Apartments in Melaka, Malaysia

Clean and good service, prompt replies on whatsapp. My room came with a living room and a kitchen. Would be more worth it if I came with family. Relatively costly for solo travellers, but the extra living room space was nice to have. The only con is that there's no drinking water provided (have to buy from vending machine or mini mart at level 6) and the location is pretty off for me as i travel alone. The only way to get out and back is to call a cab, otherwise i may have to take an hour to walk to town. I would recommend it for families but not solo travellers.

i check in 3 days 2 nights. First night everything is good , but the next day air tiada . i call agent and then dorang kata ada masalah teknikal dan tunggu 30 minutes . after 30 minutes, air still tak ada sampailah i check out. So ? i tunggu dari 2pm sampai la hari esok.  call 3/4 kali untuk kepastian tapi agent tak bagi solution and biarkan camtu je💁🏻♀️. Terpaksa kumpul air macam ni, tu pun tunggu 4/5 jam sebab nak pakai toilet . So next time better cari agent lain lagi bagus

The apartments are near the hotel by Hilton, the reception is run down, but the apartments are clean and big. I was alone with my husband, but we booked for a 2 room apartment so we can have 2 bathrooms, and to have big space. We are happy with our choosing. Great view, in walking distance from the Red Square city center (1.2km), tge pool is big and tgey have enough chairs to stay and be lazy there.

The room located at The Pines Hotel. Check in was easy.. Room is clean and spacious. Suit for family. Near local attractions and value for money.

Centrally located within city of Melaka with easy access to restaurants, shopping mall & other amenities. Although room is wuite basic it has a big room with several beds to accomodate 5 family members. Would recommend friends & families members to stay & would definitely repeat stay.

The unit is located in Pines hotel, but check-in is separate from the hotel concierge and requires the traveller to put in some work. The unit is spacious and clean, amenities are decent. However, I couldn't get the internet to work, and the light in the bathroom wasn't working. The pool has saltwater. The views are nice and is along the Malacca river. It's about 1-2km away from Jonker street so travel was convenient (we walked) yet it wasn't noisy at night.

The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony.

Booked the Suite with Private Pool. The place was amazing. Customer service was tip top. However, the private pool was a bit dirty but it isn’t a huge problem to me. Comes with complimentary carpark parking. The carpark is in the building itself therefore it is convenient. There’s the mart downstairs. So you can buy food etc. There’s also 7-11 stores nearby too. This place isn’t far from food places. It is super peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back one day. Thank you so much for the amazing service 🙏🏼

The accommodation is new, well-equipped, and clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the water dispenser offering hot and room-temperature water, and the provision of extra trash bags. Overall, I had a great and enjoyable stay. However, there were a few downsides. Firstly, guests are required to contact the owner in advance for check-in details. Neither the owner nor I initiated contact, leaving me unprepared upon arrival. When I reached the apartment at 8 PM, tired from travel, I panicked as the agent's office near the drop-off area informed me they did not service this particular rental unit. The service staff was kind enough to assist by calling the number listed on the Trip.com app (+60 16-699 6688), but the calls went unanswered. After several unsuccessful attempts on WhatsApp, I was fortunate to find another contact number (+60 19-668 8335) in a related email. Through WhatsApp, I finally reached someone who provided the check-in details, and we managed to check in close to 10 PM. I hope through sharing this review could help better others on their check-in process and not experience what i had gone through. Another drawback is the gym and game room facilities, which require booking through an app likely intended for condominium residents. Additionally, there are no eateries within walking distance—the nearest options are a 5-minute drive to the D'Tank Paradise Foodcourt, which offers a good variety of food choices. Despite these challenges, the quality of the accommodation itself made the stay pleasant..

Check in process was really so difficult. There was given 2 different address, very complicated. Facilities can use only the pool. But the picture showen is like we can use all the facilities there like gym, sauna, jacuzzi and so on. deposit return took such a long day.

Dear Sir/madam, Your check-in and check-out procedures are cumbersome and complicated, while other hotels / Airbnb do not have so many procedures. It is troublesome to make the guests dissatisfied. It is recommended to provide some 3 in 1 drinks and mineral water, tissue . The towels feel a bit dirty and old, and have a smell. The pillows are too thin and it is very uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom toiletry can be improved. I hope it can be improved. Thank you
