You get what you see. The room is modern and convenient. I like Tv, ac and fan in room. But nobody cleans my room. I do pay for the cleaning. However, Amenities in room are beyond my expectations because i didn’t think that hotel will provide many options for guests especially in Malaysia. But I really impressed. I got a bad experience after checking in but the day after their manager called me and managed it for me. I appreciate this. It shows their management is nice and guest’s satisfaction is priority.

Everything goes smooth. Easy Check in 3pm. with 2adult and 2kids. The sofa can be converted into a bed but it is not comfortable to sleep on. my older kids can sleep on a black mattress, not much comfortable. need put your own bed sheet or mat on it. enough pillows for us. The toilet has soap and 2 towels. There is wifi and TV channels. But at night the line is slow, maybe many people use the line. The kitchen has a variety of equipment .So overall everything is great ! for 2days 1night. My child is happy because he can play in the swimming pool. I got my deposit back the next day..
except there was a customer before us who left socks in the closet.. the cleaner didn't check .

NnorainThe service was truly excellent. I'd definitely return if I get the opportunity. The unit was clean and well-maintained; I was very satisfied. It looked exactly like the photos. A huge thank you to the owner for their help. Even though I found out it was fully booked after paying through Trip, the owner still went the extra mile to make sure we could stay. A truly trustworthy owner.

GGuest UserThe stay location was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The lift access card was very insensitive, and we had to ”gosok-gosok” it repeatedly just to get it to work — even the staff acknowledged this workaround.
The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and the water heater didn’t work even after leaving it on for over 30 minutes, as instructed. How it affects if bringing kids or elderly.
There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the hanging bed lamp kept swinging and hitting the wall when the fan was on, creating an annoying noise.
We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

KKong MunGreat for families. Check-in is easy with clear instructions. Rooms are of good size. Gym and swimming pool are located at top most floors with Genting Highland view. A lot of food options nearby. Will repeat booking.

AAnonymous UserI'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

XXin Ling CelineThe room is spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large, clean, and simple, making it a great place for a short stay. There are tables and chairs outside the entrance as well.
The building has an lift, and the surrounding residential area is quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent. 👍👍
The room is equipped with a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, an iron and soap (just soap).
Overall, it's a great value for money and highly recommended.

AAnnaIJTIs a good place to have vacation with family and friends , great location just need to walk about 15min to sky avenue. I love morning and night views 🥰 is Beautiful
Unfortunately, The aspects that make me dissatisfied in my unit , toilet shower pump is weak , heater problem. The whole tower still under construction going On , and many public place still very dusty. I think next year will the best to stay .

SSureshLocation: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods.
Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.
