The location is equally great – about a 7-minute walk to the bus station, and there's a grocery store literally across the street. There's also a good cafe nearby, and you can reach the old town in about 15-20 minutes, yet it's still comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. The room itself is neat and clean, with daily housekeeping. On your way to the hotel, you'll be accompanied by the street shown in the photo – mountains are everywhere here, so you're sure to enjoy the views!"

"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

"Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! "A gorgeous, spacious studio with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the mountains. I think the windows are about three meters high, so the view is amazing and there's lots of light. ☀️ It's very clean, newly renovated, and support is always available. The apartment is located near the sea, not far from the Old Town, and all amenities are close by since it's in a shopping center. There's a busy road in front of the balcony, but the double-glazed windows block out the noise when closed. There's coffee, tea, and sugar; I would have added a few larger mugs because there were only two small ones."

Месторасположение просто прекрасное -2 минуты и магазин, 3 минуты до моря. новые белоснежны полотенца отличного качества, постельное белье, очень удобные кровати, матрасы и подушки!!!! Я наконец-то выспалась и без боли в спине! И мы очень благодарны Бенджамину! Замечательный человек! Много помог по организационным вопросам даже не касающихся аппаратов. Всегда был на связи! "Very nice and comfortable stay. The lady and young gentlemen on the reception made out stay even better. The room was perfect and modern. We had some troubles with cleaning team, despite this we had a great stay. Thank you."

"Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask."
