05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

The accommodation is generally good, although the interior is a bit worn out. However, it’s well-equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron – you could easily stay here for an extended period. We stayed for three days and found it comfortable overall. That said, there was one downside that significantly affected our experience – it was almost impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the street. Since this is located in the very center of Pattaya, the street noise was noticeable even on the 24th floor with all the windows closed.

Location is great. You don’t see your host, they interact with you on chat, give you guidance how to obtain your key card. The view from the top is very nice. It’s a bit annoying to wait for an available lift during busy times.

The pool was perfect, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to add a small sauna near by the pool. The room is clean and new, has a nice view. An electric kettle and water is available, hot water and tea at the reception. Whole area of the house is new, clean and beautiful. I liked the swings. We used taxi and drivers always knew the exact building for drop off. Although I didn't have much options for breakfast. The porridge and soup I didn't want, neither fried egg. So only toasts with butter and jam left for me. I would really love to have usual sausages or ham for breakfast with the toasts. All other things were satisfying. My husband is really happy about everything there (especially about his double portion of shrimp soup which I left for him).

Nice comfy bed for two, clean shower with towels, shampoo and so on but you also get another area with small kitchen, a washing machine (no detergent though - can be bought at 7/11 for 20 baht so no biggie). What makes it different to hotel rooms is that the fridge is huge and that one can cook meals. Everything you need is there. There is no checkin counter but owner will leave key in locker for the customer. Just drop him a message and he will tell where and how. Given the convenience and price I would always book here again.

The advantage of this location is that it is very quiet at night, and the cost of travel will be higher. Although it only takes 700 meters to walk to Jomtien Beach. But it is too far from the Central Pattaya Pier and Terminal 21 in the north of Pattaya. Room facilities: microwave, refrigerator with freezer and refrigeration. The room is very clean and the bed is huge (it can accommodate you and two Thai girls). There is a balcony for drying clothes. The sound insulation is very good, and you can't hear the sound from the next room at all. The security guards are serious and responsible, and the sense of security is full. The landlord can help a lot, book tickets to watch performances, go out to sea... If you want to go out to massage shops, snack streets, and bars, there are none here. But if you want quiet, this place is very suitable for you. Overall, it was a very good stay experience

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

I am staying for a long time for on business. I have all the tools me need for life. If there is something wrong with the equipment in the room, it will be fixed immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my requests for improvements so that I could live comfortably. The view from the room is not good to compliment. However, location that is convenient for shopping including Robinson and food cart. Close to the sea and sports park, convenience is good. There is also a tuk-tuk platform in front of Robinson, so it is convenient to go out on holidays. I would like to use the next long stay.

Lady in reception, laundry maid, housekeeper maid very friendly and only too happy to please and make my stay enjoyable. The smoking balcony was excellent, air con, fridge, room safe, T.V with English movie channel all worked well, the daily supply of 2 bottles of water, head and shoulders shampoo x 2 & soap X2 is a good service, the on site laundry service is great . will definitely re book here in any future trip to Pattaya

Great location that’s a 10 minute walk to the beach & 10 minute drive to Pattaya Central & it’d directly behind the big Buddha temple & garden. There’s also a great gym close by that’s a 2 minute walk away. Service here was unbelievable & Nena was at reception was friendly and great dealing with any requests I had to make. The hotel is on the main road which can get very noisy during the day but you don’t hear any noise when your balcony door is closed. If you do want peace & quiet I would suggest getting a garden facing room

The wife and I decided to make an excursion to Chonburi, Thailand for a few days to visit family and see the sea again. I ch3cked on many hotels and most were quite expensive, but I found this place and we gave it a try. Stayed 3 night and though not fancy, it was a delightful stay! The staff wee more than happy to help with any request and the room was perfect. It was clean, had good wifi, and suburb water. I really couldn't have ask for more.

This hotel is like a heaven for young kids. With swimming pool, outdoor playground, painting station and yummy breakfast, what else can you possibly ask for? Did I mention a super sized indoor playground? Yes they’ve got them all ! Nice room, very clean, great service. The downside is that there is no beach. But people should know this is Sriracha where it is know for its deep sea port. Business people may find this place a little noisy.

The owner is very good. The room is clean. The bathroom is very spacious. If there is a hair dryer, it will be perfect. There is breakfast such as toast and coffee, Ovaltine.

I have been staying at Kantary Bay Sri Racha one to two night a week for over a year. As a consultant, both me and my wife stay at this sea-side city for our works and this hotel/serviced apartment fit our needs perfectly. It has a great staff , great room services and all the functions and feeling of home. The hotel furnishing is while not super elegant was great and very functional, the living room and kitchen are large and spacious with washing machine and the bathroom equipped with both large shower, separated bathtub and Japanese style toilet. The TV in both our living and bedroom are either free standing or accessable and we can easily link up to our IT devices to watch Netflix and other online entertainment with no problems (in lot of hotel even five stars one that is hard to do sometime). Breakfast and room service is also great and cover both western and Japanese style breakfast (over half of the occupants are family of Japanese executives and staffs working in Japanese or subsidiaries firms operating in Sri Racha and near-by area but probably due to Japanese culture and the well insulated walls, the hotel was every quiet though out the day and night) And since me and my wife love Japanese foods this is a plus for us. Also as it is a hotel/service apartment complete with large fridge, microwave, large hot water kettle, and table wares, you can order take outs from various Western, Japanese, Korean and Thai restaurant and outlets that operate through out the cities or food from a supermarket and enjoy them on your own dining table inside your room which is plus. Recently I went on three-weeks holiday trip with my wife to Italy and Spain where we stay in 4 and 5 stars hotels in about 10 cities during the trip. And while those hotels was elegant and great services we were still telling each other that it does not have the feeling of “home” like when we stay at Kantary Bay Sri Racha.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the staff cleans well, it is quiet and there is no disturbance, but it is a bit far from the shops.

The accommodation is quiet and quiet. The staff provide very good service. The rooms are well proportioned. But one thing is stuck: the room is stuffy and the refrigerator has a strong shrimp paste smell. I'd like to fix this. Overall, it's very good. I like it.

It's a quiet and clean hotel. The location is pretty good as you can go to the shopping mall if you walk a little. The staff were friendly and emotional, and I was personally satisfied.
