"First, the location: It looks close to the exhibition hall on the map, but the walk isn't very straightforward, a bit circuitous.
Parking: There's a charge for parking, but you can find free spots on the street outside if you're lucky.
Room: The room is quite spacious, with a very large bed and a small balcony, which is excellent! You can see snow-capped mountains, watch the sunset, and even hang clothes to dry. Unlike most hotels with dim lighting, this hotel's room has plenty of lights; it's the brightest hotel I've ever stayed in, which is fantastic.
There's a bathtub for soaking, but both the tub and sink drains were broken. I'd suggest they improve their maintenance.

"The apartment is great. Everything is brand new, the house is nice. The neighborhood can look a litlle getto (as we were in august, many places are closed and covered in graffiti).
The check in is very easy, you donât have to find the key in the middle of nowhere.
The service is little off cause we had a sink problem, left the application but nothing was ever done to it.

"A normal hotel, 10 minutes from the rowing room. The area is quiet, late in the evening, early in the morning, everything is quiet. To Carrera Academy is closer. Staff is helpful, trying to explain (without my language knowledge).
The studio apartments are equipped with microwave, stove, pans, dishes, opening, knife - everything is available. The water is hot and steady, without laps. A larger towel dryer if anything dry, on the five-point bottom of the tumbler. The heater was pleased. Very quiet in the hotel. The elderly are hanging out on their own, no one is interrupting, all of us will be, but not all in such a place. I'm glad for them.I didn't go to the pool."

"A wonderful apartment-hotel in the center of Milan. Everything is new and clean, and security is excellent. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and living. The only downside is that it's not a hotel, so there's no cleaning service, and there's nothing provided like a mop or vacuum to clean yourself. Towels also aren't changed. So, it's perfect for a 3-4 day stay. You'll need to pay any additional charges at the hotel by card, as they don't accept cash. Russians without a foreign card should be aware of this point."

"This is our first leg of the trip which we have stayed 2 nights in Milan. Everything was great and Tatiana was superb in helping us for ways to get the hotel and sight seeing. The room was massive and has everything you needed. Taxi station was a 10 seconds walk across the street and so is the metro. A good 10 mins walk will get you to the duomo. We cannot ask for more for a better stay. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel if you do need any food etc."

It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. To get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villaâs door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I donât understand why they didnât make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villaâs owner why we stood there in front of their property.
The room is quiet good actually.

Aries Patrick Abadilla ReyesHad a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle CittĂ . From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed.
The room itself was excellentâspacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort.
The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasnât available during the non-peak season. While this wasnât a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times.
Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan.

Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy. The fly in the ointment, the washing machine is poor in hygiene, and the inner tube has not been cleaned.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable, there are convenience stores and pizza shops downstairs. Metro Line 4 is right at the street, very convenient.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the âseasonâ for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

That said, remember this is Italy â donât expect luxury or unnecessary extras. Think of it as offering the essentials for a comfortable, modern stay.

Wifi is terrible since i arrived the property there is no wifi connection i ask the reception to fix the internet they never check it i ask to give me the router and guess what even you have router inside the room still no wifi! WIFI IS THE MOST IMPORTANT IN THIS WORLD U HAVE TO FIXED YOUR WIFI! The staff is lazy they just sit and chitchat! FYI THEY HAVE 5 staff but no one check what the cause of the ineternet problem THEY LAZY!!
