite strict about checking out exactly at 12:00 PM. I guess it's understandable since it was peak season. However, I think it would be a great place to stay during non-holiday periods. The Chinese restaurant upstairs had really delicious food."
