The room with the double bed was a bit dark. We couldn’t find the card for room service but just the ‘do not disturb’ one. We didn’t have room service perhaps because it was understaffed. Hood price overall.

Nice hotel, I was particularly impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. I would stay there again if I was on business again, and I would be more than happy to do so!

Railway station and tramline can be reached in a walking distance. A pizzeria and a grocery store are close. We had a balcony with a nice view. Interesting to walk from there to the city centre. Good value for money.

This boutique hotel is a gem. It’s conveniently located and yet away from all the crowds. We stayed at one bedroom suite, well kept and clean and spacious. A great gelato shop and many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. Definitely will stay here again for future visits. The only complaint is that WiFi only works occasionally.

The place is lovely with overseeing a museum.The surrouding area is really out of a romance movie.Although we had an incident trust me the host Francesca is one of the most gracious,honest,responsible and lovely lady who handle her business with her life.This is her pride and joy.There's an old world charm to her place.We will be back to support her when we come over to florence again.Miss Francesca we want to request to play with your cats when we come over okay.We love you and your place.See u soonest arriverderci!!!!

It wasn't a Duomo Cathedral view, but it's in front of you. The entrance is on the street? It's next to Mr. Pizza, which I didn't see well because it was covered in the same thing !! There is a clean kitchen, so I went to the nearby Korean Mart and bought ramen and boiled it and ate it :) Clean every day, fruit, walk to Cruise every morning without breakfast. It's like a lounge on the fourth floor and the first floor !!

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

After booking, you will receive an email from vickey checkin, not a liar, you need to register the message and pay the city tax. If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage at the c-hotel joy next to this hotel and store it for free. This homestay is 3 minutes walk from the train station, but there are more people near the train station, I will not go out at night. The room was not bad, there was a refrigerator in the room, a lot of water in the refrigerator (awesome), there was a coffee machine and a microwave in the public area, but the microwave looked not very clean. The room also has a balcony, but it is a bit cold. I didn't go to the balcony. Everything was fine until the next room was **** super loud at night! ! ! And because the door was very close, I always felt that someone opened my door. Fortunately, it was very noisy on the first day, and it was quieter in the next few days. The overall stay is quite comfortable and can be recommended. By the way, the front desk of c hotel joy is also very good.

The location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement，and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!

Hygienic: very clean Facilities: fully equipped, especially the kitchenette. For this we cooked dinner for three days. Environment: Located outside the city wall, easy to enter the city. There is free parking. It is the first choice for self-driving travel and avoid ZTL. Service: Intuitive and convenient check-in instructions in order reply.
