This is one of the best hotels for this self-driving trip. The view facing the bay is excellent. There are many antique furnitures in the hotel that are worth admiring. The food is also good. I specifically measured the latitude outside the hotel.

This hotel is ok, the setting is behind a council estate so not much to look at. The rooms are standard but a bit shabby. Carpet was torn and hadn't been repaired. The beds are big and comfortable. The bar area is nice but the reception and formal dining areas didn't have any atmosphere and were very quiet. The dining area is dated and run down, and not in a nice 'I'm in a castle' way. The service was good and the food was nice.

The location is ideal for hiking! It's a bit of a walk from the train station, but as far as I know it's possible to be taken from the hotel.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant stay with everything you need. It was clean, only some things were a bit old, but that wasn't a big deal considering the price.

Booked for the suite as we were a group of 4. The room provided us all the things we needed, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. The only drawback is that we got the room on 4th floor and there was no elevator!

A good stay at this Nairn hotel. It was further from Inverness than we expected but that was no big problem as Nairn is such a nice little town to explore so the hotel ended up being perfect. Clean, good service and with a welcoming smile from a great reception desk. It is a bit creaky but once everyone had settled down I had a decent sleep and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you.

I was worried when I read the reviews at first, but other places are either far away or super expensive. When I arrived, I found that it was okay, it was an old-fashioned European hotel, the room was unexpectedly large, and the sanitation was also good. The sound insulation is poor. There is actually a swimming pool, and the mushrooms for breakfast are very delicious. The child said he was very satisfied.

Jjduan1947There is a free parking lot within the intermittent white line on the side of the road at the entrance, and there is a large supermarket on the opposite side of the road with a kitchen, which is very convenient.
