This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. The lobby area is large and inviting. We were meet by a friendly and accommodating staff who meet all our our needs. Wonderful stay!
Central Hotel-Apart München

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left. Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel. The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful. The hotel is not in the central of the city, but you could hear the church bells ringing. There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.
Adina Apartment Hotel Munich
4.2/553 Reviews
We stayed at the Adina for 4 nights in a studio with a sofa bed. We loved having the washer/dryer and oven/microwave in the room. We were able to keep up with our laundry which really helped on our trip. We were able to walk to get groceries, although there isn't a store real close. With the sofa bed out the room is a bit tight, but it was nice to have the table and booth seating. We had a Frauenkirche view room on the 22nd floor and the views of the city and sunsets were amazing. We stayed Monday through Friday, and the first three nights were great. Thursday night the music at the bars below us in Werksviertel Mitte was really loud and lasted until 2am, so we didn't get much sleep. Even though we were near the Ost train station, we felt a bit isolated. In retrospect we wished we would have chosen a hotel closer to the Altstadt.
City Aparthotel München - Koos Hotel Und Apartments

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

Great customer service, very comfortable room excellent location. I stayed there for 5 nights. The subway is at 5 minutes walk and main central station (Hautbanhauf) is -2 minutes walk. But the city centre is just 20 minutes walk as well. I was able to walk everywhere without any issues. The best part was that Oktoberfest location is also just 5 minute walk!!

Another Aweseome stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Munich. Loved just everything here. Have been here before. Stayed with the family for three nights before our vacation flight to explore the city. Staff is wonderfull, especially with kids. Everyone was so welcoming. Room was nice and tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you needed. We could even prepare small dishes for our Baby Boy. We will definitely be back soon.

Room was really great furnished and beautifully large, in the room was also kitchen with full equipment available. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was not so large, but has everything you need to start well for the day. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The only point was that our room was not cleaned at a single rhino when we were staying there, we were there 3 nights. But otherwise he was super satisfied with the hotel and the location. So far is our best and cheapest hotel in Munich! Thank you! :)
Citadines Arnulfpark Munich - Europe

On the plus side, the apartments are 1km from the central station and very close to other stations and trams. The building is new with modern materials. On the other hand, the place is run so half-heartedly, it is revolting. The worst part was the rotten banana in the dishwasher, which we asked to have cleaned four times over the four day stay at no avail. Together with the blood stained mattresss it is abbsolutely disgusting! And on the less serious notes: Not enough chairs, cutlery or plates for us. Towel rack not working. Shower broken All three hand sanatizers in reception/elevators broken. Etc, etc, etc. The management will probably write here that they are sorry to not having lived up to their standards. The point is that this IS their standard. And that the marketing team should spend their time on a walk around the building with the eyes of a guest instead of writing boilerplate answers here.

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.
Bayer's Boardinghouse Und Hotel

Hauptbahnhof
Hotel is small. Convenient location: two steps from the central station, in walking distance to the main attractions in the center. Convenient large rooms. For three adults and two children, room was enough: a large living room and bedroom. A total area of 60 sq m. The refrigerator, four-conforced stove, full kitchenware set. Two steps from the Liddle Hotel. Food facilities around a lot. Quarttal such, hotel :) Coffee, fruit on the receptacle free. Staff polite. Cling service bad: cleaning somehow, or not cleaning at all. Complained - said, will take note :) Noise ... The machines are heard of course, especially the police and ambulance with sirens often pass. But somehow it wasn't particularly irritating. Gopnicks and bombs don't throw in the eyes. Price ... This is Munich, a special cheap city is not different. In general stay is satisfied. I can recommend the hotel as a decent place
