Located conveniently in the heart of Marseille. Very close to the old port area. Staff is very helpful, the AC in our room wasn’t working but they gave us a fan.

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

The room is well equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, separate toilet and shower, bathtub, and balcony. It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is very convenient. The staff are warm and friendly.

New residence, very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodations with balconies face south with a view of the pedestrian square. The other buildings (mainly offices) obstruct the noise from the nearby airport. Slightly limited crockery equipment; fridge too small, you have to do the shopping often. Far from the beaches and the city center, you have to take tram line 2 to get there (nearest beach Carras 10 minutes by tram, less busy than those in the center); city ​​center 25 - 30 min by tram. Close to transport: new Nice-St Augustin station (TER to Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice city / Monaco / Menton) 300m away; “Grand Arénas” tram stop 300m away; Bus station for the west of the department (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, hinterland) 500m away. No nearby business; the nearest supermarket is 600m away, Phoenix Park next door. ”Interparking nouvelle'R” parking nearby, but not very practical for SUVs and larger cars due to narrow passages.

Reception was shocking, everytime we needed assistance the wait was long and customer service not good, no one could be bothered. Small bar not a problem but no stock not even ice. The indoor pool was a good size but guest were allowed to walk in and out through the dining area wet with no shoes on straight into the lift. There seemed to be a lot of young people and familes being housed there, again not a problem but there was no hotel experience or service for the paying guest. The rooms were really nice and clean lots of space but the night we arrived one guest had been beaten up and had to be attended to by paramedics and police. Not sure how they got in as needed key card to enter lift. The saving grace for me was the roof terrace and pool, good space, lovely pool and the fact that were english and the weather was hot for us we had the whole area to ourselves as it was to cold for everyone else. The train runs almost directly behind the hotel which is cheap and a good way to travel in and out of the center. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children. Two details I didn’t like. 1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all. 2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews but what a lovely surprise on our arrival. Incredible location close to the ******, port and station and perfect hotel to explore Monaco. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend as also great value for money. Tip: if you are arriving by train. At station, exit onto princess boulevard, turn right and a few yards later you will see the lift on the other side of the road. Go up this and then opposite to next lift. Go up again and then turn left. Hotel a few yards on right. Literally about 7 mins max from station.

It also had a kitchenette with pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Hotel is located right at the heart of the Village, walking distance to everything!. The location is average, the facilities are old, the shower head doesn't work, and the breakfast is OK. Parking available. The TV is too small. The service staff were quite polite and it was enough for a personal business trip.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. You can't check in until 3pm, no matter what - even if your flight arrives at 9am in the morning, so be aware that they will need to hold your bags if you wish to drop them off. Staff was very friendly, but right at 3pm, everyone arrives to check in and the wait can take a little time. Our room was pretty small, but had a little kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.

A one night stop at this Kyriad hotel which was in a convenient location as I had to drive to Marseille airport the following morning. An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a table, kitchen, and a safe deposit box. There was no evening meal when I was there but there is a large commercial centre which I drove to and there are plenty of eating options there. There is secure gated parking at the hotel.

The most bungalow is a comb bed, an elevator, not recommended for those who have difficulty walking stairs, and people who are afraid of noise at night (currently working 24 hours at St. Charles station opposite). Stayed at Residhome M****ille Joliette for four nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room faced a quiet street and had all the necessary kitchenette facilities. Overall the property was clean and well-managed. I felt safe walking around in the neighborhood of the hotel. The fascinating Panier district is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel, and I was able to stroll around in the district many times while staying here. The Old Port is about twenty minutes away by foot. There is a subway stop around the corner that gets you to the main train station in about five minutes. There was also a nice esplanade a few blocks from the hotel where you have a nice view of the sunset over the sea. There were many restaurants nearby and a major supermarket about five minutes walk from the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

We visited here in July for the Grand Prix so we just needed a base for 2 adults. This place had 24hr check in and was a 10min walk to the train station so it ticked those boxes! There is security on the door at night as the hotel is in a rough part of town but within a 5min walk, you are close to the Port which is gorgeous so it's a good location for exploring. The room was large and cool with a balcony, there was a definite smell from the drains so if you're sensitive to smells then it might not be the one for you but the kitchenette is large and well stocked with a Nespresso so that was nice. They provide a breakfast board for 9 euros which covered all the bases and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and you get a balcony (it overlooks some apartments but it's nice to have somewhere to hang wet towels etc). I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for a base to eat/sleep. It's not luxury but it had everything we needed for a short stay in 38c heat!

The self-guided tour chose this accommodation, the environment is relatively clean and refreshing, the hotel apartment, someone cleaned the next day. The transportation is very convenient, 5 minutes to the subway station, you can take the subway two or three stations to the train station or the old port. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and well located. Only 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk to the beach. The studio could be a bit better equipped for cooking. There is a hob but no pans. Fortunately for us the fridge and microwave were enough. Very quiet for sleeping at night time. Would recommend to stay here!

Where do I start, let’s start with the good and keep it short. Free and convenient parking practically at the door to your apartment, the wifi worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a little outside garden area with a table and some chairs but the garden area didn’t really look that inviting The staff at the office were friendly. The bad, it is a longer list. When you arrive at the area where the reception office is the area around it looks like an abandoned shopping centre on a council estate with a building that looks like it could have four or five shops, cafes etc but instead is just an empty shell with some of the leaves from outside scattered on the floor and the concreted area out the front of these abandoned shops and reception area is just a faded painted concrete slab. The apartment is really where things go downhill, while opening the door was easy locking it from either the inside or outside with the key which was the only way to lock it was near impossible and I had to call reception to come and help and she showed me how it works and you have to “force” the lever to a 12 o’clock position and then turn the key and after a few tries it did lock but each time I went to lock it I had the same problem over and over again which really shouldn’t be the case locks should work. The apartment is a decent size but so poorly laid out, there is an L-shaped main room with a trundle sofa which I think converts to two single beds at one end of the room and a table and four plastic chairs at the other end with a TV in between. There were also a couple of little tables. There was also a freestanding wardrobe in one corner. The main problems with the room was the lack of lighting with just one ceiling bulb to cover the whole room and while it wasn’t a huge room it needed more lighting. There was a lamp near the sofa but it wasn’t much use. Off to the side was a very steep staircase though I am not sure it would legally qualify in many parts of the world as a staircase and is more of a ladder/staircase and under the stairs were some mops and brooms and a clothes airer thing. Off the main room was the small kitchenette which was pretty typical of the setup you get in this type of accommodation. It had the usual, a small under the counter fridge/freezer, sink, two burner cooktop, microwave and range hood but the only source of light in the kitchen area was the light on the rangehood. There were plates, glasses and cutlery for four people though some things only had three while others had five. A couple of pots and a pan but really no utensils except a strange group of about 6 items and it looked like as things go missing which I guess they do they are not replaced. The sink had a wall mounted dishwashing liquid dispenser but it was attached to the wall and didn’t reach the sink which really defeats the purpose. We checked into the hotel after 20 o'clock, when the hotel reception was no longer open. Five days before arrival, we wrote a letter to the hotel, translated into French through a Yandex translator, asking for clarification on how the check-in process works in this case. A couple of days later we received an answer that on the day of arrival they would send us a letter with detailed instructions in this regard. On the day of arrival, about six hours before the planned arrival, they reminded us of themselves and wrote another letter, to which they received a response a couple of hours later, where the algorithm of actions was outlined. We settled in without incident. In the reviews there were many negative aspects with the operation of magnetic locks on the doors, but on the first floor, where we got a room, there are new doors with regular locks that can be locked with a key. Instead of a balcony, rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the hotel parking lot. The equipment in the room included: a kettle, a drip coffee machine, a toaster, a stove with two burners, a mini dishwasher (sometimes very noisy, so we do not recommend turning it on at night), a microwave, a TV and a refrigerator. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. When we checked in, the air conditioner was working for heating; the room was +24 degrees when the outside temperature was +12. The bathroom is spacious, but with some nuances: water from the shower pours directly onto the floor and goes through the drain into the drain, as a result there is always a lot of splashes. To remove excess water from the floor in the bathroom there is a mop with a water cleaner. The beds are a little narrow, but, in principle, there was enough space for us. The mattresses are hard, as almost everywhere else in France, and the linen is clean. There are enough sockets in the room, there are two closets, a couple of shelves, a large table where four people can dine. Overall, this is an excellent budget option for a vacation on the French Riviera.

This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.
