I stayed at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport during a long layover, and it turned out to be a much better experience than I expected for an airport hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and even a safe for valuables, which gave me peace of mind. A detail I really appreciated was the quality of the hairdryer in the room, something small, but often overlooked even in higher-end hotels.
The staff were another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Since I only had about 20 hours in Dubai, they went out of their way to give me tips on how to make the most of my short visit. That extra effort made a big difference.
Food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good for the price, and the variety was more than enough for a short stay. For me, though, the real game changer was the free shuttle service that runs regularly between the airport and the hotel. It was extremely convenient and took away any stress about getting back in time for my next flight.
Overall, Premier Inn is an excellent choice if you’re in Dubai for a layover or a short stay. Comfortable, affordable, and far better than your average airport hotel. i would definitely stay again.

# Rude restaurant owner/manager
All of this hotel is amazing.
The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities.
Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️
<Except the restaurant owner/manager >
He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior.

Was nice and tidy place they upgraded my stay to two room apartment which was much more comfortable for us I appreciated that. Overall was an excellent place to live in accessible to the most famous shopping mall
My second stay in this hotel. The service here continues to be very good and it feels like a safe environment. The rooms are practical and comfortable. The repairs on floor 3 reception were more intrusive than expected as I could hear noise in my room on floor 7. I didn't like the large events going on in the restaurant, right next to the reception desks and the pool area is now ugly/more cramped with building stuff. I'm sure everything will go back to usual once the renovation is over and the hotel will be better for it.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. You can find it on the first floor to your left after exiting the airport. The cleanliness was satisfactory. I remember booking a king room, but I was given a twin room instead. The room was a bit small, but there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel.

**Review for [Hotel Name]**
I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The amenities are top-notch, beautifully designed, and modern, contributing to a luxurious experience. The highlight was the stunning view of the creek from my spacious room, which was impressively large and well-appointed. The only area for improvement would be the reception, which can get a bit congested at times, causing minor delays. Overall, a delightful stay, and I’d happily return.

**Disappointed by Front Desk Experience**
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was cold and dismissive. No greeting, no smile—just a curt “ID and credit card.” I tried asking a few questions about the amenities and check-out time, but he seemed annoyed and uninterested, barely making eye contact.
What really bothered me was the lack of professionalism. When I mentioned a concern about my room, he rolled her eyes and told me to “wait until housekeeping deals with it,” without offering any help or even acknowledging the inconvenience. I felt like I was interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as a guest.
A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire stay, and unfortunately, this one made me feel unwelcome from the start. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in proper customer service training.
This is a difficult review to write as the QE2 is a very famous passenger liner (not a cruise ship) converted into a hotel, which means that it is nothing like a normal hotel and cannot be judged as one. By necessity it is moored in the docks area far from the city and there is almost nothing nearby. However that is rapidly changing and the whole area is undergoing massive regeneration. The new reception building is first class as are the staff. We were made most welcome and shown to our room (cabin) by a consierge, who explained the layout of the ship to us. The cabins have been very successfully converted into modern hotel rooms with many of the original ship fittings retained, providing a nostalgic touch. The dining facilities were excellent. A massive buffet breakfast to start and an excellent evening meal with our half board package. This a full three courses from the a la carte menu, a touch of class. The downside of the dining is that it is at the rear of the hotel and if you have a room at the front then it is a long walk. If you are expecting a modern conversion then you will be disappointed as the hotel has retained many of the ship's fixtures and fittings, which, although very high quality are now a bit dated. Each day there is a Heritage Tour of the hotel where the history of the ship is explained. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend it It is an experience not to be missed, not a hotel stay.

Very Good
PPeaceAI recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Dubai Production City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker!
*Pros:* Cleanliness, spacious rooms, great customer service
*Cons:* No metro stop nearby (but bus connectivity is available)
HHaitham AlqamI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, served in a relaxing and stylish atmosphere.
The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great experience. I will definitely return!
KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.
NNISHANTHotel is very Good and our stay was supwrb just because of Mr. DHARMA and Mr.Sajjad thanku soo much for making our stay wonderful.
Location is really superb near to Bikanerwala (Indian Food ) and taxis are available just outside and hotel is very near to Museum of tge future as well.

0.5 deduction is just for a suggestion to the hotel to please remove auto Sensors for the ac's please if a family is back to hotel after a long hot day and coming back to their room and ac was shutdown bcoz of your sensors that a tough call because Dubai has hot weather all 365 days and ac's should work continuesly so its a suggestion please make it done iil help more positive reviews.. t

Iice_hopperGood value for money, great location and service from the staff most especially to Liza, Popi and to all the the staffs at the restaurant who've been so attentive and accommodating to us. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
Ee. aliThe location is excellent, and the staff are polite and very helpful. However, room service needs improvement, and the internet service frequently disconnects.
GGuest UserThis was my second time in the JW Marquis in Dubai (2023). The service was still superb. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Staff was excellent and very polite and correct. Nothing to complain about. More than superb service and for a very reasonable price. Every detail is thought about. The breakfast was extensive, and taste was good. I have to say that I were not that hungry this time in the morning, so I do not dare to say that the food was the problem (fair enough).
The rooms were clean, smelled neutral, were cleaned thoroughly and enough amenities and clean towels.
Valet parking: perfect. Never had to wait longer than 1 minute before leaving the car. Always picked up correctly, no damages on the car caused by the staff, and always had the car in 5 minutes after giving my ticket to the concierge.
Location is central and close to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Sheikh Zayed Road.
I would recommened this hotel to anyone!
