Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

The interior of the hotel is quite good, the room facilities are of high quality, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich, and the staff are very warm and decent. I didn’t ask for a ride at the hotel, so I used Uber, which was cheaper than asking for a ride at the hotel. The traffic in Dhaka is very congested, so be sure to allow extra time to catch your flight.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

The driver picks up me at the point very close to the exit Arrivals area.Driver helps to load suitcases. Transfer is very fast. Hotel is comfortable (Single Deluxe room). Breakfast starts at 6.30 am. Good for early flights.

Amari has a mixed review and depends on the room you get. First, the good: Security is excellent. You feel safe. You’re in gulshan. Amenities nearby. Hot water pressure is good. Courteous staff. Good bar - but dusty sofa due to outdoor. The bad The road into amari is frequently jammed. A short turn in to the one way street leading to amari can take 5-10 mins. There is an odd smell in the common areas. Don’t know if it’s musty smell or sewage leak. Pick better rooms. The double bed version isn’t as comfortable as the king bed version with larger sofa set. Shower leaks out to common area due to old sealing of shower room. Floods and wets the outside. Shower head needs repair. Leaky Tv damage. It had line streaks on the tv. Poor maintenance. Floor has a dusty feeling. Overall I won’t stay again.

Back to the topic of the hotel, the hotel is very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant to the SPA, all are of high standards, the room is clean and sanitary, and it is like two different worlds from the street, there are no insects, although it is between South Asia and Southeast Asia, with a wider biodiversity, in the evening, I ate lobster in the restaurant next to the rooftop swimming pool, the sky was full of black-eared kites, white-rumped swifts, flocks of starlings, starlings, and two vultures were seen gliding straight to the southwest in the middle and high altitude, one after the other. These two vultures are not very large, but their wingspan is more than two meters. They went home to sleep before the sun set. Although there are such rich ecological resources here, there are no insects in the room. We stayed for one night. The location was great, very close to the airport. Staffs were helpful. The pickup service was okay. I kept the car on waiting since my luggage didn't arrive at the airport. And, the car kept me waiting to take some other guests' extra luggage. The room was okay. Probably we got the worst room of that property! Water heater was leakin. It kept dropping water from the ceiling, making the floor wet. The room door wasn't sealed properly, lights and sounds were coming inside from corridor. According to the desk, the entire property had (has) 12 hair dryers in total, so you might not get one if you need. We couldn't get one at night or not even in the morning.

After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me.
