Everything is totally amazing and good while we are staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids.. Only one thing I am concerned about is when we are requesting for a late check out because we checked in at 4pm but suddenly the reception person told us it's not possible because they are fully booked. But the rest we are happy for everything.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Jw Marriott Marquis Dubai for their warm hospitality, politeness, and outstanding service. A few staff members who made our stay memorable include Alex at the bell desk, who was very helpful and provided clear directions; James at the front desk, who was courteous and friendly during check-in; Rahim at La Farine, who surprised my mom with a birthday cake and was very attentive throughout our dinner; and Sir Mark and Miss Angelie from Guest Relations, who made my mom’s birthday celebration truly special.

Ideally located and close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Loved the way this hotel given priorities to environmental sustainability. Everything was perfact except for 2 small thing. 1. Tea/ coffee making facility provided but no tea spoon provided. 2. Only 2 small bottle of water provided each day. In extreme heat 2 bottles is not sufficient.

I’ve stayed at Taj JLT multiple times, and I keep coming back not just for the beautiful rooms and views, but because of the service – truly unmatched compared to other hotels. Apoorva from the front office is consistently exceptional – warm, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make each stay smooth and pleasant. Shipajul and Kausar from housekeeping do an excellent job keeping the room immaculate and cozy, always with a friendly and respectful attitude. It was also great to see Janet at the spa again for the second time – she’s now my favorite masseuse. Her calming energy and skilled hands made both sessions incredibly relaxing and restorative. During this stay, there was a bit of renovation work going on, which caused some occasional noise, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I still truly enjoyed my stay – the warmth and quality of service at Taj JLT always win me over. Next week, looks like I will be there again!

Excellent service they came in a minute. I came from UK. Asked at reception if they could hold a Uber eats orde or warm up or food ”they said no hotel around us does it”. They could've for extra hospitality.i stayed at another restaurant in Saudi, which warmed up our hot drinks for us in their own hotel, just to ensure satisfaction. Perhaps doing small things. If your a tourist though it is an hour metro from Burj khalifa where there are restaurants with a good view (my fave moment eating at a place infront) alhamdullilah so do think about this.Also kite beach is a bit far. Ain Dubai wasn't far and neither was yatchs. It's close to jumeirah beach so it's about your personal preferences.

Perfect stay for a good time in Dubai. Nice pool and good breakfast.

Great stay in barcelo al jaddaf , all the service is excellent and the staff as well special mention to kaouter from guest relation and osama for giving us a good room and better rate

Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience.
