Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Shower gel and hair dryer are available.
Environment: The location is great. There is CU (which speaks Chinese) downstairs. Next to it is the Shilla Duty Free Mall and Baojian Road. It is convenient to go anywhere.
Service: After checking out, you can store your luggage at the management office on the first floor. You can come back to pick it up when you leave at night. It is more convenient.

Clean room. There are paper towels in kitchen. however curtains not able to completely close, there is a mesh layer between both sides. needed to use clip to hold the curtains close. Luggage storage easy to use. Check in and check out seamlessly. Big and comfy bed. Shower water heats up fast. Big fridge and microwave is easy to use.

I was surprised that it was so pretty and so clean
It's the same as the picture, and it's pretty.
I don't smell the owner, or he cares a lot.
There are also several facilities, including cosmetics, cleansing foams.
Sound insulation seems to be good and check-in and check-out are easy
Cleanliness is the most important thing.
The location is also near the airport, so I didn't see it in detail, but not only the airport but also the sea is close, and there are many restaurants, cafes, and accessories shops along the sea road.
(Cabang Bakery, cherry blossom store is recommended)
The downside is that there are not enough outlet holes. You can only plug in one or two chargers. We didn't care, but if you care, we recommend taking a multi-tap.
Second, the bed is a bit hard. It's not very uncomfortable, but it's a part of concern.
I barely picked up the downside. Except for this, it's perfect. I would like to stay if I can stay again.

Self-service check-in, you need to go downstairs and throw the garbage into the trash can in the opposite building. There are garbage bags in the room. Although it is small, it has everything. It is still good. There are many delicious restaurants in BHC. It is really a must-try

Very cozy and comfortable stay. The good is that the location was excellent, near many great cafes and shopping places. Room was relatively cozy, not say very spacious but good for the price as it has a sofa room and balcony, amenities were also provided, like laundry detergent for washing machine and kitchen/bathroom stuff. The staff was also friendly and helped us changed the kettle, fix the flush etc when we found problems with those.
The negatives:
- insects kept flying into the room, despite closing the curtain that is supposed to keep them out. Balcony door also can’t be locked.
- place felt grimy after a few days, not sure if there is an option to pay for housekeeping service?

Very satisfied with his price!
A bit old but beautiful scenery
I think the wooden house is very cute. The sound insulation is not very good. Everyone is quite quiet when they check in. They can hear everyone in the corridor.
There's a lot of public space. We bought fried chicken and ate it there.
Free water and coffee maker
There are very cute and lively dogs and some lazy cats.

AAnonymous UserThe location is 100 meters near Shilla and 100 meters downstairs on Baojian Road. There is food at 7zai, which is quite convenient. The room is in line with the photos, clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the bathroom has a bit of sewage smell.

AAnonymous UserOnly limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building.
Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office.
There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building.
The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

PPeng Poh JeffreyThe room smells of urine when we check in and we have to open the windows to air the room. Generally, the room is spacious and clean despite the initial pungent smell. The automatic carpark system is also quite complicated to use for the first timer. Fortunately, some other guest provided some guidance. Important is to use the nail to tap the car number as the key pad is too sensitive to touch. Lastly, no room service is provided. If you stay for a week, I am not sure if they will be changing your towel. We did manage to get fresh towel from the receptionist on the third day. This residence is very near the airport. So if you have an early flight, it is convenient to get to the airport in the early morning. There is also plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you will be spoil for choices.

LLee/kuanhuiDuring my several-day stay this time, I met three different receptionists (one male and two female). Although two of them didn’t seem to understand Chinese and English (maybe I’m not good at English myself, so they couldn’t understand), but there was one The girls can speak Chinese, so communication is no problem. Even though there was a bit of misunderstanding in the initial communication, I could feel the service enthusiasm of the three of them and they were very willing to help solve the problem. I booked a room with a sofa bed for two adults and one child. When I arrived, I found that children were charged on site (later I found out that it was indeed written on the trip website that there may be charges. But then why did I book a triple room?), and the sofa bed was also not available. To collect money. Later, I reported to trip customer service and the on-site staff assisted in issuing an on-site fee certificate for the sofa bed and assisted in changing the room to a room with a sofa bed. Trip customer service assisted in applying for a refund, and I received the money the next day after returning to Taiwan, which was very efficient. The room is fully equipped, including basic tableware, and there is no problem buying ingredients for cooking, just like at home. The location is also good, just one minute downstairs to the entrance of Ximen Market. It is about five minutes away from Guandeok Pavilion and the central market underground street. It has its own parking space (before parking, the staff will ask about the time of departure the next day to facilitate the arrangement of parking spaces and avoid being affected by other vehicles when going out). There is a garbage station at the door (the garbage must be sorted). If you continue to stay and do not clean it, use ordinary plastic bags to put garbage in. When you go out, leave it at the door of the room, and the service staff will help you dispose of the garbage. Bag the used bath towels and the staff will refill the mineral water and replace them with new towels. Anyway, I think I will choose to stay at Ximen Apartment Hotel for a few days next time I go to Jeju.

GGuest UserThe place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

KKatieThe apartment is very near to the theme park and provides free theme park admission. However, we need to drive out to get to the other attractions. Convenience store is nearby and the sauna and indoor swimming pool is a plus especially during cold weather.
The apartment area does not seem to be solely owned by the hotel organisation. Therefore, there may be a mix of residents and tourists.
