My family and I recently stayed at IFC Residence in Shanghai, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the metro line, which made getting around the city effortless. The apartment itself was outstanding – non-smoking, quiet, and soundproof, with top-notch amenities. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, a segregated kitchen area complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, and basin. The space was thoughtfully designed, and the view from the apartment was spectacular. While the curtains were manual, this was a minor detail in an otherwise impeccable setup. The service was equally impressive. The hotel housekeepers and counter staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring every need was met with efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose IFC Residence again for my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

It’s a serviced apartment located pretty close to the heart of Shanghai, but it’s a longer walk to the nearest train station. There is a lot of construction around it but overall a good location with a view of some of the key landmarks in Shanghai. The service is also good.

Stayed for long term and the place feels like home. Very spacious room with amenities to cook and washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, full-sized fridge etc. Bathroom is also big. Even though the stay was long it didn’t feel cramped at all and I had space to exercise in the room. There’s a small gym upstairs with a cable machine, a few running machines and a stretching stand. Location is also quite nice since it’s right next to a sizeable mall and 2 min away from the metro station (by crossing the bridge behind the mall). Overall an excellent choice for hotel especially if you’re staying long term.

This place is super nice. Very spacious with a complete kitchen set altogether with the appliances and the kitchen ware. I thought there was no amenities but it turns out they give atelier cologne which is very good brand. For me the price is very cheap comparing to the facilities and the service that I get. Because while I was in Shanghai I also stayed at another 5 star hotel which so expensive but the service is bad. In Riverdale I stayed for about 10 days and it felt like home to me. I also had my first experience where they use robots to send my shopping stuff or even food and drink that I bought, right to my doorstep anytime. Very interesting. The staff all very helpful and nice too. I'm very very satisfied with this apartment. Thinking about staying there again for my next trip.

Overall the place location is good and the hotel staff tries their best in every aspect. The only downside is that the hotel lobby and the lift corridors smells really bad. It will be good if they can invest in a scent for the whole hotel. Room wise it is good size and have basic amenities.

I recently stayed at the Ascott Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. There are many restaurants and shopping areas around the hotel, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the city. The service at the hotel also left a strong impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was very professional and warm, ensuring my stay was worry-free. The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern facilities, providing everything I needed, including comfortable bedding and high-speed Wi-Fi.

This hotel is much beyond our expectation for this price. The room is big and clean. Washing machine and hanger are in the room. Air condition can become heater too. Projector is huge but all movie must be paid. Windows can be opened. The hotel in in the same building as Wanda Plaza which is ver convenient for everything. The street food is also at the back of hotel. You can find anything in the market. Traveling From airport to hotel is super easy. Didi will drop you in from of the hotel and you just walk to the corner of Wanda plaza. Suju hotel is labeled at the door in english. Its super closed to Zhoupu station exit 2. That is awesome. The path in the building may be dirty but the room is clean. I dont like only one thing that I can smell smoke in the room during the night. That hurt my nose.

This place is very good, the room is clean and spacious with washer/dryer in the room. Many restaurants and shops are just 10 minutes walking away.

Stayed for 4D3N. Super good location next to aeast Nanjing Station. If you have big luggage, please go to exit 2 as there is an upward and downward escalator. Exit 5 is closer to the hotel if you don't have luggage. The specky male staff at the counter was rather rude and relatively unfriendly when we first stepped in to inform that we have a booking for 3 nights. Instead of greeting or welcoming us, he immediately confronted us that check in time was only after 2pm. Well, we just wanna inform him that we are the guests and want to store our luggage with the hotel. But the FIRST impression towards the hotel was going down to the drain! They provide free luggage storing your luggage which is rather good but just leave it beside the lifts and the side of front counter. We were given a room on the fourth floor. The room was spacious and looked cosy. the room has a tv box with some old ancient movies or dramas. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The room has a washing machine, stove but no kitchen utensils were given. You need to get yourself the toothbrushes at the registration counter during registration. The water shower pressure during our stay was extremely small. It was kind of frustrating as after a long day out and back to the hotel but without a good showering. The water pressure is not only small but the water temperature is also very unstable. Only on the last night of staying, the water pressure was ok. The hair dryer was also damaged when we wanted to make use of it. The dryer will get very hot and even can see some sparkling coming out but no air blowing out. The steps next to the tatami beds were not even. It is quite dangerous if you are staying with kids or elderly. The house keeping will come to your room to clean if you didn't ask not to, she will be very likely to throw away anything on the table that looks like rubbish to her Therefore, please do not simply put anything that you want on the table, otherwise it might get dumped away. Overall, the stay was considered pleasant if you don't need to deal with the front desk counter staff. I particularly like the tatami beds as it was very cosy and comfortable. I just felt not to wake up from the bed. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Only a few footsteps away to Nanjing road and is very close to Waitan and even Yu yuan garden.

My trip to Shanghai together with some friends was at the very last minute and as a result, we couldn't find any good hotels located near famous tourist hotspots. But this hotel was convenient for us given the fact that the metro station was located close so travelling was not a problem. We booked the room with 2 double bedrooms since we were 4 people altogether and it was cost effective as well. Surprisingly, the room was well equipped which consisted of a washing machine, a dryer machine, a kitchen area, 2 TVs( one near each bed)and an office table. Unfortunately, the balcony door doesn't fully open for safety reasons but the view is pretty nice from the higher floors. Although the duration period was short lived, we had so much fun together and we would definitely like to go there again in the near future.
