Had an overall excellent experience here. Only just during the check-in process, the male staff was not friendly. Communicated with the hotel service team thru the QR code given. The service was very fast. Had a really nice view during the three days of breakfast. Will definitely repeat this hotel for my next training.

The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change.
The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints.
We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

Upon checking in, I was informed that the room was taken because the hotel has been overbooked. After a commotion, I was offered a studio instead. When I complaint again about the booking rate difference, they agree to compensate. Now even after a week, nothing happened till I have to contact Trip.com by myself. This is not my first unpleasant experience with Trip.com. Sincerely request to look into the predicament of guest who has already confirmed on the bookings but being denied a place to stay and without even being informed upfront is a serious frustration.

MM.AmirulNo guidance on how to check in. even whatsapp also no one replying. On the same day, we need to call them for guidance where to collect the apartment key. need to call a couple of times. collect at different block at block B1 but staying at block E. One of the room at Level 27, Room No 19 having their refrigerator problem. when you on it, leaking will happen & floor will be wet. my suggestion to look into other hotel near i-city theme park instead of this apartment.

There is no mineral water, which is not a good point. Because the supermarket here is not open yet, it is not convenient to buy water. The TV is relatively large, so those who like to watch TV in bed can come and try it.

GGuest UserThe place was very hard to fine, I had to call the cs for direction. Luckily cs was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the place by a car is easy with his guide. The unit was very clean with good basic amenities - water dispenser (very helpful when you’re out with kids). Highly recommended for adult and kids ＞ 6 years old. Not suitable for younger kids as the stairs can be a hazard. Overall experience was good! I love the unit, the amenities, the friendly cs, basically everything about the unit, only the location which is not easily found on Google map.

The room is clean and lately the bila bila mart has open. Their operating hour until 2am there are various food, cakes also fresh vegetable, frozen meats and liquor being sold.
Just surrounding area there are no much of food store and the nearest is 1 Utama.

SSN5The hotel was excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded our room to a bigger one. It had all the amenities in the room. Iron board, hair dryer, stove and more. But one minus point for the room which has no air conditioner but they provided fan. Probably their air conditioner was on maintenance during our stay. But overall will stay again!

LLi NadThe units are very new. We got a 2 bedroom unit that has toilet doors that do not open fully restricting entry/exit and wall shelf that is hanging loose on the verge of dropping. Make me wonder if they have quality control or checks before guests checked in.
Thankfully managed to change to a more hospitable 2 bedroom after giving feedback with photos and videos to the check-in staff and requested for a room change.

DdyhxIt's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.
Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower.
Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good.
The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

GGuest UserCheck-in instruction was clear and easy. But the thing is the mattress and linens! These are the hearts of a stay. They have to be comfy and clean but this mattress string or structure or what is kissing the pelvic bone, basically it sunk in the middle. And the linen! Its yellowish, the caretaker said they are sorry and will inform the admin to change a batch but the one in my room remained unchanged cause i think all of their current batch is the same condition.
