I wanted to love this hotel, but it just didn't work for me. While I love the minimalist aesthetic, it doesn't work if you have suitcases, clothes, towels, etc. The only place to set our suitcases was on a single wobbly luggage rack. Why not have a long, sleek bench to hold at least 2 suitcases? What could we do with our wet towels? Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have been so nice. The most inconvenient part was the bathroom, which comprised two components. The toilet was in a small room near the door. The sink and tub were in a completely separate area across the bedroom. So to wash hands after using the toilet, it took an excursion to reach the sink. Designers, please consider that people will want to actually use the room, not just admire it.

Perfect location, lovely spacious 2 bedroom flat with kitchen and excellent air conditioning (much appreciated during this heat wave). The front desk staff was fabulous and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure restaurants could accomodate one of our party who needed a special diet.

I was travelling solo due to passport issues. The accommodation was very bright, clean and modern and the staff were lovely. I arrived early and waited for my room to be ready, nice, cool reception area. Bit of a walk into town but I enjoyed it as I like to explore different parts of cities. Felt safe though.

We enjoyed our stay at Alba Residence and it was very convenient to visit other cities. The staff were great and the apartment very spacious. The location is outside the city center but we drove in and easily found parking at the train station. We went to the Donley Palio and Truffle festival . Alba is a lovely place and so glad we stayed at Alba Residence. It was like a home away from home.
Residence Sacchi Aparthotel

This is the biggest apartment that I have come across so far and that the bathroom is as big as a normal hotel room size. Room is cleaned every day and the place is excellently well-maintained. Reception is available 24-hours and the premises is monitored with CCTVs. Thus making it a very safe and secure place to stay. Staff are professional and helpful. Walking to the city centre is about 20-25 minutes and 6-8 minutes walk from the train station. Furnishing is above average, though some amenities, eg the washing machine could do with a bigger washing capacity. As the apartment is facing the road and the main Turin train station, noises from the train/tram are noticeable. For a great and safe stay, this place is highly recommended.

Loger Confort Residence & Apartments

While we were not planning on staying in Turin, an unfortunate ski accident in late Feb derailed our plans. Once my son was released from his 10 day hospital stay, Italy was going into lockdown and we needed a proper place to stay. Loger Confort was PERFECT. Great staff and a lovely apartment. A kitchen from where to cook our food, a nice living area and my personal favourite, a washing machine. ( a must when stranded with little clothes and no means of shopping). We wish we could have enjoyed Turin properly, we promise to come back when there is no pandemic! We left the apartment in a hurry in the middle of the night for our great escape, sorry to the staff for an improper clean-up and a fridge full of food.
