The apartment itself is actually quite small, with just the queen bed itself taking up almost the entire space. The building itself is very well maintained, and it gives a very posh vibes. I did not explore the facilities, but from a glance, it gave me a good overview of them. It's very convenient to go to Taman Anggrek Mall as it's connected by the Sky Bridge at level 3. The Hublife mall is also connected via level B1. You can get to Central Park Mall via Taman Anggrek Mall, you just need to go out for a bit, which is unfortunate. Located in West Jakarta, it's relatively close to the airport compared to other areas of Jakarta, not to compare with PIK tho. I most likely will return to stay here for my next trip in Jakarta, and highly recommend it.

So far so good. Even waiting for long time to meet the admin to take the apartment's key. The view to sea is perfect. Nice for spending time with family. But it will be much better to have alternatif big room that a whole family can spend time together in a big room

I liked the fact that the host was kind and helpful, and it was convenient and nice that there was an Indian mart in GF. I liked the large outdoor swimming pool the most^^ However, the only regret was that the soundproofing wasn't very good, so I had a hard time because I could hear things like coughing next door at night.

I thought this kind of apartment hotel was just like what I imagined, with simple facilities and no services. But I didn't expect that except for the smaller rooms and weaker Wi-Fi, the other supporting facilities and sanitary conditions were almost the same as those of business chain hotels. If you come from China for a short-term stay, it is relatively more cost-effective. It is very friendly to Chinese tourists and guests. After booking, they will actively add WeChat. If the flight arrives at midnight, the staff will personally take you to the room. There are banks, shopping centers, and big markets nearby, so life is very convenient. It is also convenient to the white sand beach.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

GGuest UserWhile our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own.
This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage.
Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient.
If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

I had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Kencana Jakarta on June 15–16, booking the 3 Bedroom Premier suite on the 36th floor. From the moment of arrival, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, handled professionally by the friendly front office staff, which set a welcoming tone for the stay.
The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and in excellent condition. Every facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably arranged — perfect for a short family getaway or even a longer stay. The high-floor location offered a beautiful city view, adding to the overall experience.
There was a minor inconvenience during check-out: the evening front office staff on June 15 unfortunately forgot to register my vehicle with the property’s parking system. This caused a delay when exiting the premises. However, this issue was promptly and professionally resolved the next morning by the front office staff on June 16, a helpful and courteous female staff member who went the extra mile to ensure the situation was rectified smoothly.
Overall, Somerset Kencana Jakarta provided a comfortable, enjoyable, and high-standard stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The location, amenities, and level of service — with just a minor lapse quickly corrected — reflect a property committed to guest satisfaction.

HHaris PewiroBooked via Trip.com for a 3 bedroom premier for 6 days 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay with Ascott Jakarta. Their rooms were clean, tidy and very spacious. Perfect location close to Thamrin mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia, with security always at the hotel entrance which made me feel much safer. However Buffet Breakfast wasn't that fantastic. Meanwhile the housekeeping team who make up our rooms daily is a GEM. All room amenities have been replanished and they make our bed so clean and tidy
Last but not least, staff were all friendly.

GGuest UserMy family and I had a very wonderful stay. The hotel was able to answer all of my enquiries before my trip. I emailed the hotel regarding my airport pick up and I reveived a reply and transport booked withon the same day.
During my stay there, the reception, Ms Erika and other colleagues were very approachable and friendly. My nieces were very happy with them. They were given a soft toy as a welcome gift. The hotel do have indoor and outdoor play area for kids. Suitable for family with kids. We ordered grab/ gojek food there (using the app). The hotel concierge sent out food deliveries up to the room. Overall, service superb! 👍👍
I will definitely stay in Ascott Kuningan again when I visit Jakarta.

MMichael FintanThink this is our fourth time here? -this time we had a four bedroom penthouse for a small family gathering/birthday party. Great views from 32? floor. My Indonesian friends always enjoy the breakfast here and all staff are really helpful. Lovely pool gym and sauna. 24 Hour convenience store across the street plus my friends like the street food locally.

NNaz.Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :)
The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’)
Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.
