⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️first, We have to contact the owner 48h prior to check-in. Deposit rm400 before check in. Nice and cozy studio… beautiful and clean modern studio.. nice view to the ocean, and below is psar besar KK.. got many eateries below and nearby the room, got numerous choice too. Imago mall by walking distance. Nice pool. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately, we coming on rainy season, and failed to capture the sunset view as its cloudy. 🥹 Good customer service, reply any msg in short time. Just got to take the access card given by staff and key in the password at the secured door. Nice experience tho Once we entered the house, smells good, the staff already open the light, and aircond, plays nice and cozy music on utube.. got microwave and washer and dryer too… easy to use.. niceee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked for my husband birthday vacation♥️ Got fan and fridge, water heater, iron and board, hair dryer, sabah tea and le minerale.. provided clothes hanger and suspension, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner..… Got Sweet token from the owner🥰 The shore got multiple other luxury choice of room to rent, but i choose Seaview Bliss as suitable for me as a couple and as the memorable gift for my beloved ones. And it got way better and cozy modern ID.. the real view is the same as the picture provided🤭 It worth every penny⭐️mybe a bit pricey 🥲 but yeah, tq Seaview bliss team⭐️

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay . just bear in my mind this homestay doesnt come with free parking access and the price for parking is quite expensive

We booked this accommodation for 4nights. Everything in general was ok. Location wise - near to airport (about 15~20mins depending on traffic) Environment of the building was so-so. quite dirty (trash was everywhere, i even see rats running) but opp was KK plaza (they have a supermarket which is good) There is convenience store just below the building. Reception lady was very nice when we checked in, she passed us the key and inform us to contact them via whatsapp if we need any assistance. It is a very hectic place as whenever it is check-in time/check-out time, people will flood the lobby area and especially the lift. You can take up to 10~ 20mins waiting for the lift. We picked the sea-view room and it was big and nice, superb view of the sea & island!! There is even a small balcony. Even thou there is no place for cooking..but there were bowls/cups/utensils for us to use. There is also a sink but we did not use much as it was choked since we checked in. We had a little trouble operating the heater shower, but the hosts were prompt to give us instructions on how to use it. Only flaw is the water is too low. Other than that, It was a comfortable stay overall.

The room is overall great, comfy, and spacious for us. Got access to swimming pool and gym. Got a view facing the city. The room is also near the lifts. Got basic kitchenette. The wifi is great, and even the TV got streaming services. But the location, quite far to the city, must have own vehicle for easy transport, and the parking lot always full, must be early before there's no parking available.

We have a splendid time staying here, the customer service was beyond good 😊 I respect how very considerate the staff has been to us during the time of our stay. Anyway the important thing is that privacy is well maintained and safety is guaranteed. Might as well come to book again next time🤭 hehe

Please DO NOT book this unit SA#01, you will definitely REGRET. They never maintain the unit well. These are the problem we faced during our stays at this unit : 1. Before check in I wrote to confirm whether is there a washing machine. Their answer is 'YES' but they never said it was NOT WORKING until when you want to use then only they said washing machine is out of order. 2. Horrible water leaking at toilet sink that cause the floor all wet the whole time. Until we really can't stand and need to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth and hand washing. 3. Master bed room air conditioner is not working well, instead of cool air it come out like warm air. 4.Not extra garbage begs provided. 5.The whole apartment only 2 socket can be used for HP, Laptop charging. Imagine we have to queue to charge our HP. 6.Did not really mention only 1 toilet attached in between 2 rooms. Please think twice if you are booking this unit.

Very convenient for a short stay in between flights. Only ~5 mins away from the airport. Like the fact that this is self check in. Detailed instructions are given early. Good communication from the management. Room looks exactly like photos. Air cond, wifi works well. There's a mini fridge as well as kettle and microwave. Beds are very comfortable to sleep in, however it's not very sound proof and close proximity to airport means you can hear the occasional airplanes outside. Not too disturbing for my family and i, but probably not for those really sensitive to sound. Noted that most units on this floor are also homestays.

Located at loft A, closer access to imago shopping mall. Towel is provided. Aircond is warm and standard temperature. It is not so cold but no so warm. View is amazing, you will see the view main entrance imago. You need to make appointment first with the staff to check in and checkout. This is consider private apartment.

Greenage Homestay are very recommended for family trip,almost house facility are safe to use. If you are traveling to KK for a short gateway, yes - this place is great on location vise. On the way to lobby the toilet smell is pretty bad. But don't expect daily room service, no tooth brush is provided. If you toilet papers ypu need to.request. They will charge you for extra towel or when you ask to replace. I insist, why I need to pay when Im staying for 3nights?. Room.is not really clean with hair here & there. There is noises of machine or compressor from.nearby not sure where but are not really disturbing if you close the door & window But the sea view is superb. Pool is amazing only toilet/changing room are not too clean. Kitchen.is fully equipped if you want to.cook or good size fridge if you buy fruits & drinks. Please discard your rubbish daily because flies or bug will come by. If you.enjoy view or want to hang dry your garment - the balcony are well equipped with rack. Reception & WhatsApp messages are well reply & helpful witj great smile. Will certainly come back for the price &?location.
