The service attitude was not good, and there was no notice of the power outage early in the morning, which scared me to death.

The apartment itself was well located, we booked it because we mainly wanted to go to the beach. Back Beach is about 15 minutes away on foot, unfortunately the beach was full of construction sites and excavators, you could still go into the water but you couldn't really switch off. Lotte Market is a 5-minute walk away, there are countless restaurants to eat in and a shopping center where you can get everything you need. The apartment had a pool on the top floor, very windy at the time we were there, but a nice way to cool off. Unfortunately there are not enough places to lie down by the pool, this should be changed urgently as there is enough space. The apartment was clean, there was a washing machine and washing powder as in the description. Unfortunately the bed was too hard for us, but that is a matter of taste.

We upgraded to a deluxe room for our final night in Vung Tao and the room was stunning. The floor to ceiling windows made the room feel extremely modern and airy.

Facilities: Rooftop outdoor swimming pool, fitness room is very good Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: Prosperous but quiet, good Service: in place, okay. The ground is open-air, the air is fresh and the night breeze is cool. There are also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is also very convenient for shopping, eating and ordering takeout. But if you didn't drive here, you have to call a car when you come in or out. The disadvantage is that the lights and air conditioner in the lobby are turned off at night. When waiting for the elevator in the lobby, it feels cramped and stuffy.

One of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment with double beds is fairly small. The sound distance is poor at night since we could hear the TV's light sound, which is inconvenient, and the water drainage is also pretty slow. Even yet, at this cost, a 1-night stay for a group of 3–4 people is still reasonable and commendable as it's well equipped with culinary equipment, a fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying the clothes. If you were driving yourself, it was advised to park for one night in the basement for VND 80k from 13 p.m. to 13 p.m. the following day. The staff was very kind.

The hotel is very interesting, designer, straight from the mountain)) at the top there is a pool but not big, we had a room with a kitchen, very comfortable and spacious, but there is one caveat, the hotel is far from the center, if you are without a bike there is nothing to do here, even there is nothing nearby to eat. If you're on a bike, this is a great option in a quiet place.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, it has super comfy beds and couches. There is a bath tub in the room that I stayed in, which is a big plus since most places only provide a shower. The views from my room were amazing. Unfortunately when I stayed there, the buffet was closed but that’s minimal. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and all of the other amenities but I can recommend staying at the Mermaid.

Decent location modern place. Difficult to call the property and hardly any language assistance and any explanation how to use the amenities. Extremely long wait times on the elevators too (busy period) so be warned. To use the pool will have to go to the A section, get an elevator from the 1st to the 16th floorN switch elevators again and these are constantly packed.
