"We (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended).
The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet.
A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!"

One thing we think would improve the stay is the addition of an electric kettle and ironing

"Cause a problem in the highway blocked by the demonstration , we have called several times to change the arrival time, with a delay of well 4 hours! But at the reception they were always available to welcome us with a smile and a lot of humanity, giving us also several places to dine. Breakfast very careful personal supplitail, buffet from sweet to salt and I could also say of excellent raw materials the clean and very nice room even with a small terrace and a small kitchen was unfortunately only one night but we could also enjoy the pool all carefully in the minimum details"

"L'appartamento si trova nel sud di Opera, pratico da raggiungere e con parcheggio privato chiuso. C'è un grande supermercato proprio di fronte, quindi comodo.
La stanza/appartamento è sicuro, con codici e carte di accesso. Il check in self service semplice e rapido. La pulizia è molto buona. La cucina è dotata di ciò che può essere necessario per cucinare, mangiare e pulire. Bagno nuovo e pulito/funzionale.
Consiglierei ai responsabili di aggiungere, forse, un paio di asciugamani di piccola/media dimensione, pratiche per il bagno.
Per il resto davvero una buona soluzione per qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente."

"It's a pretty nice guesthouse, clean and hygienic, and easy to find. Located in the city center, transportation is very convenient, and the rooms are relatively large for their European size. GGuest UserThe apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.

MMoochuTo get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villa’s door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I don’t understand why they didn’t make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villa’s owner why we stood there in front of their property.
The room is quiet good actually.

GGuest UserFirst, the location: It looks close to the exhibition hall on the map, but the walk isn't very straightforward, a bit circuitous.
Parking: There's a charge for parking, but you can find free spots on the street outside if you're lucky.
Room: The room is quite spacious, with a very large bed and a small balcony, which is excellent! You can see snow-capped mountains, watch the sunset, and even hang clothes to dry. Unlike most hotels with dim lighting, this hotel's room has plenty of lights; it's the brightest hotel I've ever stayed in, which is fantastic.
There's a bathtub for soaking, but both the tub and sink drains were broken. I'd suggest they improve their maintenance.
Downside: No kettle.

JJirat RAn apartment where you can stay and hop for the city exploration, as well as for a one-day trip around Milan city. It is not far from Milan central, and there are many grocery stores around. There is even a Japanese restaurant nearby(with all-you-can-eat choice), which is good to help you detox when you have too much Italian food. The service is great, and the amenities are good. You can have coffee(Nespresso) all day, with some good bakery to serve you in the morning. The room is nice and very big.
Overall, it is good. I would come back for you when I come to Milan again.

Environment: Quiet and comfortable, there are convenience stores and pizza shops downstairs. Metro Line 4 is right at the street, very convenient.

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

繁繁忙旅行者We stayed here for two nights. Location is near some bus stops and tram stations, but beyond walking distance to subway stations (unless you do not have luggage).
Along the street it is not obvious to recognize the entrance, as it is just a regular apartment. Thr instruction sheet could include some photos for easier access. Key collection can be done at central train station, covenient. service office is not that far, but you need to call in advance to know the location.
when we got there, the room was not cleaned! we contacted the office and waited a few hours until someone came to clean it. the company refunded the cleaning fee as compensate. the rooms are spacious for a family.
overall it could be a good choice for a longer stay (weeks). for a short stay like we had, a hotel is easier.
