The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed and having a full living space was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be out of downtown and enjoy a spacious room.

The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now. I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception . This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel

The hotels in the Netherlands do not include breakfast at all, and there is a separate fee for dining at the hotel. The hotel is apartment-style and the things are clean and suitable for regular or family stays. There are refrigerators, dishwashers and the like. It will not be cleaned every day. If necessary, it can be called the front desk. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic and will make fun of you. The room window cannot be fully opened, and the toilet has no window ventilation. The hotel is completely located in the local residential area. If you want to experience this kind of customs, you can consider it. The parking is a bit nervous and you need to find it yourself... There is a kind of domestic parking that is visual. Overall good

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but the staff are very friendly. I asked them to leave my bag for me one night before my reservation because I was going to Brussels, and they kindly took care of it for me. They also gave me some time to prepare when I checked out. I'm also grateful for the scale. I didn't know the name of the man at the reception when I checked out.. He was really friendly. I'm going to recommend him to my friends^^

Amsterdam Airport Region
The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient.

The hotel is close to public transport (10 minute walk) and the staff are quite friendly. They had a nice little store so you could buy a beer or bag of chips late at night. The only thing that stops me from putting 5 stars…no usb outlets. I totally get that the outlets for power are not universal, but everybody has a phone, and a USB port by the bed is needed for people that don’t have a wall adapter. Add that and this place would get 5 stars.

I stayed in the hotel during my business trip. It's clean and in a convenient location, and the hotel service is also good. Overall, it is quite good. I will choose it again next time and hope the hotel could give more discounts to old customers.

Not a bad place overall, quite easy to check in and check out. Everything required was provided, quite a large apartment. All the information was provided before our arrival which was super helpful. In the future might choose the place again :)
Premier Suites Amsterdam

We booked this hotel because it has appartments with two separate bedrooms. We needed that because our daughter was with us and she needs guidance. The appartment has a lot of space and was very beautiful. The view from the 13th floor was miraculous. The kitchen in the appartment has everything you need. The beds are very big and comfortable. The two bathrooms are very nice. The appartment and building has a very nice and easy vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. In our appartment we found a handwritten card to welcome us...that sort of details always makes me so happy. It was also no problem after checking out to use the lobby to meet with a friend (coronaproof) and to get some free coffee. We hope tot stay in Premier Suites Amsterdam again soon. Tip for the hotel: it is nice to have also handsoap in the kitchen as well and a little towel.
