Apartments in Tianjin, China

Stayed in a three bedroom apartment with family and friends. Location wise, it is good. Literally just next door you can find a decent Japanese Izakaya (居酒屋）and a respectable Cantonese restaurant. A short drive will take you to various malls. attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well stuffed. What one needs are all there. As the property is not new, there are wears-and-tears, not crumbling but..... Front desk service staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff are all up to par. Friendly, warm and efficient. Breakfast is ok, nothing to shout about but sufficient. Cost wise, it is good value for money. A major downside of our stay was the jacuzzi was under maintenance, thus depriving the kids of some recreational fun. A slight hiccup was one of the three treadmills was down for the whole duration of our stay, depriving us of a friendly competition. Overall, a pleasant enough stay.

The room is well-equipped, the hot water is great, there is a refrigerator and microwave, which is better than the hotel, and the TV has Youku VIP to watch dramas, which is great! It is convenient for travel, seamlessly connected to the subway station, walking distance to Wudadao, Hisense Plaza, and there are many restaurants in the Guomao shopping mall downstairs

The facilities are awesome, great value for money! Especially liked the round bed, big TV and bathtub with separate shower with everything necessary and separate WC. There is also a washing machine if you look closely. Really big room just directly outside the station which is a huge plus if you arrive late after work and want a good rest at a walking distance from the Italian style town! Didn't love the view and the little bit broken window but you can't have it all! If they want to improve further, they could add more pillows to the bed so that it's extra cosy, and pay a bit more attention to cleaning.

Very good, very clean, and upgraded our room. Very satisfied. The service attitude of the ladies is very good and patient. It's really good. Recommended.

The view from the room was great. The residence is sourround with Muslim Restaurant in walking distance, it's very convinient to find Halal food especially for Muslim 😁. It's such great and wonderful stay in the city of Tianjin. Will definitely come here again if have opportunity to visit this town in future. Not to forgot to mentioned, the staff is also very helpful and friendly.

It's good. The hotel floor is relatively high. The elevator is really very slow and quite helpless. There are many floors where it stops but no one enters. I don't know why! The boss is very nice. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and air conditioner in the house. The only thing that is not suitable is that the refrigerator is frozen, not refrigerated. The air conditioner is very cool and the wind is strong at 27 degrees! The auntie cleans the room every day. In the last two days, the auntie did not change the big towels, but it didn’t matter and we didn’t use it!

We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

The building was the iconic building of Tianjin 30 years ago, but now it definitely shows the age. The apartment we had was very functional but had damp smell so we had to open all the windows at first. The location and amenities are super good especially if you need an extended stay. The best features for us were the view of tourists area and the washing machine. I planned this stop to refresh all our clothes in the middle of our summer trip.

Near to metro station and bus station, also tianjin station is only one bus station away. It has everything u need also washing machine. Easy check in and out. Host allowed us to late check out for free so happy. Only one things is bed sheets are not clean

Staying at the Marriott Tianjin Hotel Apartment from the third day to the sixth day of the ***** New Year, you will feel at home from parking and checking in to calling for a taxi. Carrying luggage and cleaning the guest room are very natural and thoughtful. Chinese and Western kitchenware and tableware are all available. It is clean and hygienic, and provides a very good environment for us to invite friends to have a party during our trip to Tianjin. The breakfast provided is also very rich and delicious. The reception by the doorman and front desk staff is warm and professional. We will stay at the Marriott Tianjin Hotel again if we have the opportunity. apartment.
