This hotel has nice service and staffs were very kind. Their communication was no problem in English and explained to us how to get to the supermarket near us. But if you want to stay this hotel , you might need a car to get here. This hotel linens were very clean and gave us some teabags and coffee. They had also breakfast at the cafeteria. We recommend this hotel and we will stay again.

The hotel price is really nothing to say, clean and tidy, there is a microwave oven, basic kitchenware, you can cook for yourself. The only thing that is not so good is that there is some noise around. I don't know if it is a special situation or something. Mon compagnon et moi avons aimé notre séjour dans ce Residhome qui est très bien placé pas loin du centre , la cathédrale et les restaurants. La propreté est irréprochable très important pour nous 😀. Le lit est confortable on y dort bien .le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville . Le monsieur qui était là au moment du check out était très sympa tique et professionnel , il nous a donné envie de revenir en nous parlant de la fête de la lumière qui va avoir lieu en février ou mars 2024 . Nous le remercions au passage ☺️ Nous le recommandons et séjournerons là bas sans hésitation si nous retournons à Chartres un jour .
