The room is in an older apartment. I booked the room for the West Lake view which isn’t disappointing. Service is excellent with prompt response. Location is great: walking distance to West Lake with lots of restaurants nearby. The amenities are basic: a washer in the bathroom (no dryer), a microwave, but no silverware. When we first walked into the room, there was a smoke smell although we requested a non-smoking room and the building has a “non-smoking” sign. But from the second day, the smell subsided maybe because we left the AC on all day.

We are never disappointed in the Marriott in Yiwu. We have stayed there many times.We are able to meet in the lobby lounge and plan our day at market, We can use our room to review product samples and plan our purchases in comfort. Good service of Manager Levy.

Family friendly hotel. Safe for kids and babies. Next apartment is residential building that has a lot pet dogs. Which was interesting for kids.

We were there for three nights. It’s very convenient from Wenzhou south railway station. There is a walking bridge connecting the hotel, about 600 meters away, which avoids all traffics. Room is clean with friendly services. Breakfast is good, which is sharing with the luxurious Barony hotel guests. The only thing needs to be considered is the distance to center of Wenzhou if you have lots of tasks in the city. However, taxi or online reservation is convenient nowadays.

When I went on a trip with my parents, I temporarily changed to a twin bed so I could sleep better. When I entered the room, it looked quite new. It had a big bay window and the floor was quite high. The environment was relatively quiet. There was a place to eat nearby downstairs, so I took my parents with me. To go to the West Lake, just go to the East Station and take the subway. The hotel is in a prime location. You can just walk to catch the train without taking a taxi. When going to the Qiantang River, it is also very convenient to go to the East Station and take the subway in more than 10 minutes.

Had a good and comfortable stay here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the WiFi connection - not sure why but it didn't work even after the front desk staff helped to register. Had to rely on roaming data which usually gets used up before the day ended. Breakfast was a good spread but I sticked to fruits, green salads, boiled eggs and coffee - trying to avoid as much non-halal as possible. About 15 mins drive to textile city. Fair amount of Arab restaurants around textile city. I'll usually order for takeaway and reheat using the room's microwave.

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

The hotel is nice, clean, worth to pay and staff is very cooperative. Have free parking in the basement but you,ve to inform the hotel management about your registration number plate. If not you'll have to pay on exit. Rooms are clean and calm. I've booked special queen room and have all the stuff like refrigerator, washing machine, wardrobe etc. Recommend to stay in there to my foreign and mandarin friends.

This is my third time coming to Hengdian and I have stayed at Sweetome both times. First of all, Sweeten’s transportation location is really convenient! It's not far from any scenic spot by taxi from Sweeten, and it's right next to the Huating Night Market, and the surrounding area is also very bustling and lively! Furthermore, the service is really good! ! ! I sent a package before going and asked the front desk to collect it for me. There is also a Fengchao locker on the first floor of the hotel. I received the goods smoothly. When I arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk helped me put the packages together and handed them to me! We also added the hotel’s WeChat account, so you can use WeChat to contact us if you have any questions, which is very convenient! I forgot to pick up a package when I left this time, so I asked the front desk for help. It is really not just a general hotel operation, but a real communication with the guests and giving them help! In addition, the cleaning of the hotel is also very good. The cleaning lady is very kind and said in advance that she does not need to go in for cleaning. She will also ask if we need replacement supplies or if there is anything missing. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk service was incredibly helpful. Ms. Xiao at the reception desk was very diligent and polite. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the amenities offered were great. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I previously made a reservation through ”**” on the Amap map, but was ”unsubscribed” without notice the next day. I booked a room through Ctrip instead. The room is very large and has a large bay window that directly overlooks the train station. The hygiene is also good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

The room is good and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to Hangzhou East Railway Station. It is just over the overpass and only takes ten minutes to walk. It is very cost-effective, clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I visit Hangzhou.
