I had an excellent stay at R&F Princess Cove by FUJU! 🌟 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to CIQ, super convenient for getting in and out of Singapore. 🚗 The seaview from the unit was beautiful and really added to the overall experience. The host provided great service, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Amenities were complete and modern, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Free parking was also a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Great value, amazing location, and a very enjoyable stay!

✨A very satisfying stay! The host was very friendly, polite, and efficient. The view from the room window was beautiful! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly. The overall environment was comfortable, and the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to my friends!

Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. SOPs are easy to follow. We are allowed to do early check in which was very convenient because we have a toddler. The unit was very cozy and tidy. Our 3yrs old son loves the playground very much. Our 2nd time in the vicinity, there's a nearby retail mall, supermarket, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. I booked this homestay at the very last minute, as we couldn’t extend our stay at the previous location, but too my surprise, the place was super amazing, nice view and so convenient for foods / shops / bazaar and walking distance from checkpoints. Will definitely book another stay here, comfortable enough for the pricing and location wise! Superb!

The place is very nice and very clean. It’s less than 5mins drive to Sunway Big Box shopping mall and about 10mins drive to Legoland. The living room area is very spacious. The wall mounted projector is very clear for family movie watching at night. They have a slide in the living room for the kids to play and another level above the slide with a mattress for a big kid to sleep. The living room got 2 queen size beds which can be combined. This is very suitable for a big family (3-5 kids). All can sleep together. They also have a hot water dispenser and electric stove to cook. Overall it’s a very fun and lovely experience staying here.

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

This stay really disappointed me. I thought R&F in phrase 2 should be good. The 43inch TV is too small. I couldn't see the subtitles clearly when sitting on the sofa. Moreover, there were no local TV channels connection. WiFi signal is not good in certain place In room.In addition, the furniture was too simple and insufficient. The furniture seemed to be put together casually. This studio room is not worth recommending.

Exactly same as what have been shown. Love this Pokémon nest. Highly recommended for family with kids. Every room all have air-con + fan & all home needs. Will come again with family.. Highly recommended.

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed this place and will recommend it to our friends.. The cleanliness,location and amenities are great! The check-in process was just a breeze and Khoo was very easy to communicate with. We just walked to Legoland and used the swimming pool after.It was a great experience for us!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment next to R&F Mall. Within 10 minutes walk from JB CIQ. As my arrival was after 5pm, they gave instructions to get the keys at the lobby mailbox for self check-in. Thereafter, show to Security to enter lobby. Stay includes use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, billiards and table tennis rooms. However, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 solid hours (9am to 12 noon) in the morning which was a great disappointment as I planned to relax in the pool prior to check-out. The agent, ANJU should have informed prior to checking in.
