The room in this hotel is very small because the house is too old. This room is built on an ancient castle. There are glass on the floor of the hall and the door, and you can see the ruins of the underground castle. The room is not big but very clean. You can see the Acropolis at the breakfast on the rooftop. The elevator is very small and can only hold two people. The service is good and no tipping is required.

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

The room is nice, but the door of the room does not fit the door blocker shown in the picture below. There are many places to eat around, and it is very close to various attractions. You can see the temple at the breakfast place, which is pretty good!

Stay one night there, nice location to all the tourists spots. Can store luggage but not in a room or a private space. The last day morning before checkout, the electricity and water supply ran out without reason, we just messaged the reception but no response.

The apartment buildings in Athens are not high. This B&B is on the fifth floor of the top floor. The elevator is very small and old-style, and the stairs are very spacious. The B&B is well-decorated, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making you feel like home. The terrace outside the window is so big! You can watch the sunset and enjoy the scenery on the terrace. The location of the B&B is in a residential area, very quiet! There is a small supermarket and cafe nearby, and taxi transportation is very convenient (I did not use public transportation, because taxis cost 5 to 10 euros everywhere I went. The hospitable B&B owner lives next door, so you can contact us anytime if you need anything. If I have the chance to come to Athens again, I will choose here again!

I need to find a hotel that's by the port and I am glad I found this one. It's within the walking distance of Piraeus Port especially if you are heading for E7, E8 terminals. This hotel can also access the Athen Metro Piraeus station with just a few minutes' walk. Have to shout-out for the hotel staff because my husband left one of his Air Pod earpieces in the hotel and the hotel staff found it and kept it for us to pick up. Really appreciate their help.

Great hotel, perfect location. Easy to get to all the main things you want to see, do, and eat. Staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is big and the view in the morning form the 8th floor is picturesque!

The hotel has a postcard-like view. The average-tasting white meals and the same old breakfast options (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, omelettes, steamed eggs...) are simply the Auschwitz of eggs. But believe me, when you enjoy all this in the morning breeze of the Aegean Sea and the sunset, you will forgive everything. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant, but it does not accept children under 12 years old, so we were unable to go. I recommend the hotel's Restaurant 37, which is like Yao Ming among dwarfs and Liu Xiang among lame legs. But if I come to Athens again, I will bring my Master Kong beef noodles and stay at the Royal Palace Four Seasons again, because the moment you arrive at the hotel lobby, you will understand the tenderness and gentleness of the Aegean Sea.
