I did not expect my stay there is going to be so pleasant. My impressions from reaching to leaving the Oakwood hotel, always greeted by all smiling staffs from the lobby, reception, restaurants, housekeeping. Check in and out process is like a breeze. Breakfast is good and staff even remember their guest room number. The room is huge and comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only that it is facing the main road, there were some road noise could be heard at night. There is a huge fridge and a washing/dryer machine. Full utensils, cook ware and Coffee machine. Will recommended this hotel to anyone. The gestures, politeness and services provided by the staffs are really 5 stars.

The check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.

Service was so good. i was stay there during earthquake , the staff very helpful to move the room lower floor. location is very good. nearby the PTC or Pakuwon Mall , walking distance 2 mins.

It's a quiet place away from the old city center, but there are many restaurants and the people are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend the residence. The price is good.

For the price it is fine. They have a kitchen, but no refrigerator or utensils for cooking or eating. The cleanliness could be improved, although if you are looking for something at a very good price for one night, as was our case, it is worth it.

Hostel with a view that amazes the eyes plus the sound of river water that makes you relax, facilities are okay, lots of plugs, cleanliness is okay, just minus the stairs if you bring lots of suitcases it's a bit of a hassle hahaha
