I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

The location is great, it is convenient to go anywhere, there is a narrow balcony, it is rare, but the washing machine is bad, but it can't be dried. It takes three hours to open the washing machine or wet. Consulting customer service is AI, ask me to choose Eco or cotton to wash once again. Three hours have passed, and I can't sleep well, but it's still wet after washing. What do you say? In addition, the button disk on the left downstairs is not leading to the elevator room, not not not not! I didn't explain, I arrived in the middle of the night, with a big box toss for a long time, after pressing many times, the keyboard will lock for a few minutes, but in the middle of the night, the phone emergency help someone answer the phone. The next day, I saw people who were difficult to get by this entry code for most of the day. I was immediately happy to help people. Remember, it is not the one on the left! !

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

There's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

Very beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly with a smile. The room I entered was not cleaned and I changed the room immediately when I told him. It was a quick and nice response. The cleaning was kind to call me if I was in trouble. The facility itself is very beautiful! The sauna was also the best Amenities such as toothbrush were not attached. Also, it is high to stay alone, so it is recommended to stay 2 ~ (^^)

This hotel is conveniently located, a 7-8 minute walk from the beach. There's a supermarket downstairs for food, and the hotel itself is well-equipped for simple cooking, adding a touch of home to your trip.

Excellent and very private

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

When I booked, I fancy this hotel with a good location, right next to the tikkurila train station. It is very convenient to stay in whether it is from the airport or by train from another city. Finnish hotels are not cheap, and this chain is not bad. There are still some tableware and kettles in the room, you can take a light meal, but the range hood really didn't understand it, there is no pipe, and the smoke is directly from the top. The smoke is still in the room. Self-service check-in, no front desk, poor survivability is a bit challenging. The hotel has a shared washing machine, which is good.

Location is good and communication with owner was good as well. Accommodation was average.
