We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom.
Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place.

It's very nice and newly renovated. The only problem is that the location is hard to find. The first time I searched for it, it took me almost an hour to find the entrance. I was so confused and ran around.

Decent place to stay. The elevators are slow however. It takes a while to arrive so we ended up using the staircase. Fortunate for us to be on the second floor. Great service and hospitable people, thank you.

Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great.
For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area.
Good stay. Good space and good area to be at.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything from the lobby to the room was impressive. One of the biggest pluses was the free parking, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially since we were driving.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with great facilities!

On the same day, we need to call them for guidance where to collect the apartment key. need to call a couple of times. collect at different block at block B1 but staying at block E. One of the room at Level 27, Room No 19 having their refrigerator problem. when you on it, leaking will happen & floor will be wet. my suggestion to look into other hotel near i-city theme park instead of this apartment.

GGuest UserThe place was very hard to fine, I had to call the cs for direction. Luckily cs was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the place by a car is easy with his guide. The unit was very clean with good basic amenities - water dispenser (very helpful when you’re out with kids). Highly recommended for adult and kids ＞ 6 years old. Not suitable for younger kids as the stairs can be a hazard. Overall experience was good! I love the unit, the amenities, the friendly cs, basically everything about the unit, only the location which is not easily found on Google map.

The studio is really pretty and clean. For the price, it’s super worth it , especially around Damansara where most places start from RM160 and still don’t offer much or aren’t as clean.
The unit comes with a hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, microwave, and full cutlery set. No kitchen or stove, but enough for simple meals. Aircond is cold, Netflix is available (just log in with your own account), and the pool has a lovely view 🥰 definitely a bonus!
Cons: Toilet drain had a slight smell and water pressure was a bit low (maybe I’m just used to stronger water at home hehe😅). Lift was also a bit slow had to wait 10–15 mins. But honestly, not a big deal. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget👍🏻

RRIZZULKARNAINI stayed for one night in the Studio Executive room and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable for a short stay. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful.
What stood out most was the air-conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the room very cold, which was perfect for a good night’s rest.
The hotel is conveniently located within the DPulze Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food, essentials, or just walk around without needing to go far.
Overall, this was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. I’d definitely consider coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.

-Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people
-Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture
-The condo is newly build so everything is new
-Free parking at basement
-Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter
-kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided
Cons:
-only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39)
-floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor
-swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason
-lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time
-quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car
=Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
