Digital Nomad Lodge by Ginto - City Center

Review for Ginto Residence in El Nido – 4/5 Stars Ginto Residence is a fantastic place to stay in El Nido if you’re looking for a central location. This small property with only four rooms feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel, which adds to its charm. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and communication is easy via WhatsApp. The amenities are thoughtful – free water, hot coffee, and tea are always available. The rooms are freshly renovated and very clean. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Corong-Corong, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you’re in an upper-floor room, the balcony provides a great view of the street below – but keep in mind, you’ll also hear the street noise quite clearly. This makes it ideal for guests who want to be in the middle of the action, but perhaps not for those seeking peace and quiet. Breakfast is served in a local Filipino restaurant nearby and features delicious, authentic Filipino cuisine. The internet connection is excellent and very stable, which was a huge plus. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a refrigerator in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for its location, friendly service, and modern amenities. Four stars!

The location is great. The hotel is clean. The staff is fantastic. They give us valuable info and tips to get around the area. The only downside during our stay is the drainage is clogged, there’s a thumping noise that we don’t know where it is coming from and the motorcycle sounds from the streets.

Many people can't find the location, so be sure to show it to the Tutu driver with Google Maps. In fact, the location is quite convenient. It's very close to Robinson and SM. Be careful when negotiating the price when booking Tutu. The room is quite big, but the bed is small, the quilt is thin, the air conditioner is old and noisy. This is a B&B with no services, but breakfast is included, and most of them are long-term tenants.

They have the best staff we've ever met in Puerto Galera, special mention to Jane and Steph, they are very accommodating, entertaining, and well conversant with english. The food was amazing especially the Juevos Raancheros and Machaca Chicken and egg. Definitely we will be back, because of the genuine care and attention of the staff which I think that is really lacking even in some 5 star hospitality institutions we have visited in the past. Well done badladz!

Cheap simple hotel. It is located almost on the boat pier, very close to the departure point for boat tours. The window overlooked the backyard, where it was very dirty, it was impossible to open it for ventilation. The room had an unpleasant musty smell. And the hotel has a laundry service. There is a good restaurant with a terrace in the neighboring house, where we had breakfast. If you have an early check-out, I recommend that you negotiate with the staff in advance so that you can return the deposit, because. in the early morning at the reception you will not find anyone.

An oasis in the jungle. Very convenient location for a trip to the Underground River. The hostess is a person with a golden soul: she will answer all your questions, help with all organizational activities and transfers. The territory is well-kept and cozy. There is a small but deep pool. The only thing that bothered me was the rather sharp and strong smell of dampness in the room, but the politeness and responsiveness of the staff covered all the shortcomings.
