Pros: Great value for money. Good location. Lots of storage and amenities provided within the unit Great Mountain View Cons: Bathroom drained was clogged, and had sewage smell coming. Bed sheet had some brown stains Kitchen sink had some smell too Wasn’t informed in advance that a RM200 deposit was required Summary: I will return again for my next trip Paying a cup of Genting Starbucks coffee feels more expensive than paying for this unit. It’s definitely worth it despite the issues.

The unit is spacious which comes with two rooms two bathrooms and a balcony, view facing the mountain. Both rooms are also equpped with air-conditioning. The only downside is the check in counter which is a bit confusing as there are two different management for the same building and this one is located at the Swiss garden hotel reception while there is another counter located at the back.

These suites appear to be newly built, located next to the hotel. Everything is brand new. The room is spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and equipped with a smart TV, iron, electric kettle, fridge, and even a microwave. However, they don’t provide kitchen utensils due to halal considerations, so you may want to bring your own if you plan to do some light cooking. The bathroom has strong water pressure for both hot and cold water, and mini toiletries are provided during your stay. It’s a great place for couples, and they also offer two-room suites suitable for families. This suite is located strategically near shoplots with a variety of food, drinks, convenience stores, and souvenir shops

The room was so clean and the space is great , this is the first time i slept there but i will come back here when i visit genting again w fam👍👍 thanks

Location is good. Walking distance from a lot of food and convenience stores and there's no need to go all the way up to the mountain top. However, the cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. There were many cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. The sofa has a lot of stains as well as one of the bed sheets. Front desk service needs improvement as the 3pm check-in queue was roughly 30-40 minutes. Front desk staff are not very helpful as they are unaware of any of the hotel's facilities, events or amenities. Check-out was another disaster as the wait for the lift was on average 45 minutes. If you book the mountain room, there's a main stretch of road where much of the road noise can be heard all night. If you book the city view, you have to deal with the on going construction noise nearby. You're expected to keep the place clean and dispose of any garbage at the refuse room, but they didn't provide any garbage bags. Overall, its decent for a casual stay - a bed to sleep on, hot water to shower, small kitchen to cook instant noodles if you need to, free parking for hotel guests - but don't expect much else. No comment on the facilities as I didn't use them.

Off-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

Spacious studio! Nice view from the hotel ! Kids pool is the best! My kids have so much fun 😍 Near the beach and great sport water facilities jet ski & atv.. numbers of local foods nearby and it's not too far from the hotel. Definitely worth every penny! Surely will be coming back soon!

place near to cherating & the best sea view! but I'm a little disappointed with the host service. He should have properly checked the house unit and parking lot before passing it to the customer. i also got complained from another guest because lot parking & my car almost been clamp. please guest reconfirm with host before you check in 👍🏾

First time check in....harga murah sbb jatuh hari Deepavali tau.. Fuhh..naseb tak makan jem.. Sbb ada tanah runtuh kt simpang pulai.. Mula2 macam takut sebab banglo besar kot.. Rupanya tuan dia renovate jadikan homestay bygkan ada 10+ kot tak ingat dah... Lokasi homestay ni dekat giloss dgn pasar mlm.. Sis jalan kaki je dgn ank sedare pegi.. . Sekali imbas je jumpa owner dia.. Baik betul ramah je aunty..(cantik mcm pelakon Hindustan tau) btw ada 3 tingkat.. Kami dot tingkat atas sekali.. Fuhh.. Memula dok pikirkan mak cane nak naik ni.. Skali ade lif gais.. Mcm saye ngn ank sedara turun pakai tangga je.. Bilik saye ada 2 bilik and katil ada 7 gaiss..ibarat mcm sebuah apartment laa.. Pastu ada byk Bantal pulak tu..kami berempat je.. Toilet pulak ada asing utk yak2 dan mandi.. Dua2 toilet boleh mandi dgn heater... Siap ada sinki kt luar.. Dapor dia pulak ada mikrowave, peti ais 1 pintu, cerek, dapor elektrik dannnn ada periuk segala lah.. Cukup lengkap oii.. Pastu ada balkoni skali...tuala disediakn ye gaisss...ruang tamu ada sofa yg selesa.. Ada tv dan ada wifi.. So.. Anak2 korang tak bosan walaupun xde pool..😬 Pastu.. Oppss lupe.. Nanti ms check in diorg akan mtk depo Rm100 refund balik incase rumah diorg cantik mcm biasa.. 😅 Cuma dalam bilik 1 tu ade kipas.. Lg 1 xde kipas.. Patut ada jgk sbb ada time dia mcm rasa haba berkuap sikit.. Tp overall ok je.. Dan lg 1 mybe pihak homestay boleh sediakn alas kaki dan selipar.. Sejuk oo.. The lobby registration located at different building (Located at Windmill Apartment, the booking premise is located at Geo38; Just be aware if you are first time coming here). It's guarded gated security apartment. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Checkout time is at 11.00am. Plenty of visitors during weekend which cause inconvenient during checkout as waiting time for lift to get in is a bit hassle (depend on your luck), so managed your time accordingly.

Great location, fantastic view. The entry to the room can be confusing but the owner was kind enough to provide detailed information along with a video clip. There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

Good: 1. The response from the admin was great—super fast and kept me updated. 2. The unit is spacious and perfect for my family of 4 adults and 3 kids. 3. The basic necessities were all good! Not so great: 1. There was a slight foul smell when we first walked in. 2. Overall cleanliness could be better. Both toilets had clogged shower areas, and there were stains here and there in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. I also want to thank the team for handling an urgent situation during my stay. My 2-year-old got locked in the bedroom, so I asked if they could come help. It took a while, and eventually, I asked if I could just break the door. They gave the green light, and we ended up only breaking the door knob. About 30 minutes later, the door was finally open. Thanks to the team! And sorry for breaking your door knob!

Nice place to stay .. Second time staying here. Nearby kea farm, opah strawberry. Strategic location. In future will be staying here again. Nice hospitality by the staff. Just Hoping there will be iron provided.

Im very happy and I feel very satisfied in this hotel. staying here can provide the best access.. in terms of wifi, hot water, fridge, airfryer and much more.. the parking lot is also spacious.. it is very worthwhile to invite your family or partner to stay at this hotel.. highly recommended

Booked 2 rooms apartment. Quite spacious for 2 small families. Balcony is huge and use this area to cook simple dish. Its good management can provide cooking utensils

The room is dilapidated, has a strong smell, is gloomy, has no free parking, and the decor in the room is not what I expect. They said they were able to help me change the words for the decor, but they didn't change it.

The hotel feels like you are in a very luxurious yet welcoming colonial home, complete with a shared fireplace (where you can enjoy a fire lighting ceremony if it is a special occasion), wood flooring, and beautiful white shutters.

The environment is clean and comfortable, and parking is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby.

Great room. Very satisfied.. got the 3 room. From the outside it looks like a place to live. Enter the room ok. It looks like new paint. Ok.. if you bring a lot of family, you want to save the budget. This place is a choice. Next to the heavenly mosque again. The picture in the room.hmm..change the picture of the flower scene to strawberry. The others are ok.
