Facilities: The only downside is that I could hear everything my neighbors said. Hygiene: Very clean, someone cleaned it every day. Environment: The environment here speaks for itself, perfect for watching the sunrise 🌅. Service: The service here is really great, probably because it's the off-season. Room service arrived as soon as I called, and they even delivered takeout to my room. The restaurant staff were incredibly enthusiastic. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a new hotel just opposite Zhangye West hsr station. The room is big and clean with good amenities provided. Hotel breakfast was decent. It's got beef noodles and dumplings on alternate day. The DIY laundry room provides only 3 washers & 3 dryers whereby 1 dryer was out of service. It's pretty a long wait on my days of stay. Fruits and yogurts were sent up to the room everyday, which was very thoughtful.

Ibis hotel accommodation experience is very satisfied! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean and the sleep was very stable. The front desk service is warm and professional and responsive. Convenient location and complete surrounding facilities. High cost performance, will choose here next time on business trip! highly recommended! 👍

I traveled with my father and booked two double rooms, both near the road, which were a bit noisy. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 am, and it was packed with people. There were no seats, so we had to make do with a bowl of noodles and come back later. When we went back, we had to show our meal tickets. Luckily, there were two of us, so we had four meal tickets for the two double rooms, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to have breakfast. The TV was out of service. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Xiahe. If you want a more comfortable stay, this hotel is quite good. It's not far to walk to Labrang Monastery. Parking is free at the hotel, so you don't need to drive to the scenic area's parking lot. The price-performance ratio is quite good.

A surprising hotel. When checking in, it felt like a very ordinary hotel. The front hall was relatively small and the reception staff was a little serious. But after entering the room, it was very large, with a couch and a coffee table, and spacious storage space. A welcome fruit plate was given, and the room temperature, hot water for bathing and drainage were all very good. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was so rich. Not only was there a whole table of various drinks to take, but there were also crabs, shrimps and sea bass, all of which tasted very good. The waiter was so enthusiastic that she was afraid that the guests didn't know that she had seafood breakfast, so she frequently recommended it. The dining environment for breakfast was very elegant, and outside the restaurant was the sports area with some sports equipment. Overall, it was a compact but fully functional hotel, providing disposable items, and the price-performance ratio was very good.

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

The hotel is in a great location with convenient parking. It is close to Gujinli Commercial Food Street and Binjiang Ecological Park. The bathroom mirror has a heating function to prevent fogging, and the smart toilet is also good. Breakfast is at 7:30, it would be more convenient if it is advanced to 7 o'clock.

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.
