The facilities are new and comfortable. The room and bathroom are very spacious. It's right next to the train station. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff, Francesca and Alda, were very friendly and attentive both before arrival and during our stay. My experience was a 10/10.

The room is quite big, a little difficult to find, you have to add the boss's ewhatsapp to have a check-in guide, the other is perfect, very quiet, the facilities and decoration are in place, the kitchen is all in place, and the pots and dishes are fully equipped.

We (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended). The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which was a big plus for us.20-30 minutes from city center depending on the mode of transportation. Tram station and Metro station within few minutes walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, although it had a bit of an older vibe. The bed, however, was super cozy, and comfortable. One thing we think would improve the stay is the addition of an electric kettle and ironing Overall, we had a pleasant stay at IH Hotels Milano Aparthotel Argonne Park. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Milan.

Cause a problem in the highway blocked by the demonstration , we have called several times to change the arrival time, with a delay of well 4 hours! But at the reception they were always available to welcome us with a smile and a lot of humanity, giving us also several places to dine. Perffeto: Exceeded expectations! The room was huge, the facilities were extremely complete, the materials were top-notch, and there was even a terrace—it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to everyone!

L'appartamento si trova nel sud di Opera, pratico da raggiungere e con parcheggio privato chiuso. C'è un grande supermercato proprio di fronte, quindi comodo. La stanza/appartamento è sicuro, con codici e carte di accesso. Il check in self service semplice e rapido. La pulizia è molto buona. La cucina è dotata di ciò che può essere necessario per cucinare, mangiare e pulire. Bagno nuovo e pulito/funzionale. Consiglierei ai responsabili di aggiungere, forse, un paio di asciugamani di piccola/media dimensione, pratiche per il bagno. Per il resto davvero una buona soluzione per qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

It's a pretty nice guesthouse, clean and hygienic, and easy to find. Located in the city center, transportation is very convenient, and the rooms are relatively large for their European size. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The location is quiet despite being in a bustling area. I'd definitely go again next time. I forgot to take any pictures.

Отличный вариант для Милана, новый комплекс с идеальным ремонтом. Цена качество соответствует на 1000%. Когда ехали немного испугалась, тк посмотрела отзывы на Гугл картах о ужасах, если заранее зарегистрироваться и дождаться 15-00 все пройдет идеально!
