This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. The lobby area is large and inviting. We were meet by a friendly and accommodating staff who meet all our our needs. Wonderful stay!

Very accommodating place. Great room product and absolutley spotless. F&B concept is sound and you need to try the Pizza, really delicious. On top the fun area is real fun, for young and old. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thank you to the entire team. Very friendly and attached.

Another Aweseome stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Munich. Loved just everything here. Have been here before. Stayed with the family for three nights before our vacation flight to explore the city. Staff is wonderfull, especially with kids. Everyone was so welcoming. Room was nice and tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you needed. We could even prepare small dishes for our Baby Boy. We will definitely be back soon.

Great customer service, very comfortable room excellent location. I stayed there for 5 nights. The subway is at 5 minutes walk and main central station (Hautbanhauf) is -2 minutes walk. But the city centre is just 20 minutes walk as well. I was able to walk everywhere without any issues. The best part was that Oktoberfest location is also just 5 minute walk!!

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

We used it as a sightseeing base in Munich. It's about a 10 minute train ride from Munich and a 10 minute walk from there. The path was easy to follow. The rooms were simple and comfortable. I thought it was a good value for money, as it would cost about twice as much if it was near Munich Central Station.

In the Adina houses the concept is consistent with high well-being factor, the kitchenette is useful and super-equipped, the integrated washing machine. The special materials of the facility and the dreamy sleeping comfort, but the head kits still have potential improvements!

On the plus side, the apartments are 1km from the central station and very close to other stations and trams. The building is new with modern materials. On the other hand, the place is run so half-heartedly, it is revolting. The worst part was the rotten banana in the dishwasher, which we asked to have cleaned four times over the four day stay at no avail. Together with the blood stained mattresss it is abbsolutely disgusting! And on the less serious notes: Not enough chairs, cutlery or plates for us. Towel rack not working. Shower broken All three hand sanatizers in reception/elevators broken. Etc, etc, etc. The management will probably write here that they are sorry to not having lived up to their standards. The point is that this IS their standard. And that the marketing team should spend their time on a walk around the building with the eyes of a guest instead of writing boilerplate answers here.

The first floor is too hot, the second floor is good, the breakfast is awesome, the first floor is booked, the fat guy at the front desk is very patient to help change the room and want to tip when checking out, but he rests, the hotel is recommended!

We stayed at the Adina for 4 nights in a studio with a sofa bed. We loved having the washer/dryer and oven/microwave in the room. We were able to keep up with our laundry which really helped on our trip. We were able to walk to get groceries, although there isn't a store real close. With the sofa bed out the room is a bit tight, but it was nice to have the table and booth seating. We had a Frauenkirche view room on the 22nd floor and the views of the city and sunsets were amazing. We stayed Monday through Friday, and the first three nights were great. Thursday night the music at the bars below us in Werksviertel Mitte was really loud and lasted until 2am, so we didn't get much sleep. Even though we were near the Ost train station, we felt a bit isolated. In retrospect we wished we would have chosen a hotel closer to the Altstadt.

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

This hotel has a chain in many parts of Germany, generally not in the city center, but not far from the subway. The room is not big, there is no way to add an extra bed. The biggest advantage is that the tableware is complete, equipped with a sink and an induction cooker. You can buy the ingredients yourself at the opposite supermarket. The only downside is that it is stuck on the road, a bit noisy...

I was “introduced” to Nurban with my 14-ji daughter for 3 nights. We had the apartment in 5. Stock (No. 55) with a large roof terrace (so no neighbors nearby - and other people have not seen or heard in the house) and we were absolutely satisfied. Except for a towel (but I had it with) everything was available and everything was clean. Totally centrally located, metro around the corner, walking in 5 minutes “in the middle”. The red light area has and does not really disturb since the apartment is at the end of the street. The parking house is also a few minutes away - even though it was a little difficult to load and drag baggage up - the stairs rise has certainly not damaged us in the end effect :-). The electronic door opening via phone worked well and once it didn't work, the telephone support was simple 1a. My request for early check in and late check out was absolutely unproblematic. My conclusion: much better than thought and hope and we made the right choice for us (and that says even my pupertier). We had a super time and would book this apartment immediately again.

The house is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the kitchen utensils, cups and saucers you need, and even seasonings. The interior design is also very stylish, and the room itself is very nice. The floor looked clean, but it was actually full of dust. I walked barefoot at first, but I didn't put on my slippers until I found that the soles of my feet were completely dusty. The coffee machine was also filled with dust and I was afraid to use it at all. The location is good, close to the train station and within walking distance to attractions. There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. I tried many methods for the first time and pressed it randomly. Finally, I found that there is a rope that needs to be pulled down to open the iron gate. If there is more Clear guidance would be better. The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns. 

Eco-Apartments, Nürnberg An interesting property! Trying to get entry is cumbersome! But when calling the property reception so to speak, the lady very helpful and assisting us to get Credit Card style cards issued which worked like a charm, suggestion don’t reply on the internet (correction card worked fine first day, but 2nd day onwards didn’t work at the Gym, had to get the internet log in working, wasted 25 minutes) The Good: its walking distance to FrauenTor & Altstadt including 2 great churches & shopping/markets etc! Apartment itself small but nicely furnished, great for 1 person, adequate at best for 2, if you carry luggage for 6 weeks! (Furniture apparently mainly chinese made el cheapo) Kitchenette small but works! BE AWARE, no microwave! But everything else available including 2 ceran tops! Equipment and table ware plenty for this size apartment! Fridge good size, standard oven available! (Correction, found the microwave by accident, was build into the Oven function, would have been nice to have an instruction/introduction somewhere!😥) While the crockery was decent, cutlery and cookery ware not only pretty cheap but not user friendly) Large balcony, but view to the back of a bunch of buildings! So don’t stay there if a nice view is what you are looking for! The bathroom, barely can make it, quite tight, so if you are large size, watch it! 😂😂😂 Be aware, no service at all, you gotta run around for towels (pay extra) refills for Soap & Shampoo not barely enough, Staff working there if you are lucky to catch one, doesn’t speak either English or German and only give you a blur / disinterested look! The Bed, oh my god, size is ok, but the bed covers are a joke, especially in the winter! 2 small cushions, and 2 even smaller ones, sorry but not good enough! 2 sets of chairs, one for the mini dining table, another 2 one for mini desk and a kind of a smallish comfy chair! The heating system, if like us you come from a warmer climate, be aware that the heating is set to 21C, for living area can adjust, but for bathroom it will always reset to 21C even if you want to increase the temperature, it will eventually come down, especially annoying if you need to dry clothing on the provided rack! WIFI, available, but don’t hold your breath, seems when most residents try to access them expect constant slowdown/interruptions! Downloading of mail can take time! In today’s world not good enough! Gym, surprisingly, even if it is located in the dungeons, good quality and choice of equipment, so if this is your thing, it’s better then most places we visited! However, better speak German if you want to use some of the equipment, such as step master, the cycle & treadmill! Carpark, goodness, it’s tighter then tight, access through the room card, be ultra careful! it’s ok for mini and smart cars, but for a mid size SUV! Good luck! Wir durften dieses Jahr in der Eventscheune unsere Hochzeit feiern. Schon die erste Kontaktaufnahme hat alle Zweifel und auch alle anderen Locations weggeblasen. Wir fühlten uns sofort wunderbar betreut und gut aufgehoben. Man merkte direkt, dass man es mit absoluten Meistern ihres Faches zu tun hat. Jede Absprache war einfach und unkompliziert. Ein Rundumsorglospaket. Sogar als es einige Änderungen an der Gästeanzahl und Sitzordnung gab wurde das ohne Aufwand und Mehrkosten abgeändert. Einige Wochen vor der Trauung hatten wir dann einen Termin direkt im Hotel um Alles nochmal durchzusprechen. Dieses Gespräch war angenehm, sehr freundlich, zielorientiert und einzig und allein auf unsere Wünsche ausgelegt. Egal ob Essen, Trinken, Deko, Kinderecken... alles wurde mit uns geklärt, dass nichts zufällig sondern alles nach Plan geschieht. Das hat schon viel Stress aus den Vorbereitungen genommen. Die Veranstaltung selber hat nicht schöner sein können. Wir wurden herzlichst in Empfang genommen. Die Bediensteten (egal ob Chef, Reinigungskraft, Service,etc...) sind alle einfach genial. Immer ganz in der Nähe wenn man etwas wünscht aber nicht aufdringlich. Und auch hier: Nichts ist ein Problem. Alles ist machbar. Das Essen war grandios. Auch das wurde im Vorgespräch abgeklärt und war einfach meisterhaft. Jeder Sonderwunsch(Allergie, Unverträglichkeiten, Kleinkindspeisen etc..) wurde voll berücksichtigt und alle Gäste konnten schlemmen. Grundsätzlich war ein Angestellter da und hat einen Blick auf den Zeitplan gehalten. Auch das war sehr angenehm. Als dann die Feierb zu Ende war gings auf die Zimmer. Toll Groß, schön eingerichtet, schöner kleiner Balkon und himmlisch angenehme Betten. Perfekt für nen durchgetanzten Abend. Am Nächten morgen war dann für alle Übernachtungsgäste unserer Feier ein gemeinsames Frühstück. Reichhaltig umfangreich und wahnsinnig lecker. Direkt am Buffet kann man sich sein Wunschomelett braten lassen. Ein wunderschöner Abschluss. Eine rührend Geste zum Abschluss: Da wir Herrn Hirsch (er hat uns während der Vorbereitung federführend betreut) am Abreisetag nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er uns am gleichem Tag noch kurz angerufen um nochmal zu fragen ob alles geklappt hat und wir mit einem guten Gefühl zu Hause angekommen sind. Wir sind absolut begeistert und können diese Location nicht genug loben. Egal ob das Personal, die Küche, die Zimmer, die Scheune, Alles ist perfekt für eine unvergessliche Feier Ich werde ohne schlechtes Gewissen das Acantus auch meinem besten Freunden weiterempfehlen. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective than the herzogspark hotel next to it. But there is no hotel akazienhaus next to it. It is recommended to live in akazienhaus. The room over there is better

Kinda difficult to do the self check-in. Must get an access code to enter the apartment and complete the entire check-in process. The rooms are basically perfect though.
