The room was fair, and the service was quite good when I requested assistance with an extra desk, as I was unable to work with my computer wedged between the shelves. However, the facilities in the room need some improvement; I felt uncomfortable having to look up at the ceiling with silver tapes worrying it’s going to fall. Additionally, the electricity went out on the last morning of my stay, which was inconvenient…

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Booked this hotel, the price is relatively affordable among hotels of the same type in the same area. The booking process is convenient, the platform information is updated in a timely manner, key information such as room type, price, facilities, etc. are clear at a glance, and the confirmation SMS is received quickly after the booking is successful. The surrounding area has a strong atmosphere of life, with many restaurants and convenience stores. The transportation is relatively convenient, and you can walk directly to the main attractions and commercial areas of the city. However, it is a little far from the subway station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Although it takes about 40 minutes (via Didi Car) to travel from Chaosan Station, the hotel is nicely located opposite West Lake/Park and near major tourist attractions (Kai Yuan Temple开元寺, GuangJi Tower/Wall/Bridge 广济桥), shops and eateries (Paifang Food Street牌坊街, XiNan Food Street 西南路). There are a few decent restaurants just beside the hotel too. Art Hotel Han Si XiHu lives up to its name as the hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces, especially at the lounge area where there is a nightly Chinese string instrument (Guzheng) performance (except Tuesdays). A shoutout to the hotel staff : - the warm and helpful reception staff (Miss Chen 陈小姐 and Miss Li 李小姐) - the excellent housekeeping staff who thoughtfully supplied extra coffee bags after knowing I drink coffee - the service staff who did not just walk past me but greeted me and also introduced me to the free Chaozhou dessert (evenings only) and tea provided at the reception lounge The hotel room we booked was very spacious and the amenities were adequate and of high quality (think there isn’t a room safe but no biggie). There was even a complete tea set to make a proper cup of Chinese tea. A room air purifier and dehumidifier are provided. The bed is big and comfortable with adequate pillows. The aircon here works perfectly unlike other hotels’ useless control settings. I like the huge projector screen entertainment system except there isn’t much to offer non-Chinese guests. Soundproofing-wise, we could occasionally hear neighbouring room doors close and people talking in the corridors but it wasn’t a big issue. The shower and toilet area is large but the entire floor will become wet & slippery after a shower as there isn’t a screen to contain the spray from the shower. The hotel does provide a floor mat and bathroom slippers to prevent slipping.

The hotel’s customer service was truly exceptional, marked by remarkable attentiveness and a genuine willingness to assist. Every request was met with swift action and meticulous attention to detail. For example, when I didn’t have a local phone number, the staff kindly found alternative ways to ensure I can order meals etc, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort and convenience. The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook. Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly. The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high. From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

Qingyuan International Hotel seems to have convenient transportation, with a bus stop right outside and Fengcheng Wharf opposite. However, the actual experience is not satisfactory. The waiting time for the bus is long, and you need to walk a distance after taking the bus to the scenic spot or park. For travel, self-driving or taking a taxi may be a better choice, which can avoid the waiting time for the bus and the hassle of walking, and travel is more convenient.

BBaigaSome time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel enjoys an excellent location: It is situated in Tianhe District, the CBD business district of Guangzhou, and is very close to the B1 and B2 subway exits of Guangzhou East Railway Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to any area in Guangzhou. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The service is extremely considerate: From the moment you check in at the front desk, you can feel the full enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk sister not only quickly checked in, but also introduced the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snack time and the use of various facilities in detail. Upon check-in, you will also be served a cup of steaming health tea, which instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The day before check-in, the customer service housekeeper called me to ask about my check-in needs, the general itinerary, and kindly helped to arrange the room. Around nine o 'clock in the evening, the customer service butler will personally deliver goodnight milk, sweet water and fruits. This service is really considerate. During my stay at the hotel, I accidentally soiled my clothes. I thought I could only deal with them myself, but to my surprise, the hotel offers free laundry service and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with washing and drying facilities and can also iron clothes. This is really practical for people who often travel on business. When checking out, the staff will also ask about your experience of staying and sincerely listen to your opinions, making you feel highly valued. The environment is comfortable and pleasant: The overall decoration style of the hotel is a perfect blend of Oriental elegance and modern aesthetics. The six-meter-high lobby is spacious and bright. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. The strong sense of technology makes the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. There are also refrigerators, televisions, safes and other facilities to meet various needs of life. The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation design. The black volcanic rock floor tiles are not only aesthetically pleasing but also come with built-in floor heating. Even in winter, it feels very warm when stepped on barefoot. The constant-temperature showerhead has a uniform water flow and st

GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

PPabloGiven the fact that this hotel is the most expensive in Guangzhou, I was left a bit disappointed. While all staff spoke decent English, I found most of them to be somewhat 'fake friendly', or sometimes even a bit cold. The room was large, but did not always feel that well-designed. Especially the functioning of the light switches was not very intuitive. The mattress and (default) pillows were unusually soft for China and didn't provide much support. I didn't sleep well. The hotel provides a few amenities in the room, but overripe oranges, supermarket-quality Lindor chocolates, and inconvenient carton water packages are below the standards of much more affordable hotels in China. Breakfast was tasty. In terms of location, the hotel entrance is a bit far off the street and is not very inviting. The area of the hotel is also quite dead in the (late) evening.

LLittle Ball HeadThe room was smaller than expected, but it would be fine for a one-night stay. The surrounding area mostly consists of residential buildings. There’s a small supermarket across the street where you can get basic necessities, and the nearby streets are lined with small local restaurants. The train station is not close. It’s also convenient to get a taxi (called 滴滴/高德)although I noticed that the driver stopped on the opposite side of the road both times. Waiting time is ard 10mins to be arrived for peak hours around 8:00am. I checked in late at 7 PM, and it seemed like the hotel was pretty fully booked. I was assigned a room near the elevator with higher floor, however no particular view. Fortunately, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn’t disturbed by the elevator or other guests coming and going. There is a table in the hallway offering free can soda. The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and controlled via a smart voice assistant (小度)If you can’t speak in Mandarin, it wud be a little bit not convenient. The aircon automatically defaulted to 16°C when turned on. While cleaning the desk and bedside tables with disinfectant wipes, which is my habit, I noticed that both bedside tables were covered in dust, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in speed. There was even a shower footrest. However, the showerhead was leaking, which affected the water flow—a letdown given that this is a new hotel and such issues should be rare. On a positive note, the bathroom had a smart toilet with a heated seat. You could even flush it by tapping twice with your foot, which was a nice touch! Also provided charging cables, that is definitely a plus. The hairdryer provided at the hotel room is designed to resemble Dyson’s style. Since I have an actual Dyson at home, I’m quite familiar with it and can make a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that this hairdryer performed so well—it’s almost as powerful as Dyson. While my Dyson usually takes 5 minutes to dry my hair, this hairdryer took another 5 minutes to achieve similar results, leaving my hair perfectly smooth. The only downside is that it’s slightly noisier than Dyson. For those who care about having smooth hair every day and are accustomed to using Dyson products, this hotel’s hairdryer can definitely meet your expectations. There was a nightlight near the skirting board by the door, which I thought was considerate and well-designed. Above the sink, there was a mirror with a light—thankfully, as the room itself felt a bit dim without it. All the hotel staff were extremely polite. When asked for extra bottled water at the front desk, the staff immediately provided two bottles per person, which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was more Chinese-style but had a good variety. Considering the price, the inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal. One major issue I encountered in the room was with the air conditioning. While the default 16°C was too cold, adjusting it to 23°C resulted in the mattress retaining a lot of heat. It felt like lying on a heated massage bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I eventually had to set the air conditioning back to 16°C, but the mattress still felt warm, leaving me sleepless all night. When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback, so I mentioned the issue with the mattress. The two staff members were friendly and suggested that next time we inform them immediately rather than enduring the discomfort all night. While they assured us they could arrange something, I honestly can’t imagine how they could resolve such an issue—could they replace the mattress? Regardless, we appreciated their kindness. Even the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hotel were very polite, greeting us warmly and expressing hope to serve us again in the future. Their friendliness was truly commendable.

GGuest UserOutstanding Experience! Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the following staff members who made our trip even more wonderful: Juan (娟) from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us use the mobile app and use it to book a taxi for the first time. Leslie (健仔) from the lobby, who was very friendly and provided us with excellent advice on what to see in the city. Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel boasts a modern design, with spacious and well-furnished rooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fresh fruits and pastries were a highlight! Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the smart technology in the room, which made controlling the lighting and temperature effortless. Overall, I highly recommendthis hotel for anyone visiting the area. GGuest UserAll the staffs have been really friendly and helpful, however, a man (probably a hotel guest)kept spitting to the side of the pool after each lap whist our children were swimming in the pool. This is not directly the hotel’s fault but the staff did not intervene which it was a bit disappointing, we had to take the children out of the swimming pool after a short while as it was very unpleasant.
