We arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional.
The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good.
I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel.
My 1st choice hotel๐๐

Very clean and spacious property. Perfect for family. The only trouble is waiting for the elevator almost half an hour. There is small foodcourt next to the building with good food and good price

Check in and out process was smooth. Staffs were helpful and courteous. The apartment was relatively new and well kept. Would have been useful to provide operating instructions for the washing machine. Overall, satisfied and good value.

Toilet in master bedroom was a bit dirty. Please improve the cleanliness. Room is spacious, can fit more than 4 people. Overall, worth the price and will definitely come back.

It was a bit of disappointment, the sleeping arrangements actually cannot accommodate for 6 adults, as the sofa bed was not stable and strong enough to hold 2 adult weight. The 2 queen size beds was placed side by side but there was not the same height, so can't to have one more person to sleep on.
So it should not advertise can accommodate for 6 pax.
Toothbrush, toothpaste was not provided and we have to go and buy.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large, clean, and simple, making it a great place for a short stay. There are tables and chairs outside the entrance as well.
The building has an lift, and the surrounding residential area is quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent. ๐๐
The room is equipped with a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, an iron and soap (just soap).
Overall, it's a great value for money and highly recommended.

Overall, it is good. However, improvements are needed, especially in terms of amenities such as:
1. There is a TV, but it cannot function because there is no decoder.
2. There is a cooking hood, but cooking is not allowed.
3. The sofa is not in good condition.

KKong MunGreat for families. Check-in is easy with clear instructions. Rooms are of good size. Gym and swimming pool are located at top most floors with Genting Highland view. A lot of food options nearby. Will repeat booking.

AAnonymous UserI'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

SSureshLocation: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods.
Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

SSyafiqah_HayStayed at timurbay resiencesd 3D2N was very impressed! The host will sent pdf very detail how to check in. The room clean, comfortable for 2adult & 2kids and the view from balcony is superbbbb!!!! The location easy to access beach and got many restaurants near the residences. The pool was spacious and got jacuzzi perfect to relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks ;)

PPurplePolkaDotsI loved this place. While rustic, the room and shower are decent and functional. I especially loved the hammock on the balcony and spent too much time lazing on it. With the amazing sea view and breeze, and very laid back vibes, it's really hard not to. No need to spend time in the room.

We got the air con room and did not get mosquitoes. Yes, walls are thin, so no hanky panky.. ;p Yes, there was loud music from an open bar at the other end of the chalet. We managed to sleep through the night regardless. The loud waves drowned most of the sound.
Will defo come back here if we're heading this area again.
Some tips:
1. Do bring bathroom slippers/flip flops for comfort
2. Do bring a hanging toiletries case as there is no place to put your toiletries
3. While I ended up not needing them, I still brought mosquito coils with me
