Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

Everything was perfect, the location couldn't be better, everything was very comfortable and very clean! Everything new, very spacious apartment and good soundproofing/insulation from the street. The bed is super comfortable and they give you two pillows for each one. Super nice towels. The kitchen, although we did not use it, was equipped with everything we needed. Also highlight the treatment of the staff, the very easy and fast communication, attentive to all the details and always willing to help you with whatever was needed. Highly recommended.

The apartments are in an amazing location in the historic centre of Segovia, and it was fabulous to look out over Plaza San Martin. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The apartment is well equipped, but a lot of space was taken up with the kitchen area, and it would benefit from a little more storage space for luggage.

We had a very nice room with two beds and a galley kitchen and laundry. 5 minute walk to centre of town. Close to a great grocery store called Gadi. Clean and professionally run hotel. Good AC which is key in the summer. The street is quiet and the windows are solid so you don't hear noise. I think it's run by a guy who owns a few of these around Spain but they're high quality. You check in by getting texted a code to the room and then when you get in, you have cards to open after that. You have to be sure to tap the card carefully in the right spot to open the door, but it's not a problem at all. Price was decent. We went in June.

Very good and clean hotel, just steps away from the beautiful Plaza Mayor. Rooms are spacious and convenient. There's a small kitchen that we didn't use but could be helpful. Staff was super friendly. Parking is available just a few minutes by foot (you have to leave your car key as the cars are parked in double rows). Breakfast was good, breakfast room is very small though. Recommended for a city trip or stopover.

I thought it was excellent, let's start with a very simple thing, the photos, the internet data, everything is correct. There's no point in getting super cool and finding yourself in a mess. Everything according to instructions. The room/apartment was small, but as I say, it was what they offered and the price was good. If you want a chalet for €50 per night, then no, you pay it. We went with 2 dogs, border collie and schnauzer. More room? Well, it would have been good, but it must also be said that it was more than enough. A vitro with two burners, an oven and a microwave. Fridge, water, the bathroom proportionally larger than the room. All perfect. Super good location, possibility of parking. The reception was not 24 hours a day, nor was it necessary to tell the truth, yes, the lovely girls, all the facilities. The cleaning people are also very nice. They allow dogs, it is appreciated. But also being responsible, most of us try very hard to make sure everything is clean and not bother us in the least. Our behavior with dogs will be judged differently, so we have to be extremely careful. I insist, good location, good price, good service, good apartment. Now for a note, my wife left some not-cheap earrings from Tous among the cushions. They were expensive, and had sentimental value. They found them and sent them to us by mail. Few things are better than that. Thank you very much. But Many.
